Eyeliner -Rimmel - Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Jet Black

This goes on smoothly, and stays forever (in the winter, summer is a different story). I can get relatively thin lines with it, or smudge it if I want. It's just really versatile, and it's a great rich black. I don't think that this is the best liner out there, but for the price you can't beat it, especially if it isn't too hot or humid out. I love it. NOTE: I feel like I should also mention that I have dark eyes and dark lashes, and I really don't do subtle if I'm doing eyeliner.

Eyeliner -Rimmel - Special Eyes Eyeliner in Panama
rated 4 of 5

I like this eyeliner okay, it's not my favorite, but it looks good on and it lasts for a long time. It's not as creamy as Rimmel's Soft Kohl liners, so it doesn't go on as smoothly, and I can't smudge it to make a smoky eye, but it's a good day time liner.

Mascara -Dejavu (Imju) - Fiberwig Lash Knockout

This is an interesting mascara that does basically what it says it will do. It did lengthen my lashes, but it has almost no volume so I just ended up with long-ish wispy lashes, and it doesn't layer well with other products (gets clumpy). So, the way it seems to work best is to use my Volume Couture all over and then just add this to the tips. This does work okay and I would keep it if I got it as a gift, but for the money this isn't worth repurchasing.

Cleansers -Dove - Beauty Bar - Sensitive Skin
rated 5 of 5

I bought a bar of this while on vacation, since I couldn't take my usual cleanser on the plane, and I was really amazed to discover that I really liked it. I have REALLY dry skin, and I live in a dry climate, and I like that this doesn't make my skin feel stripped. It's really gentle, didn't break me out at all, and it does a good job of removing makeup too. I feel like I should note though, that I don't generally get acne unless my skin is pissed about something, so if that's a big issue for you, this may be to mild to do anything.

Lip Gloss -Cargo - Lipgloss- Xai Xai

I really liked the color of this and thought that I would really love it, but now I feel like it wasn't worth it. The color doesn't last very long at all because the glosses are INCREDIBLY THIN :( And, as others mentioned, there is tons of packaging for not much gloss (I thought there was more, and was disappointed to see that my Clinique minis have more), Finally the packaging SUCKS. I left mine in my bag and one gloss melted over the divider onto the other, so I ended up having to scoop them out and put them in new containers. Basically the colors are nice, but I would recommend looking for similar colors by another brand. I'm now totally turned off of Cargo glosses :(

Tinted Moisturizer -Neutrogena - Healthy Defense Tinted Moisturizer in Medium SPF 30
rated 1 of 5

I liked the coverage, I liked the SPF, I liked the color (it was a much better match than others that I've tried, Paula Dorf Face Tint, $36), but it seemed a little pricey for a drug store brand, and if I spent any amount of time in the humidity it started to get really oily, like I was perspiring, but couldn't sweat through the makeup. Basically I loved it till I got outside, then it was just awful, and not cute. Even my husband noticed that there was something funny about this, and that's saying a lot. I'm not sure where in the country this wouldn't be a problem, but I've lived in two totally different regions while using this product and had problems in both. I ended up just tossing the tube, the oiliness was just too much. The other Neutrogena moisturizers that I've tried, without tinting, seem to work really well. I would buy healthy defense again sans the tinting, and blend with a liquid foundation; but as a tinted moisturizer this stuff is NOT GOOD.

Crème -Cover Girl - AquaSmooth SPF15 Make-up
rated 4 of 5

I usually have a very hard time with foundations because I have an uneven skin tone, but this I really like. It blends amazingly well (I have to admit that I was a little worried when I first opened the package) and it drys to a very natural matte finish. It works best to start with a light layer and then just build it up where you need it. That said, I covers like nothing that I have ever used before and it works as a concealer too. I originally bought it because I wanted something that would photograph well (not give off those slick shiny spots if you use a flash), and I really like this. I will definitely buy it again and will use it on my models. As a day to day foundation this is fantastic; as a pro foundation it's not necessarily the best out there, but it's versatile, works well, not incredibly severe, and a great value. It got 4 lippies instead of 5 only because the color selection is a little limited (selection might very from store to store though).
