Eye Shadow -MAC - Twinks

I am a PPP and I wear love to wear a smokier eyes daily and always wear a few darker shadows in my crease and outter v. I used to be so afraid of reddish or slightly orangey browns and basically only wore Satin Taupe for a long time. But I took a chance with this and I have just fallen completely in love with the reddish bronze glow! Twinks is a gorgeous reddish plummy medium brown bronze shimmer. It can look pretty dark brown or a bronzey red plum brown when looking from certain angles. It has the Veluxe Pearl formula..... which is the best MAC formula for killer pigmentation and softness for ease of application. Though, I feel this one is not as soft as the others....but it is still quite pigmented and soft. I think its just packed too tightly and I feel that lately most of my newer refills seem a lot harder and packed tighter than before! I have read many reviews lately stating this as well. MAC's staying power for this has not changed and I still do not "need" to use a primer to get the durability and pigment. And especially if you have the right brushes to begin with. This is very versatile and can be applied sheerly with a fluffy blending brush and then of course it can be loaded onto your flat shader brush for a dark full opaque color. The reddish bronze just makes my brown eyes and hair shine. And even with a smokier look it just looks so warm and bad azz at the same time ;) I love it! P.S. the second picture above looks more like it does in real life and the first pic is just showing too much red....well at least on my screen that is :)

Bronzers -Estee Lauder - Bronze Goddess

This is in my top 5 bronzers of all time.(MAC Matte Bronze,Smashbox "Deep" Bronze,Estee Bronze Goddess,Hoola and Mark Pro Bronze) I am a Pale Porcelain Princess...... and MAC's NC15 is almost too dark for me. So, its so darn hard to find bronzers/blushes that aren't orangey on me and this one doesn't! I use this as a blush.I actually only use bronzer's for my blush, browned blushes or deeper berry blushes. Since I do not look good in pinks and orange/peachy blushes. This is very compacted and there is absolutely no fallout. Well worth the money and its already lasted me well over a year and there's barely a dent! It goes on sheerly so it can be built up to as dark as you wanna go. The color is actually a killer BRONZE and since it is an actual bronze it does have a reddish undertone. Which really saves bronzers from being too yellow,orange or dirty. I know this is stated as a Matte but there are some soft bronzey satiny shimmers in the pan.....but they do not transfer a lot onto my face. Thank Goodness because I have larger pores on my cheeks and glitter like shimmers sux! Lol! I love this stuff!

Cleansers -Neutrogena - All-In-One Makeup Removing Cleansing Wipes

These are the only quick face wipes that I keep buying over and over. I may stray every now and then to try out a new product but I always come back to these. I know the price is pretty steep for just 25 wipes. But they work so well that you basically only need 1 wipe to do your whole face and eyes! I use one side for my eyes and the back for my face. Then instead of using another wipe for deeper cleaning, I just use a natural unrefined witch hazel based toner to get off every last trace and smooth my complexion. I also cut some of them in half....for when I just need a quick fix. I have really high expectations for my face wipes because I like to wear a SMOKEY EYE daily! My eyes tend to burn with some eye creams, makeup removers(Garnier with Tea and Olay Express wipes burned my eyes the worst!) and some pencil gel liners(Milani and Prestige makes my eyes blurry). Plus,my lids and the skin around my eyes gets raw with just too much blending!!(even with my MAC 224,222,217 brushes, if I don't wash them with MAC Shampoo every other day!) The makeup I wear consists of both SmashBox Primers, Studio Fix Foundations, darker shadows in my crease, 2 thick coats of very black mascara and UD 24/7 Zero black liner...... and let me tell ya.......ONE WIPE can get it all OFF....... FAST! These DO NOT: BURN my eyes(like Garnier and Olay Express wipes) They are SOFT(definitely not rough like Olay's Express) The best thing is that...... I do NOT have to RUB excessively around my TENDER EYES just to get all of my smokey looking makeup off! So, yeah! I LOVE THEM!

Polishes -OPI - Drip Dry

IMO, this is kinda expensive for silicone's....but whatcha gonna do! It works! Though, not as fast as a fast dry top coat....not even close really. But I do like to add a drop or 2 over my Poshe Fast Dry. Because not only do the silicone's help speed up dry time........this also has the added benefits of Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E. (Unlike Essie's Quick E which just has silicone's! Oh, and don't buy Essie Instant dry Oil......its actually only Mineral Oil with a perfume!!! So, if you like it, then just go buy a bottle of Mineral Oil at the dollar store. Crazy, I know....right!) The only sucky thing is that the dropper sux! It is impossible to get the last bit of oil out with the dropper! So, I have to put some on my finger then dab or just pour the rest of it into a new bottle. But, OPI needs to fix this and make the dropper longer!!! You don't get that much as it is....so its bull crap really! ;)

Its just MINERAL OIL with a fragrance. So go buy a huge bottle of Mineral Oil for a $1.00 instead! Lol!!! Funny uh?! But, really it is! ;)

Most of the shadows/blushes, in any of type of these named/numbered finished palettes, are nicely pigmented. Though, I find that if you don't flick off your brush and use a base, you will get more than average fallout. So I recommend that you do your foundation last..... with any of these various named/numbered palettes. Each one are great and have a variety of colors you can play with. @Everyone: Please save your hard earned $ and just buy all the Coastal Scents, Bh Cosmetics, etc...etc...Palettes off of EBAY!! They really ARE the SAME thing/colors! Its just that they switch up the pans in different places sometimes! I know some say that some are pigmented than other brands. But no they are not really! Its just that some palettes are FRESHER therefore they will give you BETTER PAYOFF. You can buy any variety for around $10.00 each on EBAY! I actually bought the 10 Blush, Neutral, Concealer, Camouflage Palettes for under $8.00 each.... on EBAY!! Really! Now I am a big believer for supporting American businesses. But we all now know where they get their stuff from....so I feel perfectly fine buying from overseas. ;)

Eyeliner -Coastal Scents - gel eyeliner

The Black one I purchased 2 years ago from them was basically dried out upon opening. I know many love theirs and swear by it....So its definitely QUALITY CONTROL on their part. They buy these from China by the mass and just send them out randomly. Its a hit and miss with these!!!!! Since then I finally broke down and bought MAC's BlackTrack and let me tell ya.....I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER BRAND AGAIN.....MAC's Gel liner has lasted me over a year(using it 5 times a week too!) and its still going strong. Just a lil dip lines my whole upper smoothly. With that said I know that most of you do not want to take that plunge yet. But, girls t all adds up! I wasted soo many $5.00 bills on crap! Just like trying to find dupes on brushes and shadows. It was just wasted money.(though my Synthetic Crease Brush form Coastal Scents is my HG brush and I love it sooooo muches! I can blend my shadows all day and I never get that burning sensation that I can get with my MAC 226 and etc's) Its a gamble buying these since you may get a bad one. Plus, buying 2 of these is how much a Prestige Brand one almost is! So why waste of your money and spend "any amount" on something that may not be as good as it "could" be. PS...If you wanna try them anyways....... You can Buy these on Ebay for under $2.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the EXACT same ones....just like all of their and BhCosmetics finished Palettes!!!! Really!

This particular palette is not found on Ebay for under $20.00. So I THINK that this one was created especially for C.S's.....but i don't know...its just an educated guess ;) But for the common Palettes: Most of the shadows/blushes, in any of type of these named/numbered finished palettes, are nicely pigmented. Though, I find that if you don't flick off your brush and use a base, you will get more than average fallout. So I recommend that you do your foundation last..... with any of these various named/numbered palettes. Each one are great and have a variety of colors you can play with. @Everyone: Please save your hard earned $ and just buy all the Coastal Scents, Bh Cosmetics, etc...etc...Palettes off of EBAY!! This, Ultra Shimmer and the Metal Palettes are my favorite for their awesome pigmentation and I love playing with them! ;) Most of the shadows/blushes, in any of type of these named/numbered finished palettes, are nicely pigmented. The pigmentation are a hit and miss for each pan with any of these various named/numbered palettes. This 10 Blush is not terribly bad and the price is awesome off Ebay for under $6.99. They do remind me a lil of their shadows and they do require a good base and setting product to last more than 3 hours. Each palette one of the palettes are great and all have a variety of colors you can play with. @Everyone: Please save your hard earned $ and just buy all the Coastal Scents, Bh Cosmetics, etc...etc...Palettes off of EBAY!!
