This moisturizer gives a nice cool feel to the skin. My face feels clean and pure after applying it. I find that it does keep my skin matte for a longer period of time, but I don't find it to control oil.This moisturizer also helps keep my skin clearer, while providing enough moisture. If I use this on skin that is not oily(my cheeks) it kind of dries them out over time.

Styling Products -Got 2 Be - Playful Weightless Creme Pomade

I LOVE THIS STUFF. It smells great, but is very subtle (plus for me). This pomade keeps my hair soft and smooth, and also provides shine. I use this on dry hair and it never gets too sticky or chunky on me. This won't hold bold looks, or atleast for very long, but is fantastic for enhancing natural hair texture. I find that this also helps with frizz.

Lip Treatments -Maybelline - Baby Lips lip balm

I use this in 05Quenched, 30 Peach Kiss and 24 Pink Punch. Baby lips is NOT too creamy that it takes a long time to sink in, has a sweet scent that isn't too strong, and leaves my lips softer for a longer period of time compared to other lip balms I have used. Though the hydration doesn't last for 8 hours, it lasts at-least a few for me,so I don't need to reapply too much. In 7-8 hours I would apply the lipbalm 2-3 times. The Quenched made my lips so smooth. I find that the tinted ones aren't as moisturizing, but are great for some color that isn't drying. However, I find the Peach Kiss is too sheer for the color to show up on my quite pigmented lips. I still like it for the small amount of shimmer. The price of baby lips is also great. A favorite for COLOR pay off & smoothness, but nothing special for hydration. Will repurchase tinted ones.

Concealers -Hard Candy - Undercover Agent

The under eye brightener doesn't really brighten my under eyes but it does go well with the concealer. The tube does get messy though. I like the concealer, it provides nice coverage, and once blended, it looks natural and dewy on the skin with the under eye brightener as a base. However, this concealer has no staying power whatsoever. It faded in a hour!!!, about 2 with powder. The concealer is also quite dry, it drags your skin a little if you directly apply it. I suggest using your finger and dabbing on to the under eyes instead. Not a bad product for an hour, but the staying power is ridiculous.

Concealers -Maybelline - Fit Me

This is a decent natural looking concealer that works well on any part of the face. It blends nicely and effortlessly. The coverage isn't the best -light/medium- but it can be layered without looking cakey. The staying power is not bad. I find that this concealer can oxidize a bit. Overall not a bad concealer, but I won't repurchase.

This makes a great refresher spray! It keeps my makeup on longer and keeps my skin looking dewy without causing my skin to be shiny or more oily. The only thing that I don't like is that even though I close my eyes before spraying, it still gets into my eyes(as it doesn't dry that fast, but not slow either) and it stings my eyes..so I need to cover my eyes before I spray. I spray it onto a foundation brush and gently pat some of it on my eyes instead and that seems to work the same. The smell doesn't bother me but I can see why it can be very strong or unappealing to others. This spray also makes my makeup look less cakey. Really worth a try considering the price!

Lips -Bonne Bell - lipLITES Glossy Tint

I have this in strawberry gelato, and it smells so goooood. It gives a ok glossy look and a tiny tiny bit of color. It goes on very smooth and nice. I find it to be decently moisturizing. The staying power is not good. It literally is gone in an hour or less. Not a bad product, but won't repurchase.

Treatments (Eye) -Nivea - Aqua Sensation Eye Cream

This is just a regular eye cream. The moisture it gives is okay, it's light and absorbs quickly. As far as reducing dark circles, not for me. I don't know about puffiness though since I never get that. However, I do feel the cooling sensation, which is nice especially in the morning. I don't like the packaging too much, it's a bit heavy and probably wouldn't survive a drop. I also don't like dipping my finger in the container because it's sometimes hard to get a perfect small amount and it gets under nails, annoying at times. Other than that, this eye cream is decent. UPDATE: I notice that the product loses the refreshing feel, after a few months.

Makeup Brushes -E.L.F. - Concealer Brush

I love how the brush is so small. It's perfect for my under eyes and small blemishes. This brush applies product really well and even. It doesn't shed on me. The handle got loose on me once but I fixed it with super glue and its fine. Although this is a concealer brush, it works well as a eyeliner or lip brush too. The brush is cheap,useful and offers multiple purposes, great.

Moisturizers -Clean & Clear - Oil-Free Dual Action Moisturizer

First of all, this is an amazing moisturizer for acne prone or oily skin because it gives the perfect amount of moisture appropriate for oily skin - definitely not enough for dry or even normal skin (it's not enough for my normal areas at times.) It absorbs very quickly into my skin and leaves a cool feel (like i just applied toner) without stinging my skin. This product for sure helped me prevent and treat acne but of course it wasn't like a miracle or anything. I use this 1-2 times on my face everyday- usually after my shower or before I go to bed because it does not have SPF and I prefer to use a moisturizer with SPF in the morning to save time. Oh, and the price is good too :) EDIT: Forgot to mention that this moisturizer won't do alone in the winter. I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin, or in the winter time unless you are going to use another product for moisture.

I like how the color is build-able and can be sheer or build to desired color. I'm not in love with the scent but it doesn't bother me.The thing that is not so great is its hard to spread on the lips. Not a bad product, but won't be repurchasing.

Very nice brush. I use this for face powder(pressed or loose) and when I use blush or bronzer, it works well with both. I never used this for any wet products but I can see it working. This brush is cheap, soft and offers multiple purposes. Great! EDIT: Yes, at first the brush smells kind of bad.. but after washing it, no problem. Also did not shed =)

This brush is amazing for just $1. The bristles are soft yet stiff or dense enough. It's very easy to clean, it also does not shed when washing or using. I haven't had any problems with the glue loosening for the handle but even if it does, I'll fix it with super glue, I mean what can you expect from a $1 brush? I use this with cream foundation and it works great. This brush also works well with blending, just pat over the foundation and streaks are gone ( I mean.. no foundation brush will leave you 100% streak-less ) . Love it! - BTW this also works really well as a large concealer brush, just a bonus. If you are looking for a awesome concealer brush, use this :). AND if you can't find a use for this brush, try using it to apply masks! Again, great for only $1. EDIT: I washed this many times already and no shedding =)

Crème -Maybelline - Dream Smooth Mousse

First I was going for 240natural beige but when I got to the store it seemed too dark, so I went with 200creamy natural. I thought it was going to be very pink but it actually looked fine with my neutral-yellow under tone. This product is so creamy and goes on so smooth on the skin and it's very natural looking. I feel it gives medium-full build-able coverage. You can definitely layer this foundation to get very full coverage or double up as concealer ( I love it as concealer too) as it does not get cakey as easily as other foundations. I had applied some on a dry area due to acne medication and this foundation did not cling on to the dry patch and didn't feel as rough as before. I have a oily center forehead+temples and this did not create shine or more oil on those areas. For now it does not break me out. For the price (got mine for about $14.. so at Walmart in Canada it should be around $11-12 ish.) it seems that you get very little product but some say most cream foundations only offer 9-10g of product compared to the 14g the Dream Smooth has. The packaging isn't bad, not as bulky as it looks. The sponge actually is convenient. It;s great for touch up and I personally like to apply the foundation with it. EDIT: This foundation lasts pretty well on me. Using a powder or primer extends the wear GREATLY. It still wears off just a tiny bit after about 6-8 hours but I don't really need to re-apply if I need it on longer. EDIT2: I have finally used this enough to see if it breaks me out. It does not. :D I don't know if the amount of product will last me awhile but I will update to an HG if this does not break me out and will last me some time:).

Highlighters -New York Color - Colour Wheel Mosaic Powder Translucent Highlighter Glow

HG! This powder is awesome. At first I bought it because of the name ' Highlighter Glow ' but even though it didn't act like a highlighter, it doesn't completely matify my face so it left a slight glow. This product makes a great setting or finishing powder. It does NOT look cakey at all and looks smooth on the skin. I use this lightly over my entire face and a little more on concealed areas and I feel it gives me that small bit of extra coverage. This is definitely translucent and doesn't make my face look ashy. NYC claims that this powder is fragrance free and I have to say I agree completely. Most powders have a smell to it even though it says fragrance free. (just another pro) The packaging isn't the best but the cap shouldn't just fall off on you. I haven't packed this in a bag or anything so I'm not sure about it for traveling. (UPDATE 5/07/11: I keep this in my backpack most of the time and the cap doesn't fall off and I also actually brought this with me on a trip and it was fine in a luagge.) Overall, I love this powder and I don't mind the packaging. Only $4.47 at Walmart and you get 9g of product!
