All secret deodorants do not work with my body chemistry. They make me smell WORSE than if I hadnt put anything on.
I bought this on a whim. I dont need an eye cream to be honest. Its just sometimes, rarely, after washing off eyeshadow and primer, my eyes can feel a bit dried out. So i thought i would splurge on a good eye cream and prevent wrinkles while Im at it. Im giving it 4 lippies because i actually love the way it feels, it makes the skin on my eyes so smooth and soft, I wish my whole body felt that nice! The problem is, i really dont think i need it. I wont be buying it again until im older and actually need an eye cream...

I like this body lotion a lot. It goes on nicely, absorbs quickly, and smells yummy! I dont get dry skin so i like that its not too heavy or greasy, its very light so I can wear it in the summer. Did I mention how lovely this smells?
Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control

This was the only product that made any improvements in my skin as a teenager (and I tried ALL the drugstore brands back then!). I have thick, oily, difficult to exfoliate skin, so this was a Godsend, the ONLY cleanser that could clean my face without irritating it or breaking me out. However, I donèt notice an advantage of using the blemish control over the regular, they do the exact same thing in my opinion. Nowadays, I have the Clarisonic and chemical peels for exfoliating and its much gentler on my skin, but I alwas have this scrub around and use it once in a while. It just works.

I just received my Tanda Clear +. After a lifetime of acne and not seeing any results with OTC and Rx products, this is pretty much my last hope. I dont want to jinks myself here, but Ive only been using it for two days and I already see my pimples are drying up and healing fast, and no new ones in sight. So far, its kinda annoying to use, the device isnt very ergonomic and my hand gets tired of holding it pretty fast. It takes a LONG time, you have a small triangle light you press against your skin for 3 minutes before moving to another section of the face. The battery dies within 30 minutes so you must be strategic in placing the device in the right place everytime of you want to get your whole face done within 30 minutes. The battery always dies befor I'm done. This needs to be used twice a day, its not bad though because it feels nice (it gets warm and it vibrates) and it can be used while on the internet or watching TV, or just chilling in bed. Think of it as a home spa treatment. Hope to see full results in a couple weeks, I will update. I also have info about Tanda on my notepad that I will update. UPDATE: So far results are good. I'm still getting little break outs here and there, but much less than before and they heal much faster. I have more "red marks" from healing blemishes than active blemishes. The technology is effective, it works better than anything I've used before. But it's just annoying to use.
I buy my drugstore's brand (Life brand from Pharmaprix/ Shoppers DM) of Epsom salts. They come in amazing scents. The Lavender is to die for, it feels so nice in the bath, it has a lovely scent that just stays with you. After my bath I wrap myself up in my throw blanket on my couch, and the blanket will keep the lavender scent for DAYS, its so beautiful. So relaxing. I also have eczema and really dry skin on my feet. But since I've been using this regularily my feet have been softer than they have in YEARS. Can't live without it. And a bag lasts FOREVER! And the lavendar is a nice shade of lilac, actually looks ok sitting in my bathroom!
Gels/Soaps -Olay - Body Wash plus Spa Exfoliating Ribbons

Its just ok, nothing special. I like that it lathers well, is moisturizing and exfoliating. The smell is not bad, not amazing. I think there are better body washes out there.
Styling Products -Live Clean - (Exotic Nectar) Argan Oil Smooth & Shine Cream
viennah 11/22/2012 8:16:00 AM
This is my HG styling product! I bought this to replace the Frizz-Ease smoothing cream, which was loaded with silicones, but was the only product that could control frizzies after I blowdried my hair. I'm so happy I found Live Clean's smoothing cream. It is silicone free, made with argan oil, and works even better than the old Frizz-Ease! I add it to damp hair when I have frizzier than usal hair, and it keeps it under control. Smells yummy too! The only downside is thats a bit sticky to use in dry hair, so it's best to only use in damp hair.
This actually does add a LOT of shine to my hair. A little goes a long way though so its important to overdo it. It goes on very light without weighing hair down. The problem is that it smells not-so-great, and makes hair look gross by the end of the day, so it should really only be used of you're going to wash your hair everyday, which I don't, so that's a problem. Still, I like using it for a night out.
Styling Products -Got 2 Be - Smooth Operator Smoothing Lustre Lotion

This does absolutely nothing for me. I have thick, wavy, frizz prone hair, I thought this would work. It made no difference at all! Waste of moolah.
I gave this a try a few times, as an alternative to Live Clean's line of argan oil s & c. These were the only brands of argan oil products at the drugstore. I think Live Clean is far superior. The Organix conditioner leaves my hair very tangled. My hair blow dries nicely, and my hair looks nice, soft and shiney, much better than sillicone conditioners. but I don't like having to detangle so much, no other product causes so many tangles for me as this one.
Shampoo -Organix - Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil shampoo

I gave this a try a few times, as an alternative to Live Clean's line of argan oil s & c. These were the only brands of argan oil products at the pharmacy. I think Live Clean is far superior. Lanolin oil comes from the wool of sheep, it's a thick, sticky, honey-like oil tha keeps the sheep's wool protected in the rain. It's found in most lip products because of it's moisturizing properties. It's also an intense moisturizer for skin, often used on a nursing mother's nipples or a baby that has diaper rash. I mix about 7 parts lanolin with 1 part carrier oil (olive, grapeseed, jojoba) and apply to lips. (I mix it in an old lipgloss bottle). Makes for a wonderful homemade moisturizing lipgloss and lip treatment! The old downside isthat pure lanolin oil can sometimes retain a slight "barnyard" smell, but it goes away once diluted in the carrier oil.
I love this scent. Its not an everyday scent, its not sexy, but there is something I just can't get enough of. It has a great combination of unique scents unlike anything I've tried before. It's not too feminine either, so it makes an interesting and intriguing change from the normal. The name suits it well, it has an exotic, fresh, fruity, green garden flavour with a hint of spice. It's maybe a tad mature for me, but, I'll grow into it. I don't think just anyone can pull it off though, its realy not your average perfume
