Eye Shadow -MAC - Sunset B.

I really like this color and the smoothness of the formulation. I do however, agree with other reviewers when I say it's not the most pigmented, but it shows up nicely on my lids after only a tiny bit of extra work.

Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)
rosietse 8/22/2009 9:24:00 PM
Even though the packaging is ridiculous, I will always have a tube of this in my makeup kit. Other reviewers have been complaining about not being able to blend as well, but this is a sign of a good primer - it sticks to the eyeshadow so it'll stay on all day long. To fix this, you can apply a light dusting of a skin colored eyeshadow to make blending easier - but I would suggest just letting the primer do it's job. And if you have trouble with it looking too cakey, it's simply because you're using too much eyeshadow with the primer- you don't need as much because it intensifies the colors. So, in a nutshell, this primer is very much worth the cost.

Blush -MAC - Beauty Powder Blush in Tippy (Hello Kitty)
rosietse 7/16/2009 9:04:00 PM
This is one of my favorite blushes right now. As stated by other reviewers, the pigmentation and packaging is amazing and it will stay on your face for a very long time. It is one of my favorites because it really helps keep my face awake with a perfect flush of bright pink.

Highlighters -MAC - Triple Fusion MSF
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:53:00 PM
I agree with the other reviewer when I say that it is very shimmery and would look silly in bright sunlight, but I like it for a highlight. I do find that the pinkest shade on the bottom is a bit less glittery than the others, though. Otherwise, this isn't a necessary item from MAC - I like my smooth merge MSF better because it has a light pink and a browner color (just like this one) and then it has a lovely darker pink too. Also the colors in this one are all so similar. EDIT: this is just too shimmery.

Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Smooth Merge
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:48:00 PM
Like the other reviewers here, this MSF seemed to catch my eyes more than the others that came out with the color craft collection. But contrary to what others have said, it was a bit more glittery than I expected (the brown color especially). That being said, I only had one MSF before and it was refined- a MSF with basically zero glitter. But, I'm still happy that I bought it. The deeper color in the middle was a lot darker than the online swatches mac had but I love it anyway. Overall, I like this MSF because of the pink colors- it can triple as a blush, highlight and eyeshadow.

Pressed Powders -MAC - Tahitian Sand Hello Kitty
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:40:00 PM
I really like this beauty powder. I simply use it as a setting powder all over my face after my foundation and it sets and gives me a glow without any glitter. It is not a color match for my skin color in the pan but it goes on clear over my foundation. For what it's worth, the packaging should justify buying this anyway ;).

Lip Treatments -MAC - Hello Kitty -- Popster Tinted Lip Conditioner
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:32:00 PM
I love this stuff but I agree with the reviews that it is almost too pigmented for a lip treatment (and that can highlight the dryness and cracks in the lips). However, the color is very pretty and the smell and hello kitty packaging is to die for.

Lip Treatments -MAC - Hello Kitty -- Pink Fish Tinted Lip Conditioner
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:28:00 PM
One of my favorite lip products. The color is lovely and you can never accidentally put too much on your lips. Unfortunately, I'm terrified of using too much and running out -but that's the only con. ;) I don't find it THAT moisturizing, but it's good for everyday use if your lips need a bit of a pick-me-up.

Lipstick -MAC - Style Warriors- Brave New Bronze [DISCONTINUED]
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:25:00 PM
This has quickly become one of my favorite lip colors. It is slightly lighter than my natural lip color, but it works great to even out the color of my lips. I like that it isn't too drying and you can't say that the packaging isn't cute.

Lipstick -MAC - Cremesheen- Modesty
rosietse 7/14/2009 6:20:00 PM
This was my first mac lipstick a while ago and I still love it. I usually reach for lighter shades when I want a nude lipstick color, but I'd buy this again because it is an interesting pinky brown nude shade.

Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

I would re-buy these but there are cheaper alternatives (try a drugstore named brand and you'll get the same results). However, these do what they claim and can be very helpful for someone with very oily skin. The only downside is the packaging, because it falls apart over time.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash Foam Cleanser
rosietse 7/8/2009 9:50:00 PM
I used this a few years ago for quite a while and can say that it really helped me at the time- I have since changed my face routine for the better because my face likes benzoyl peroxide as opposed to salicylic acid (but that's another story). You obviously need an excellent moisturizer with this cleanser, and I did not have any problems with severe dryness - so I think it's worth it to try this out.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Bohemian soap
rosietse 7/8/2009 9:44:00 PM
I liked this soap but it wasn't anything special that justified it's steep price. I liked that the fresh lemon smell didn't linger on my skin- but that's a personal preference. I do agree that it doesn't lather well, but it does do well to clean you up.

Skincare - Body -LUSH - Therapy massage bar
rosietse 7/8/2009 9:39:00 PM
I love this product - my only warning would be to take a good sniff of the tester before buying it because not everyone loves the same scents. With that said, I love the sweet and herb-y but slightly citrus-y smell that it leaves behind. It moisturizes well and I was told by my mom that hers did help diminish some stretch marks too.

Bronzers -Physicians Formula - Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Bronzer
rosietse 7/7/2009 12:58:00 PM
This is an okay bronzer with a bit too much shimmer for my liking. I did not experience a foul smell, but it developed a coating over the dark parts and only the lighter, shimmery color was going on my brush. After scoring the dark part, I concluded that this bronzer is okay because it is not too orange and it applies nicely, but I find I reach for other bronzers first.
