i m dry combination skin type which is also acne prone and dehydrated, got this as a sample and only tried it one nite and the next morning i woke up with a few more pimples on my extra greasy face.

two month ago i stopped going on birthcontrol pillls to control my acne, and my skin has became mad. I had so much breakup around my jaw line that it's time for me to change my skincare regimen to control this externally. I came across this as a sample from sephora, tried it for two days and i saw improvement. So i immediately went to sephora and grabbed the wash and the toner in full size. And they have helped me alot in clearing my breakouts, i mean i still do have pimples but they are not as severe and seem to die off faster...and my jawline has improved alot from big bumps to small ones in smaller numbers. some people complain about drying of their skin, but i think it's das the way it is, and you can't have something to fight oiliness and bacterials that are also moisturizing. I just have to use stronger moisturizers afterward to balance it out. so far i'm quite happy with the result and will continue to use this. UPDATE: after finishing one bottle my face was covered with itchy painful bumps. I think it works well at the beginning because it was able to fight off the bacterias on my skin, however, after a while my skin got used to it and came back with stronger bacterias to fight the cleanser back....i'm not sure what i'm saying but think about how when you get sick the doctor will prescribe you antibiotics, but as you grow older you might need stronger ones to fight off the same illness coz the virus was able to immuned itself to the same medication over time....that's why we shouldn't take antibiotics for everything little thing which will become harmful to our body at the end..........therefore, instead of fighting the acne i took the opposite approch and switch to gentle products..........

my skin is dehydrated but acne prone, i'm not sure if this really does anything to my skin, i think it helps a little bit but over all it's quite expensive to buy for something that dun make a noticeable difference, at least it didn't break me out so i'm on my second bottle but i'm in search for something better.

i bought it mainly because of the look of it which is so interesting and cute.....however, i found it not moisturizing enough and makes my lips peels with white skins.....i will still use it here and there but will not buy again.........

i have the one that says it's for normal combination skin...however....it leaves an oily film on top of my skin that doesn't go away.............after using it for two days i m getting more white heads on my face......so i dun think this is for me

this is a very light coverage foundation with a very light feel....i dun think it did correct alot nor is it a high def foundation.....i like it because it doesn't bother my sensitive acne prone skin and i have no problem blending it on any part of my face.....

Tried this powder for three days hoping that it will keep my t zone matte for a little bit longer than my regular powder, but it turns out that my regular powder actually keeps me matte longer......so this is going back to sephora.......

i tried it as a sample from sephora for two days but i didn't like it........i dun feel the hydration that it claims to give, in reverse, it feels kinda dry and thick on my skin and it settles alot on problem areas.....

Concealers -Maybelline - Fit Me

this concealer is very light and it almost has the same consistency as a liquid foundation.......therefore, if you have serious stuffs to cover, this is not going to do the job for you..........it's mostly too running and watery to stay on one spot after dabbing........and the color seems a little bit too light on my skin while the next shade will be too dark.......im nc30 and got the 20.......

really not bad for it's price..........i'm not a frequent drug store makeup user but recently i got curious about this foundation with ads all over the place so i gave it a try when it was on sale for 7.99..........to be honest i dun see much different with this between the other high end 50 dollars foundations that i have....i asked my fd if they see any different but none of them was able to tell...........and actually this stays on my face better than the expensive stuffs and also feel lighter.....it really doesn't hurt to try at his price.....and for references i'm nc30 and i'm 220............UPDATE: from 5 to a 1, it makes my face so dry and greasy by the end of the dayy......and as weather gets warmer...it really doesn't stay .......so i wouldn't recommend this...........

this foundation gives you an illusion of having perfect skin, coverage is not very good so if you have inperfections on ur skin you probably still need a good concealer....doesn't seem to bother my skin and doesn't give me breakouts which is a greattt!! however, the price is quite steep and i hate how it has no bump so i always ended up pouring more out than what i need........and as the weather gets warmer it doesn't stay that well on my face specially on my t zone area.....for reference i'm nc30 and i have this in warm nude......

Pressed Powders -MAC - Studio Careblend

this is da best press powder das i have came across for long time..althought this powder is made for dry skin but for some reason my combination skin doesnt become oily with this powder while most powder only lasts about half an hr on my t zone....i usually reach for this when i need a quick touch up.. i find this more convenient than blot powder because i can use careblend on all areas on my face instead of b pwder which i have to be careful not to use under my eyes or blemishes or else it will totallt dry da area upp...i m nc30 and my color is medium plus...those of u with oily skin should also give it a tryyyyyy!!! UPDATE: took two lippies off bacause of da color. The medium plus has more liked a neutral biege tone to it and when i use it as setting powder all over sometimes dont seem right so i only use for touch up. I finally went to da mac counter and put it side by side with the nc30 powder and realize its not the same tone thats right it gives me a muddy look. And the tone difference gets more and more noticeable as the day goes by...when i go home at the end of my day my face is completely different color than my chest which really bothers me..... It will be great if they can make this in the same color scheme.

this foundation is amazing!! lightweight, good coverage and looks so natural and glowy... i dun think i have ever looked this good with other foundations and i've tried quite alot of them. HOwever, this makes my skin bumpy. after using it for two weeks i realized i get more and more white heads on my face. But i would still try to use it on special ocassion when pictures will be taken.

first of alll beware of super strong cherry scent of this lip ointment...after one day of keepin it in my bag, everything in there smells like cherry with tube close perfectly,so i decided to only keep it in my room for handy usage before bed...but then i can still totally smell it while i m sleeping if i keep it anywhere near my bed whichis crazzzyyyyy!!! personally i dun mind cherry or else i wouldnt have bought it at da first place but its really too much...!!!and in terms of moisturizing my lips its allrite but i think i would preferred something more solid da is more pastey on my lips... i put this on at nite and i still wake up with dry chapped lips... i can get others da works better for cheaper priceeee...!!!

This is the most expensive face wash i had tried but i think it's worth every penny....it saved me from having tight skin throughout harsh winter weather in canada......it moisturizes well without any residues on your face....and smells so lovely.........anyone out there who has been looking for a good face wash must try thiss outtt.......
