With a good lip gloss, this lasts longer, but alone, forget about it! It's a light pink frost. It also smells like bubble-gum? Candy? It has a sweet smell to it that isn't a bother. I use a berry lip liner and throw this on top and then a lip gloss.
Lip Gloss -L.A. Colors - Moisturizing Lipgloss in Clear

I have the clear glitter gloss. It does smell like bubble-gum. Even my lipstick does. I like this because it isn't sticky. And over lipstick, it looks nice and lasts for awhile.
Yes, I'd buy again, IF I were to stick with the liquid liners, which I won't be. This is average stuff, but difficult to apply. I had a thin black strip on my one eye, but over on the other upper lid was a jagged thick line. It dries quickly, so I had to use a q-tip to remove the excess. TRICKY. I mean, it's SO thin to work with! I think I'll be using pencil from now on, since I'm too klutzy for this stuff. NOT bad for a buck, though! UPDATE: I've since applied with a slanted makeup brush and works well! Stays put ALL day, even in the summer! Don't have any problems with flaking.........But, I have VERY oily skin!
Lotions/ Creams -Victoria's Secret - Amber Romance Body Lotion

VERY nice! It is strong, but for me, that's a good thing.........I can actually smell it! AND, it lasts a super long time(almost unheard of with so many other lotions)! It isn't very moisturizing, as it's a light lotion(not sticky), but the lasting scent makes it worth it! I've even applied a fragrance over this and all I can smell is the lotion. GOOD STUFF! Be nice if a powder came with it. Also, I don't get "old lady" with this as some others had mentioned. For me, it's a sweet and creamy amber. Very pretty and soothing.
For the cheap stuff, this stuff is great. I get mine @Dollar Tree, here in AZ. I have the 6 color metallic eyeshadow in Sweet Pleasure(pinks, purples, mauves....NICE), a Pink Blush and Peach Rose blush(looks good used as a bronzer), black mascara, clear glitter gloss(LOVE), black liquid liner(SO clumsy with this, but lasts!), and a Pink Frost lipstick(looks nice and smells like candy). And, everything was a buck! I also saw a lot of nail polishes that I'm gonna try..........I also snagged a makeup kit, Manhattan Mauve from N.Y.C.! Nice lil' goodies @the Dollar Tree! I even get my hair color in there! Who knew that being cheap could be this much fun?!
First, I really used to love only the soft and light fragrances, nothing too harsh, but for some reason, I can no longer wear the light fragrances as I do not detect anything! Now, I seem to do well with fragrances such as Skin Musk, Coty Wild Musk, Night Magic Musk, Soft Musk, Rare Gold and now Candid. Some of the above were scents that I never cared for! But they work! Candid is quite nice. I get a warm, light, incense, powdery-floral scent. Not too heavy. The note I really seem to pick up on is the sandalwood, which, like musk and amber, I can do well. Lasts pretty well. Not priced bad either and it doesn't smell cheap. UPDATE:The more I've worn this, I just don't care for it. Someone mentioned, above, Giorgio, well this kinda is like that! It also reminds me of the perfume, JOY. Just too sharp for me. I actually thought I'd prefer this over Timeless, but I'd rather wear Timeless.
Shampoo -Alberto Vo5 - Kiwi Lime Squeeze Clarifying Shampoo

I get this great smelling stuff at my local Dollar Tree and it works SUPER! Smells great and cleans great! Everyone uses this in my home and we all smell so nice! It's a pleasant unisex scent. I wish there was a body wash and a lotion, too! Did I mention that I LOVE the smell of this stuff? Works wonders for oily hair. It can be drying, so I sometimes use a moisturizing conditioner(and leave it in). My hair is less greasy since using this that I could skip a day of washing! Like this much better than Suave's Clarifying. GREAT STUFF for a buck! And we, too, had itchy dry scalps, but using this has helped A LOT.
I really like this one. It smells expensive and it's long lasting. It is a bit too strong, but if used lightly, it is nice. It's a basic, clean and simple vanilla. That's all I smell. I think Yves Rocher did a good job on this one. I also like the Jasmine. Both are very pretty scents. However, I, too, think that for it being called Vanille Noire, I was expecting a bit of incense thrown in somewhere.............You know, something smelling dark and rich. Still like it a lot since I can't even do those dark and rich scents anyway. NICE.
I like the selection of colors..........I have 2 glitters and a light cream. For $2, not bad, but not great either. I have to apply more than the 2 coats it says to apply to get any color. However, I like how smooth these go on. Makes for a quick job. Doesn't last any longer than Wet 'n Wild's, but I prefer these because the colors are nicer.
This smells really nice and refreshing. It's clean. Just the right amount of sweetness, not overpowering and sickening, like Yves Rocher's Verveine cologne, which is a bit too much on the sweet side, especially during the summer months. This is just perfect. It's light for anytime, but refreshing for those hot summer days! Not long lasting, but it isn't very expensive. I, too, get quite a lot of musk along with the slightly sweet lemon scent, but that's a plus, since I do well with musk scents. NICE! And I don't think it smells cheap. I think it smells much more nicer than some other lemon scents. Either they're bitter smelling, or they're too sweet. Perfectly done here. Great for after showers and right before bedtime. Oh, and yes, AVON comes out with some stuff that is cheap smelling, but sometimes they come out with something great, as with any other company! I've smelled stuff from BIG companies that were HORRIBLE!
CHAPS comes to mind when I sniff this stuff. It isn't bad, but you don't want to use it with a heavy hand, because than it does become BAD. Not bad for an everyday after shave. Simple.
Smells like a lighter, less complex scent of Rare Diamonds. Both have plum, orchids, and amber. So they are a bit similar. However, I do like the Rare Diamonds a bit more. It's like the "night" version to Imari Seduction. Both are nice scents, but NOT for me because I really can't do strong scents and these are a bit too much for me, as I prefer the soft, powder, floral, musk scents. Anyway, Seduction is loads BETTER than the original!
First off, NOT something for me, buuuuuuuuut, it isn't bad smelling, just a bit TOO strong for me. Kinda like potpourri..........I know! SORRY! But that's what I get! Like walking into one of those smelly scent stores. I actually sneezed sniffing it and my eyes filled. Nooooooooooooo. Not for me. I hate that I can't do any of these complex-type of scents, as some of them are lovely, but well, I have to stick to my plain and boring soft, powdery, floral, musky things! It is a creamy and warm scent. I get a lot of woody amber. Says it has golden amber, orange blossom, and ginger wood. And I swear it smells like something I've smelled before and NOT Coty's Wild Musk nor Sand & Sable. I don't get either with Sophistique. This is much more woody. I got a tropical creamy gardenia with the Sand & Sable and a soft amber vanilla powdery musk with Coty Wild Musk. And both were a lot softer. This is quite strong and a bit masculine. Oh, well. To each her nose, I guess.
Smells similar to Imari Seduction. NOT bad, just a bit too much going on for my tastes, as I prefer the soft, powdery, simple things. Still, on the right person, this is lovely. Kinda NOT liking the bottle. I prefer Rare Gold, but this isn't bad as the Rare Pearls. Sorry, just don't like that one at all! This has plum blossom, guava, peony, gardenia, diamond orchid, jasmine sambac, cashmere woods, patchouli fleur, creamy amber. Perhaps it's the jasmine and amber that has me liking it a bit. Smells quite expensive. So, although I gave it a 4, it's because it is well put together, just too much for me. And I guess it is an "older" scent. I think when some of us say that, perhaps we really mean that it's a mature scent........Well, whatever! I can totally see this working for an elegant "older" woman! Some of these "old" ladies are gorgeous!
Surprised I really like this, as I bought without sniffing! I think it's actually a pretty scent. I don't think it's harsh at all. Instead, it's a soft powdery, vanilla amber musk scent. Reminds me of Soft Musk, but this is the "night" version. Very nice on me! And it's feminine. It's not so strong that it couldn't be worn during summer months, if applied lightly. It is a lasting, warm, comforting scent, just like others have mentioned. I think Avon did a nice job on this one and I hope it remains a part of their collection. Oh, and yes, I, too, really don't care for the packaging, as the bottle is, well, a bit fugly and cheap looking. Oh, well. I LOVE it anyway! UPDATE: Hmmm...........I have since detected a plastic note, kinda like a doll's smell. I really do prefer Avon's Soft Musk over this. So, it's been bumped down to a 3.
