I am officially IN LOVE with this product! I have the full size version coming in a swap, but a very wonderful swapper sent the trial size as an extra! Amazing! I HAD TO WAIT 24hrs before posting an official review, just to test the good graces of this product. NO WONDER THERE IS SUCH A CULT FOLLOWING! After an 8.5hr workday and a pretty intense 1hr Cardio workout at the gym, my eyeshadow was STILL IN PLACE; both smudge and crease free!! Please note, the eyeshadow that I originally purchased this product for WAS an UD shadow, so maybe, just maybe, that is part of a sales hitch; you need to pay for one to reap the long wearing benefits of the other. Regardless, I will never apply shadows WITHOUT this underneath! This is AMAZING. The coloring is SO neutral that when you first put it on, you do not notice that there is ANYTHING on your lid. I do not yet know about the packaging because I havent received my own bottle yet, but, when I do - and if any issues arise - I will make an edit to this review!

Fragrances -Burberry - Weekend

This scent is definately the epitome of Burberry: Classic, leisurly, and golf course / polo match ready. Pure elegance due to its classic simplicity.Definately perfect for a mature consumer. Lasting power is compliment worthy.

I LOVE this scent; it has multiple layers and as one wears down...and the next becomes more apparant...I enjoy it more and more. The initial scent is strong, and I believe that that is due, in part, to the strength of the nozzle. It would be nice if the pressure can be adjusted as it can with your shower head; one setting does not fit all :) The lasting power is compliment worthy; it does not smell as strong 8hrs later after putting it on, but, there is a noteworthy scent that lingers. Light, feminine, clean. I love it. Not too sweet, and not too flowery. Very womanly - would you expect anything LESS from Sarah Jessica Parker? I think not!!

This was an on-the-whim purchase. I have fine hair, and I have chunky highlights. My hair is not dry, but, I figured that this would be an additional benefit to my every work morning hair routine. I use B&B thickeing spray, Avedas volumnizer, Paul Mitchells root lifter, and Doves shine spray. This spray is DEFINATELY lighter then John Friedas Brilliant Brunette line - and does add a very slight shimmer. For a drug store purchase, I have no complaints. This spray isnt a miracle worker, but it doesnt weigh my hair down, and it also does leave a pretty scent.

Absolutely LOVE THIS SCENT! It is simple (floral) yet perplexing (the underlying notes are hard to determine). The lasting power is amazing -and the fact that the scent stays on your skin as fresh at 6pm as it was at 9am when it was first applied. You pay $40 for a teeny tine little roll on applicator, but a little goes a long way. This scent has lasted me well over 6mos, and that is wearing it almost every single day.

I have been a fan of this product since its introduction! The scent lingers a long time after application, and the lotion is absorbed (almost) immediately into thirsty skin. The scent it light and lovely, by no means overpowering. I am a big fan of almost all J&J products, and this is one of my favorites! It can be found in the baby section at Target, Wal Mart, and your local grocery store. It's a cheapie but goodie - and will forever be a staple!

I have been purchasing this product for YEARS! I love the light scent (which definately fades - not to completion - after putting it on) that is left on my skin. I love the softness and silky smooth feel that this lotion leaves behind, and I am also a fan of the quickness in which this lotion gets absorbed. My legs always look smooth and have a nice summery sheen when I put this lotion on. I love it and will forever be a J&J lotion user.

Eye Shadow -Clinique - Color Surge Eye Shadow Duo in Pink Tweed

I LOVE Clinique products - everything from their moisturizers to their lipsticks, but I am not overly fond of their lipglosses. As with most of their products, the colors in the pans, or the tubes, differ (from slightly to majorly) then the color that is applied. The main thing about Clinique that I love, is the subtley of the color - however, the darker bronzey/coppery color that is part of this duo looks like it would be much more pigmented then how it applies. The light pink is a pretty wash for everyday, but nothing that you can turn more dramatic for night time wear. I love the brand, love the quality...just not ALWAYS a fan of the lack of concentrated pigment. I have other Clinique duos that I enjoy more; I will continue to purchase (and love) Clinique...just not this color combination!

Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - Volume Spray

I bought this product, and although I only use it in conjunction with other products as well (Aveda, Bumble & Bumble, etc.) I love the bounce, lift, and volume this spray gives. A little bit of spray goes a long way, and the nozzle design of the package really helps to control the application! This is a great product, and for $23 you get a full size bottle that will carry you through a long length of time. This spray, plus a blowdryer plus a round brush = workable, beautiful, manageable hair!

Eye Shadow -Laura Mercier - metallic creme eye colour - platinum

Although a bit tricky to use...beautiful color (a goldish, sheer, satiny champagne), and beautiful length of wear. Although this is recommended to be a "waterproof" eye shadow - I wouldnt go swimming in a pool or Ocean and expect this to last, but in my experience it ALWAYS makes it through my workout at the gym...as well as dips in the hot tub. I would definately repurchase, and am looking forward to hopefully swapping for other colors!

I love this serum! I use this EVERYDAY...and have never broken out because of it. It has a smooth application, a non greasy feel, and a soothing scent. This is a GREAT drugstore buy! The quality is similar to products that you would pay twice as much for. I believe mine was purchased at $18. This gets two thumbs up and a strong personal recommendation!

Eye Shadow -Lancome - Twinkle Tubes

I love this eyeshadow! I have it in two colors, and definately plan on purchasing more. The lasting power is amazing (and I am NOT a fan of cream --> powder finishes). The coverage is buildable, and it starts off quite sheer (ie: work appropriate). The only thing that I dislike slightly is the fact that it is applicable by finger only. It squirts out of the tip of the tube; it doesnt make for a messy application, just a bit tricky if you have nails of any sort. This is an ingenious invention - so much better then my Laura Mercier version.

Eye Shadow -Milani - runway eyes eye palettes

I have the Runway Shadow Palette in Backstage Basics. I made this purchase on a whim when I had a formal dinner to go to that night, and needed multiple shades for a dramatic smokey eye. The pigment in these shades, as many reviewers before me had said, is very similar to the silkiness, blendability, and longevity that shades from MAC have. The grays and whites were very easy to blend, and it was easy to create a dark-light transition. The charcoal color works really well as a liner when wet. The only caveat? Upon opening the package, one of the strips got nicked by my nail. The strips are too close together. If you can look past the packaging (or just attribute the packaging flaws to the fact that you are paying just a few dollars for 6 different shades) issues, for what you are paying, you are getting a great deal! The colors are fairly sheer, and although the grays do not compliment my skin tone (I am too fair), I may, on a whim, purchase another set...of more suitable colors - ie: Couture in Purples or Designer Browns.

Lip Gloss -DuWop - Lip Venom

Lip Venom does have cute packaging (little glass tube enveloped in a larger cylindrical outer shell). Other then that, there isnt too much too cute to talk about. The product itself is sticky, the smell is quite fragrant (although not terrible, certinaly not wonderful either), the plumping effect? If any...hardly visible. Lip Venom now comes with sparkles and shimmer sheers. I have the original as well as the pink shimmer, and there is definately not a noticable difference between them. Not really worth the money...and most certainly is not worth all the hype. Will not repurchase.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast

I have been using this mascara since it hit the market. I bought it on a whim and have been in love ever since. I have tried a wide array of mascaras ranging from the average $7 per tube to the more absurd $25 per tube, and this by all means is my favorite! The black doesnt chip, fade, or flake, the volume and the thickness lasts all day, and it is a breeze to come off - no raccoon eyes for me Love the purchase and will continue to love this product for many years to come.
