Meh, don't recommend this product at all. it does the job but it flakes off very quickly and is pretty sub par in its long lasting performance as a top coat. There are so many better and affordably priced top coats you could try other than this.

It does what it says, as in is a decent effective top coat but is expensive in Australia for the amount you get. Not amazing, but not bad either. Will be up to you to try out whether or not this will suit your budget, or if something cheaper might do the same job at a better price.

Mascara -Maybelline - one by one, waterproof

Since I love trying many mascaras, I wouldn't repurchase simply on that basis alone. I do like this mascara, but like many others, it still smudges after I wear it. It does separate really nicely and evenly, 'one by one' and gives decent volume although I think it's more geared toward separating lashes. Decent, and good value, but the rubber brushes may be a bit of a deterrent as they can be a bit pokey, but they're one of the better rubber brushes on the market.

Fragrances -Donna Karan - Be Delicious

This is such a refreshing, fruity scent, yet it is *slightly* strong for me and doesn't last as long as I anticipated. I love the packaging and it will last me a long time as I don't go through perfumes quickly at all, but it will remain on rotation with other scents as I find it a bit strong but not long lasting. I generally love DKNY's fresh scents (big fan of DKNY Pure) and this is very nice.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter - Candy Apple

Such a lovely, bright red that pops on my tanned skin tone, but I feel like it will probably suit all skin tones if you play with application (e.g. sheer it out if it's too bright or layer it if you want more colour). Like all the lip butters, it's both a muted glossy finish with a balm like texture - it will require reapplying quite often, but I think if you use a lip liner pencil underneath, it will last longer. Another beautiful Revlon lip product!

Misc Beauty Tools -Shu Uemura - Eyelash Curler

Not all eyelash curlers are created equal - because this one is hands down the best. I thought any eyelash curler, high or low end, could do the job (well, *should* do the job) given that the mechanics of an eyelash curler should be relatively straightforward - I was wrong. After years of randomly buying an array of mid-market curlers and wondering why none of them really worked for my poker straight, short lashes, I finally bit the bullet and tried this one. Two words: Holy. Grail. The width and shape of the curler simply works around my eyes and feels comfortable and never 'pinchy'. I merely have to hold down the pad for a few seconds on my lashes to create sky high curl, which will stay the whole day even without mascara (actually, it holds better without mascara because there's no product to weigh the lashes down - but there's no volume, only curl). It feels comfortable and unintrusive (as much as an eyelash curler can be I suppose) and is super easy to use. I never feel like I'm going to gouge my eyes out or cut my lashes off. It simply works and works very well. HIGHLY recommended.

Polishes -OPI - Drip Dry

I like this, it does what it says and is really easy to work with. It is an extra step, and that's the only reason I wouldn't buy it again, simply laziness! Dries really fast and moisturises my cuticles, so I would recommend buying this if its on sale or easy to get and you're just curious about it.

So fresh and a little fruity but not too sweet which is perfect for me. I don't feel like it has the best staying power but it is nearly perfect apart from that. Love this fragrance!

Lips -Revlon - Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain- Romantic

This is really lovely as an alternative to lip liner as a base for red lipstick - it makes red lipstick last ages and wears nicely, albeit sheer, on its own (buildable though). Another impressive revlon product!

I wanted to love this, but unfortunately for me, the scent is way too strong and the formula actually burned me a bit. It is full of questionable ingredients which surprised and disappointed me. Will stick to the body shop or bodycology!

Really nice, I wish they would make an equivalent for pink truffle (lip butter). Smooth and long wearing, a bit exxy here but no surprises there.only downside is the peppermint oil... Not great for your skin or lips. Everything else is quite nice.

Liquid -Illamasqua - Skin Base foundation

I agree with many reviewers who say this is their HG foundation, because it certainly is for me. Having found no luck over the years with shades being too pink and finishes too sheer or unable to cope with my oily skin, I've found this one is just the right combo of perfect shade, coverage and formula. Doesn't make me break out at all but will fade after 5 hours on my skin as oiliness shows through after this time. It's very expensive for 30ml and I've only applied it with fingers but will try a brush as I found I used a lot of product with fingers, so a brush application is likely best. It covers my acne scarring and blemishes quite well but will require concealer for fuller coverage. Foundation is flawlessly buildable. Well done illamasqua!
