Concealers -MAC - select cover-up

This was my first mac product and it was what I hoped - I really like it. It goes on smoothly and covers what needs to be covered. I really like the packaging compared to mac's other concealers, too. The only downside is that it creases underneath my eyes if I don't have anything to prime my skin.

5 lippies because I adore this trio. I would never use the middle strip as a lid color but I use it wet for a liner. The other colors are gorgeous and you get the color payoff for a shimmery neutral look when used wet as well.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Double Extend Beauty Tubes

I love this product. It lengthens well and keeps my hard-to-curl lashes in place. Tips: Keep in mind that it is a tubing mascara- it looks like you're losing lashes but that's actually the tube that covered your lash. Also, apply the mascara before the primer dries to prevent clumping.

Unsanitary wand, limited color range, very drying... what else can I say? I do like the consistency when I first put it on my skin, but after a while it starts to flake. I guess it could work for people who need very full coverage with very oily skin, but otherwise I'd say stay away.

Beware: the color selection is very limited and they run very pale. Because I have medium/olive toned skin, there are no colors in my range at all. But the real reason I dislike this product is because it is chalky and cannot blend at all.

Treatments -Clean & Clear - Persagel 5% Benzoyl Peroxide

This is my HG treatment. I've been using this faithfully for about three months and my face has cleared up so much. Salicylic acid doesn't do anything to prevent blemishes for me and this has done its job. As all bp products, it is drying but this can be fixed by using a cream cleanser and a very good moisturizer (On very dry days I put my moisturizer on first, then this).

You can do so much with this product and it can be beneficial to anyone. I love the small squeeze tube; I have one in my purse for on-the-go. Bottom line: it's inexpensive and it works.

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Fresh Moisture Ultra-Light Moisturizer ] [DISCONTINUED]

I'm very acne prone and love this moisturizer. I've been using it for a few weeks and no problems have come up. I use this twice a day following a 5% benzoyl peroxide treatment and am very surprised at how moisturizing it is and how smooth my skin feels afterward. Update: I've also been using a tiny bit for an eyeshadow base and am very pleased with the results.
