This is so dinky. It is super sliom and of good quality. I'm a bit precous about it to pop it in my bag like it is intended. I'd be nervous it got scratched or something...kinda defeating the point somewhat. I put a number of lipsticks and a concealer in this about a year ago and they still look like new. Works like a dream. D.xx

I love this lipstick. The packaging is appropriately glam and the product matches. It is a super-creamy lipstick in a range of natural shades. They are well pigmented but aren't all that long lasting cos of the creamy sheen. D.xx

I have this in crush and love it. It is a semi-glossy lipstick in a pink-nude colour. It has a subtle rose scent (not as strong as Chanel) but I like the scent. Tube is a little dull though. D.xx

I have this in swoon- a metallic bright pink-mauve. I find the lipstick a little dry but it is well pigmented and lasts through a meal. Tube is a little dull though. D.xx

This is one of my favourite lipsticks of the moment. It is a nude pink with a touch of mauve. It is quitable for everyday use and is really easy to use. It is nice and glossy with a subtle sweet scent to it. Like the blue tube too. Makes it stand out. D.xx

I like this range of lipsticks. It has a midi-sized tube which is great and the product is pretty good too. This is a lightly pigmented sheer lipstick. It is a peachy cream colour- great for summer. Love it. D.xx

I'm not a big fan of these lipsticks I'm afraid. It has one of the plainest tubes on the market making it look at a lot cheaper than it is. The lipstick itself is super pigmented and has good colours but it has a waxy smell about it. Not too impressed. Packagin is important to me. D.xx

Well you can't accuse sephora of having a limited colour range! Like MAC, they have tons of colours in a number of finishes. I think their big falldown though is rotten packaging. The straight tube with the colour at the bottom is irredeemably dull. Also- its a blatant waste of lipstick. Fine product but the packaging puts me right off. D.xx

This is a solid performer. No nasty smells. Highly pigmented non-drying lipstick with a blue plastic funky tube. 17 is Boots teen range. I have russet rose- a matte mid-pink colour. D.xx

I love this benefit product. Its a super soft chunky pencil in a brightening light pink colour. I love it on my inner lashline- less harsh looking than white but achieves the same effect. Love it-and I'm not big on eyeliners. D.xx

Lipstick -Bare Escentuals - urban
rated 4 of 5
dibble 6/9/2003 3:42:00 PM

These are some of the most heavily pigmented lipsticks on the market. I find I only need the thinnest layer to get quite an intense look that really lasts. The tube is slightly dull- a matte black with silver trim tube. I'd prefer a little more glam in a lippy but I quess it has to match the shadow packaging. Urban is a very dark red colour. Only suitable for those who can cope with very strong colours- especially as these are so pigmented. This'd be especially good for ladies who like goth makeup. D.xx

This has the classy chanel packaging and is a lovely moisturising lipstick in a very wearably mauvey colour. I don't find the scent too overpowering- and in fact didn't notice it till it was pointed out in these reviews. I'd never buy a chanel suit- but I love my chanel lippy. D.xx

Palettes -Stila - ont the red carpet touch up kit #3
rated 4 of 5
dibble 6/9/2003 3:32:00 PM

I bought this today and love it. I do think it is a little expensive for what you get though. It contains a small traincase (a fantastic bonus if you don't already own one), a lip liner in #16, mini-mascara, mini-creme bouquet, mini-all over shimmer and full size lipglaze in guava- a peachy pink colour. It is meant to be based on Kate Hudsons makeup for last years oscars- but really you would need the shadows (which aren't contained) to create the look. If you don't mind not looking like Kate Hudson though, this is a special treat. D.xx

Misc Beauty Tools -Stila - small traincase

This is such a cute makeup bag. IT is black nylon with three stila silhouettes logo on the front. It has a thick cardboard insert with a main compartment and two fold back shallow compartments. It fits all my stila palettes and look books apart from my 12-pan. This is small enough to sit beautifully on a dresser but too big to takeaway for everyday use. D.xx
