Lip Gloss -Maybelline - Volume Seduction Plumping Gloss

I have this in '505', I'm not sure of the name as it doesn't have one, but it is a strawberry red colour. This gloss is quite sheer when applied to my lips, but I think that's because of my lips are quite pigmented, but that's a plus for me as it makes it suitable for work. I also find it great for layering over reddish lipsticks too. I don't notice too much about plumping up my lips, but I did notice how it gives your lips that tingling feeling. Packaging is like the shine seduction glosses so the pen click applicator is great for releasing just the right amount. Gloss is not sticky, and smells like citrus. EDIT - It burned my lips, and felt very uncomfortable. Too much of a tingling sensation. Will not buy again.

Lip Gloss -Rimmel - Stay Glossy - all

I have this in 'All day seduction' and its by far one of the best glosses I've tried from Rimmel. It is a berry shade with gold shimmer and is great for everyday wear. Doesn't last for 6 hours as it says on tube, probably about 3 at the most and is not overly sticky. Has a pleasant smell, sort of sweet but not over-powering. Application is pretty smooth, keeps my lips moisturised and colour pay-off is pretty decent. Not sheer, and colour is definitely build-able. Will definitely repurchase!

Lip Gloss -Maybelline - Shine Seduction Glossy Lipcolor Peach-tini

I loved this gloss! Too bad I can't find this around anymore. :( It has a slight coral undertone to it which I find is quite nice as coral's don't usually work on me but this one is perfect. Glides on nice and smoothly, not sticky or too shimmery, which is just the way I like it. Pen click applicator is pretty good as it releases just the right amount, and no weird scent to this gloss. :) Only wish I could find these again in stores as it was my fav gloss.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Line Definer Liquid - Black

I wasn't impressed with this eyeliner. It's not very pigmented, with one coat its quite sheer and greyish. With two or three, its quite black but takes FOREVER to dry!! This liner smudges and flakes and doesn't last long at all. It started to fade on me about two hours after I had applied it and left a black line on my eyelid. Not a good find. :(

Lip Gloss -Revlon - LipGlide Sheer in Sheerly Burgundy

I rediscovered this lipgloss in my collection and I'm so glad I did. Its a nice plum-berry red that would work for fair-medium skintones. I like the packaging as you can control how much product you want released. Product lasts for a good 3 hours, but can be a little bit sticky. One thing I didn't like was the smell, it smelt like plastic which was off-putting, so I took off one lippy for that. But other than that, a great find.

Lip Gloss -Cover Girl - Wetslicks Amazemint-Slaphappy

A nice peach-pink colour however application is very sheer, almost nude. Great to layer over pink lipstick for added shine, but I don't like the tingling sensation from the peppermint oil. Not sticky at all which is an added bonus, however it doesn't last long at all. Need to reapply pretty often. Will I repurchase? Most probably as its a good cheap gloss to layer over lipsticks and great to have in purse when needed. :D

I absoutely LOVE this product. A must have staple in my makeup bag especially for colder months. Keeps my lips nice and soft and stops them from flaking. Have purchased this over and over again and will continue too. :)

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorstay Soft and Smooth Lipcolor in Blissful Honey

I didn't get to swatch this lippy before I brought it so I relied on what I could see from the clear plastic lid. It looked like a nice caramel sort of colour that I thought would be nice for everyday wear. Boy was I wrong! When applied to my lips, it looked like a dark orange brown that made me look like my lips were diseased! Gross! Had too much glitter in the product as well so made it look extremely tacky. Really disappointed with this lippy as the Revlon colorstay lipsticks are usually pretty nice.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

I had this awhile ago and it flaked and smudged extremely bad throughout the day. Doesn't give any volume or length, but is okay for just making lower lashes appear darker. The only thing I liked about it was the brush, made it easy to get into inner corners and lower lashes without getting mascara all over the skin around my eyes. Will use up what I have left, but will not be repurchasing.

Eye Shadow -Cover Girl - Eye Enhancers Quad - Berries & Cream

I really didn't like this quad. The colours looked really pretty in the pan, but when applied, looked like I was punched in the face and ended up with a black eye :( Not good. The white highlight colour was very chalky and ended up breaking to pieces after the second use, the light and dark lavendar colours were quite sheer and didn't have much pigmentation at all. The darkest blackcurrant colour had a bit more pigmentation, but didn't apply well and was very powdery. Colours don't last long, so a primer is a must! Overall, not happy with this product. :(
