This was nice, not great. I enjoyed wearing this but found I didn't go for it every day. I have a lot left in the bottle & haven't used it in a year now. The scent didnt wear as long as I would have wanted - definately a scent you need to reapply every few hours.

This smells delicious! The scent is warm vanilla & spice. I'm a vanilla addict when it comes to perfumes, and this perfume has a lot of vanilla. Love it, love the price, love the bottle, love it!

This is such a gorgeous perfume. It is a very original frangrance, not like anything else I have come across. The scent itself is very strong, when first applied it needs to be done minimally or else it can be overwhelming. When other people wear this I can smell it instantly. It lasts a long time when worn also, doesn't fade quickly like other perfumes. And I love the bottle, it's really pretty! Overall one of my favourites!

I didn't like this scent. It smelt like sickly sweet tropical fruit juice. And when I wore this it smelt like I had poured sickly sweet fruit juice all over me. Yuk! The bottle is very pretty. That's all I liked about this perfume.

Treatments -Sally Hansen - Fast & Gentle Polish Remover - Acetone-Free

This is your average nail polish remover that I would classify as 'supermarket' standard. It seems to take a bit more scrubbing to remove the polish & leaves the nails quite dry. I like that it's acetone free & has a child-proof cap. Very important. Would I buy again? No for the fact that I'm sure there are better removers out there.

Hair Styling Tools -Remington - Wet 2 Straight

I'm writing a review for the Remington Wet 2 Straight that is being sold in Australia. It seems to be different from other reviews as it has very wide plates, blue digitial screen and heat settings from 180 degrees to 230 degrees. So just in case you folk from other lands are wondering what I'm going on about ;-) I love this straightener! It has wide plates which I find so much easier to use with long hair. I have used straighteners with long thin plates for so many years and now would never touch one after using this product. This straightener has a digitial blue screen which i really like. You can choose what temperature you want from 180 degrees to 230. I love this feature as it's so good to be able to use this as a normal straightener with dry hair on a lower setting. I never use this with wet hair but sometimes (ok a lot) I use this with damp bits of hair when I am slack in blowdrying my hair - and it always comes out looking amazing. My hair is always really straight, smooth and awesome - never frizzy. This is definately my HG straightener - I luff it to bits!

Liquid -Maybelline - Dream Liquid Mousse

This is what you would expect from a drugstore (we call them chemists in Australia ;-)) foundation. It is ok borderline pretty average. I used the lightest shade and found it made my skin look very dark - definately not my colour. It also made my skin quite shiny. I didn't like the coverage at all and when I compare it to foundations I do love I can see how inadequate this foundation really is. I think if you had tanned skin and normal skin (not combo, dry or oily) then this would be worth trying. But yeah, I won't be buying this again.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #150 Large Powder Brush

I did not like this brush! As per other reviewers, the bristles come out all the time - on your face when your applying powder! To boot the head of my brush completely came off. Terrible brush for the price. Steer clear of this one!

My HG blush brush that I have used for years & years :-) I personally find the bristles to be nice & soft, making application perfect & smooth. The brush is a decent size which i find fantastic for blushing my cheeks. Also these brushes last forever so totally worth the money. Fabulous product!

Lipstick -Australis - Moisture Intense Lipstick

This is a great lipstick! I have it in moomba & it's a gorgeous nude shade with subtle coffee undertones. It applies smoothly & stays on well. It does moisturise also, no drying of the lips. And finally it is dirt cheap! Very impressed!

Eyeliner -Australis - Eye Pencil

I love the colour of the blue eyeliner. But it was near impossible to get a clear line without a lot of rubbing the eyeline alot. The price is dirt cheap which made me not that upset that the eyeliner wasn't great. Overall this eyeliner was ok but I wouldn't buy again.

Lip Gloss -Rimmel - Vinyl Lip

I really like this! Makes my lips look so glossy & full & gorgeous! Downside is it is majorly sticky tacky in texture & when drinking coffee, etc this stuff ends up everywhere. Still a fan tho :-P

Lipstick -Nivea - lip care pearl and shine

This didn't moisturise my lips, in fact it made them more dry. So calling it a lip calm or lip care is misleading. The colour is a frosty pale pink. Perfect for a 10 year old, terrible for anyone older. Terrible product nivea, just terrible.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

This was really cakey. Application was rough as the formula is quite clumpy & thick. Blergh! The lightest shade I bought was still too dark & yellow for my skin. Coverage was ordinary & skin went shiny quite fast. I wouldn't waste my coin on this again.

Concealers -L'Oreal - Infallible Concealer

I used this for years in the lightest shade & found it great for under the eyes. It had a brightening effect which I liked. It is expensive considering how fast I went through these sticks. I also found using it under foundation was terrible. You could see the concealer. Bit too thick & cakey. But then again, I hate concealers for that reason & find they all do that. Won't buy it again but yeah, it was ok.
