Makeup Brushes -Sigma - F82 Round Top Synthetic Kabuki

I use this brush to buff in my foundation after its applied and it works really well for that, its small enough to get under the eyes and on the nose. It's so dense that it never leaves any streaks.I've heard it's great for powder foundation too but I'm more of a liquid foundation kind of girl so I couldn't tell you.It has never shed a single bristle and I've owned it for quite a while . All the Sigmax are awesome quality brushes that have changed completely the way my foundation looks. I would totally repurchase even though I don't think I'll have to because this brush is durable
I really like this foundation but it's not a HG. It gives such a beautiful finish to the skin. It is medium coverage leaning more towards full ,I still need to put on concealer when I use it but I wasn't expecting any miracle. It blends really well into the skin without any efforts and the finish is semi-dewy which I really like cause I'm not a fan of matte foundations. This didn't break me out and I've been using it for 2 months so I don't think it will well anyway I've never broke out from a Mac foundation ! For application I've tried my Beauty Blender,my flat top kabuki F80, my angled kabuki F84,my round kabuki F82 and I've found that I get the best finish with my fingers ! The staying powder is not great though, I have combination skin and after 5 hours I start to get really oily when I wear it.For winter its ideal though, my skin tends to get really dry and its the only foundation I've tried that won't emphasize my dry patches but it does show my big pores and sets into fine line ! I think overall it's a good foundation but I'm not sure I would repurchase
So I'm still a little bit unsure of how I feel about this foundation. First the color is a little off but that's my fault and it's manageable. The coverage is medium, definitely not full. Even though I need full coverage, this can be easily fixed with some concealer. If you tend to have dry skin STAY AWAY it emphasizes any dry patches you have, luckily my skin isn't that dry so I just need to put on a good moisturizer. But the great thing about this foundation is that it really is long wearing. My T-zone normally gets oily after 3-4 hours and I have to blot but when I wear this foundation I can go without 7-8 without blotting !! The reason I'm not sure about this foundation is the finish and the effect it gives to my skin. It's really obvious when I'm wearing it and tends to look a bit cakey. So my endless quest for the perfect foundation continues ! Update 03/17 : I've been comparing Revlon Colorstay and this one, and I can honestly say that Pro longwear has nothing over CS. It's still a good foundation and I will use it up but I won't repurchase as the Revlon one is very similar but has more coverage and is cheaper
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Xtreme Wear - Mint Sorbet

This is such a pretty color, green is usually my least favorite color but this pale minty green is just so pretty ! The application is quite streaky but that's to expect with 2$ nail polishes and I don't mind working a little harder to make it look right !
I really like this palette, took me a while to get it considering its 71$ with taxes in Canada, but finally caved in last summer and I'm really glad I did. I think Urban Decay shadows are the best shadows i've used, they're buttery soft, always super pigmented, blend really well and never crease . I've always been more into colorful eyeshadows but lately i've been wanting something more mature and settle, well this is perfect for that !
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow

I just LOVE these !! I have Tough as Taupe and Bad to the Bronze. The pigmentation is awesome, they stay on all day and they're so creamy. They're just as good as Mac Paint Pots in my opinion !
This creases on me if I don't wear a primer underneath which is why I gave only 3 lippies. But out of all the primers I've tried UDPP is the only that didn't make my eyeshadows crease so that's no surprise. I didnt buy it as a primer either, I bought it to use it as a base for my neutral shadows and I really like it for that.
I bought these due to all the hype they were getting but they are really REALLY overrated. The pigmentation is mediocre, and I hate the consistency, its really hard to apply and to blend. Yes they are quite unique but not worth it cause after 1 use, mines are ruined. The dream mousse blushes were a lot better !
I love it for my blue eyes ! It's so pigmented and blends really well.
This is such a life saver for me ! My foundation ALWAYS looks cakey and powdery after I apply powder regardless how I apply it or what powder I use, it just does. But if I don't set my foundation I will start to get oily after 2-3 hours so I had a big problem ! Well this little baby fixed everything, I just spray it 3 or 4 times after my full face is done and voila, everything is melted together ! Plus it gives me such a nice glow. The only thing is that you have to be careful not to spray too much or your face will be all sticky !
Primer/ Corrector -E.L.F. - Mineral Infused Face Primer

This did nothing for me ! It's very greasy, doesn't make my makeup application smoother and does nothing for oil control. This only things I liked were the packaging which I quite convenient and that it didn't break me out, but other than that if you're on a tight budget try Monistat Powder Gel, this is what I use and it's wonderful and only 7$ at your local drugstore !
What the hell was I thinking about when i bought this blush lol ? It's a dark brownish orangy red,the finish is matte but not dull. there's NO WAY i can pull this off being as pale as I am. It is so pigmented, but really hard to sheer out.I bought it online so i couldnt know. Overall that would be a great blush for people with darker skin but its a big no no for me, that's why I still give it 4 lippies cause it is my mistake but this a great product !
Bronzers -New York Color - Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny 720
lilblue10 2/9/2012 10:24:00 PM
I don't get why everyone raves about this bronzer, its not pigmented at all, it doesnt blend well and its so ORANGE !! it looks sooo unnatural on me.
I loooove this concealer, this is the only thing that has enough coverage to hide my acne and my acne scars !! I dont know how I did to live without this but I wont ever be without it now !! This didnt break me out and stayed all day, I would recommend using a primer underneath cause it can be a little hard to blend ! The only downside is that have to mix 2 shades to get the good shade but considering how cheap it is I dont mind at all !
Crème -L'Oreal - True Match Super Blendable Compact Makeup
lilblue10 2/7/2012 12:36:00 AM
So I bought this thinking it was a powder haha I didnt really read as you can see but I was in a rush and I just ran out of my foundation and my usual shade was out of stock ! so I bought this and surprisingly I really like it !! The color range is awesome, Im in N2 and in MAC Im in NC20 and it matches really well ! The finish is really natural and it covers really well, I would say its a medium leaning towards full coverage. The lasting power is pretty good,my skin is pretty oily and I didnt have to blot until 5 or 6 hours of wear ! And a GREAT point is it didnt break me out .
