Toners -The Body Shop - Cucumber Refreshening Water

Overpriced for what it's worth. I like the gentle soothing nature of this toner, but I hated the sticky residue it leaves behind on my skin. It smells fresh/clean and I can see what it picks up on a cotton pad afterwards. It's very cooling on the skin and luckily didn't irritate (like some toners can). Won't be repurchasing.
Much better than the waterproof version of 'Sexy Curves', but still doesn't do much for my lashes which are short and naturally straight. It adds some length and thickness, but the formula's too heavy and makes my lashes loop droopy. It clumps as well, so layering can be a bit difficult. Doesn't hold a curl too well, but I love the intense black colour. Packaging is pretty and the wand of the mascara is made of silicon.
Quite disappointed with this mascara! It clumps like crazy and the design of the wand picks up too much product causing a gloopy thick mess! My lashes are short and straight naturally and I didn't find this helped with lengthening, however, it is okay for adding thickness. With that said, the formula is quite wet and it's hard to build up a second layer without getting clumps (especially near the base of my lashes). What I hated most is that this flaked like no other throughout my day! I checked in the mirror approx. 3 hours after applying and saw little black specks under my eyes. Not impressed and staying away from Revlon mascara's in the future!
Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Combination Skin Moisture Oil Free

This moisturiser is great. It's not heavy or greasy and absorbed quickly into my skin. I use it to prep my skin before applying foundation and it works well. I use it in Summer since my skin isn't as dry, but for Winter I would reach for something else. The pump produces too much product so I feel like I end up wasting it. (Half a pump is usually enough for me). It has an almost "matte" finish which is really nice for oily T-zones.
This has become a new favourite. I was searching for a light pink gloss that didn't wash out the natural colour of my lips. I saw my friend with this gloss and since we have similar skintones, I decided to purchase one for myself. It's the perfect nude shade for me because it's not sheer, nor is it extremely opaque so it can be easily worn on a day-to-day basis which I have been doing since I purchased this. The texture is smooth/creamy and luckily not very sticky (when compared with other MAC lipglosses). It's become a staple for me now and will definitely be repurchasing a back-up!
I had originally wanted to get 'Happy Birthday' by Deborah Lippmann, but looking at the costs of the two polishes, I decided to get 'Rainbow Connection'. It's such a pretty spectrum of multi-coloured glitter in a clear base and is perfect for layering over other polishes. The glitter is of medium density and takes 3 coats for full opacity when worn on it's own. Glitter is quite chunky, but dries to a smooth finish.
Like the previous reviewer has mentioned, this cream blush has an usual texture. It feels like foam/mousse and doesn't have the typical "slippery" texture a cream blush has. The texture is a little hard so it takes some effort to blend out evenly. However, with that said, I found it blended to a powdery finish and didn't require setting with a powdered blush over it. My cheeks are drier than the other areas of my face and I didn't have a problem with this becoming oily throughout the course of the day. The shade 'Heartbreaker' is a medium rose pink with no shimmer and the packaging is quite bulky for the amount of product you get.
I really love this colour. It's a true deep navy with a shimmery "frost-like" finish. The formula is easy to work with and takes two coats to achieve full opacity. I've been impressed with Barry M nail polishes and highly recommend them!
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Reb'l Fleur by Rihanna

I recieved this as a Christmas gift. At first I didn't like it. I thought it was too sharp and spicy for my liking, but as the initial scent wore off, the drydown is lovely and smells quite sweet. Musk is very strong in this and can be easily picked up along with the scent of vanilla. Although this scent contains coconut, it isn't that strong to me. This is one of those scents that stays quite close to the skin for a good couple of hours. If you like spicier vanilla based scents, this is a good option.
Bath Treatments -LUSH - Vanilla Fountain Bath Ballistic

I heard so many great things about this so I decided to try it out for myself. I was a little disspointed. It does smell wonderful and very much like vanilla, but it doesn't leave my skin feeling softer. It turns my bath water a light lime green colour instead of yellow and the scent doesn't linger so well compared with the other products I've tried from Lush. I love the scent and the presentation of the bath bomb, but won't repurchase.
This is a great light pink shade and compliments my skintone (NC30). It has a smooth formula, but it does tend to show dry patches so I always wear a light coat of lipbalm first before applying. Alot of milky pink shades look odd on me, but this is perfect. Wears off quickly though.
This is a fantastic product! I got tired of using brow gels because they made my brows feel hard. I run this pencil along my brows and use a spoolie (eyebrow brush) to comb over the area. It works either way (with or without a brow powder/brow pencil) and makes them stay in place all day. No more messy brows and it's perfect when I'm feeling lazy since it's quick and easy to use! The wax in the pencil is hard, but doesn't feel greasy when applied. Definitely recommend! :)
I purchased 'Powder Pink' and 'Peach Perfection'. Both colours are very wearable and have sheer coverage. They are quite moisturising and don't irritate my lips (a problem I have with some lip products). The formula isn't sticky, but it wears off quickly. I tend to wear these over lipsticks, and a little bit goes a long way otherwise it becomes too "gloopy". Contains SPF 15 which comes in handy. I would repurchase, but only the 'Powder Pink' shade.
Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational - Peachy Scene
pinkfrost52 12/29/2011 12:58:00 AM
I love the colour, but I hate the frosty finish! It's a nice light pink that leans towards a coral and has semi opaque coverage. This colour suits warmer skin tones and is very wearable on a day-to-day basis. The formula of this particular shade was a bit too drying for my liking. Don't buy if you hate frosty formulas! That was my big mistake. If Maybelline made a creme finish with the same colour, I would repurchase.
I've just finished my first tube and planning to get another. I have combination/oily skin and am prone to getting pimples especially on my forehead. After using the product for over a month, I have noticed how much clearer my skin looks. I use this mainly as a facial mask as I prefer a separate cleanser. The texture is "clay-like", but not too drying (surprisingly). It isn't as harsh as other scrubs I've tried because the granules are not too coarse. I wish it helped with clearing blackheads a bit better, but for helping to control my oily skin and keeping pimples at bay, I would consider repurchasing.
