Moisturizers -DHC - Olive Leaf Milk

Olive leaf milk is a perfect daytime moisturizer for me. I let it soak into my face about 1/2 hour before putting on my makeup. I use the olive leaf lotion prior to putting this on...and what a difference!! Ladies if you find that your skin is on the dry/combo side with occasional acne breakouts try this stuff. It sounds misleading..putting olive oil on your face, but it works. My face has never been better from using a more natural approach. I also use Aveda along with DHC :)

I've been using DHC now for about 10 years...back in my early 20's. I love olive leaf cream. I was pining for years getting the set...and I finally did. I only use this cream at night before I go to bed. It's super rich, and my skin just drinks it up like water lol. The next morning my face is super smooth, radiant, and moisturized. I bought the whole olive leaf set and recommend every part of it :)

Toners -Aveda - Toning Mist

I really like this toner. Although I prefer to use this right after I use the Aveda botanical kinetics exfoliant. I feel as though this restores my skin back to normal. It also preps your skin for when you moisturize! I will repurchase this..and this whole line!!!

I was introduced to the Aveda line from my boyfriend if you can believe that lol. He bought me a gift certificate for a massage on valentines day and the place I went to specializes in Aveda products with their services. I got a facial and she noticed that I had a lot of breakouts and my skin was on the dry side. I was using bad stuff for my skin, and the esthtician recommended a new regimen for me. She told me to use this exfoliant at night...I guess it tones and balances your skin the natural way. This stuff is absolutely amazing!! I have the whole botanical kinetics line and I love this stuff!!! About 3 months later (now) I have noticed alot less breakouts, smoother skin, more moisturized and overall more refreshed. It took me 30 years to figure this out..never will I use products that are drugstore and strip your face away. Most people think that's what there face needs..WRONG! My only gripe with this is the packaging. Its awful. It's a glass bottle with a screw top that can leak if your not careful. I will repurchase this stuff over and over :)

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #187 Duo Fiber Face Brush (Stippling, Skunk Brush)

My HG foundation brush! I remember thinking how a brush could make your foundation look better..but it does!!! I use this with my BB foundation and the results are beautiful, glowing even looking skin! I will never part with this brush!!! I love it :)

Bronzers -Bobbi Brown - Bronzing Powder in Deep

I bought this at the Bobbi Brown counter desperately looking for a matte bronzer that would show up on my NC40 skin. I know that "deep" is more for a darker skintone than what I have...but whats the purpose of a bronzer..to look darker right? Well...the MA was very helpful with the rest of my purchase except for this one. She recommended "Natural" for me. I knew just by looking at it, that I was going to be way too light for my taste. I also like a bronzer for contouring as well...that's why I prefer a dark one. I told her that I wanted "Deep" and she said..thats going to be way too dark. Well anyhow I grabbed her brush and lightly put it on my skin. We were both blown away. Such a nice natural bronze! Keep in mind I obviously shaked off the excess before applying. Before this bronzer I bought Smashbox Bronze lights, which did nothing for me. I will definately repurchase this again :)

Liquid -Bobbi Brown - Luminous Moisturizing Foundation

Bought this last month at the Bobbi Brown counter in the Providence Place Mall. I didn't own anything of BB so I talked to the MA and she recommended this to me. I was looking for a foundation that was luminesent, dewy, but provided some coverage. I don't like matte foundations so this is perfect for me. BB's color range is "right on" in my book. Since I have yellow undertones in my skin, I find that this blends perfectly! I do have one gripe though...the packaging. Typical glass bottle with a screw cap...ugghh. Hopefully they come out with a different type of bottle..one with a pump would be a godsend. All in all, I really like this foundation, and I will continue buying it :)

Lipstick -MAC - Russian Red

HG Red lippy for me!! Russian Red will suit anyone's skintone imo. I'm NC40 and it looks great on me!! I RIS and by far this is my new favorite red lipstick!!!

Lip Gloss -NARS - Turkish Delight

Nars turkish delight is by far one of my favorite lipglosses. I was introduced to this by the one and only...Kim Kardashian. This color is truly one of a kind. I would imagine that this would flatter mostly everyones skintone. I'm NC40 and it looks great. It's like a milky pink, that looks innocent but sexy at the same time. I have yet to find a similar dupe to this. I like turkish delight alone, on top of lipstick...it just looks fab. The price I dont like lol. I already have one in my purse, and another still in box in my makeup organizer. I will repurchase again:)

First off ladies this isn't a concealer so if your looking for one this isn't it. This is designed to brighten your undereye area!! I bought the YSL Touche Eclat....what a waste of money!!! I think I paid 50 bucks for it? This was like 10 dollars and better results. I'm not a drugstore junkie, but I actually bought this on a whim. Very pleased with this. I could buy 4 years worth of this product for 1 YSL. Try this....you wont be dissapointed

Bronzers -Smashbox - Bronze Lights - Sunkissed Matte

Ugghh really wanted to like this bronzer. I bought this because Kourtney Kardashian swears by this...and I absolutely love her makeup so I thought I would try. Im about her skintone which surprises me. It didn't really show up. It looked dirty. Weird. I bought BB Bronzer...(matte) 200% better....more money but better!

Lip Treatments -Korres - Guava Lip Butter

Guava is amazingggg. I love the natural scent of all the lipglosses but I really like the color of guava. Its perfect! This stuff leaves your lips feeling so soft! I have this in Mango also, the scent is nice, but the color isn't really for me. I would buy Guava again :)

Foundations -Too Faced - Magic Wand Illuminating Foundation

Love this foundation! I like how it has a lil brush on it, makes it easier to apply it. I go over the rest with my MAC 190 brush to smooth out imperfections. I'm a lil bummed though. I went to sephora and they discontinued it??? I hope not because I do like this alot :) I'm a NC 40 skintone and St.Barth Bronze is a perfect match for me. I like how dewy this is too!!!

I cant believe it took me so long to discover this great product. I started off using "Painterly" from MAC...which is ok...then started using a MAC paint. I recieved this as a deluxe sample from sephora and this stuff is awesome!! It keeps my eyeshadow looking fresh all night, intensifies the color, and just creates the perfect canvas for perfect application! Will definately buy when I run out of my sample!

Great colors, superior quality...compares with MAC, Urban Decay....vibrant, just overall a nice value for your dollar especially if your just starting out!!!
