Ok, so i had to put my input on this blush. At first im not going to lie i did not like this blush in fact i had it for a good year and a half before i decided to bust it out again. Fast forward, i have since grew out the color in my hair and now its a smidget lighter than kim kardashians hair and im around nc45 - nc 50 for some reason my color has gotten tanner than usual but i guess bc of those things the color looks awesome against my skin and it looks fabulous especially since im in the second trimester of my 2nd pregnancy when the women just glows. It's really bright but just apply with a light hand and to me it will be a fabulous flush on the skin and for me atleast now it is.

Brows -MAC - brow set - show off

Only two lippies bc the color is very nice to warm up a darker brow but i love my spiked eyebrow pencil, so the lady at mac told me bc of my medium brown hair with copperish colored highlights in my hair this would be beautiful however it was not when i tried it for work the next day. After my usual filling in with the pencil i wanted to set my brows with this and i did it very lightly, but even so it dried to dark and just looked nasty, i will gladly stick to the clear browset i have from mac and steer clear of trying to add highlights to my brow.

WOW< I LOVE THIS ONE SO MUCH! this has got to be the best one of them all, after being totally thrown off and disgusted by the disco shimmer of the goldspill msf, i was hesitant to try it, but i couldnt help it and caved in when i applied it at the mac store in manhattan. It so pretty and not overpowering either, now they have officially said im now around an nc42/43 at mac, now that my tan is fading and even with my complexion it looks really beautiful. It does have shimmer but its not bad enough to the point where im not going to wear it to work. Gorgeous and im going to buy two more as a backup since this lovely item is limited edition.

Loose Powders -MAC - Select Sheer Loose Powder

This is actually a really good loose powder and i don't use them at all until four of my eight sisters recommended i get it to set my foundation to get a really flawless look and im so glad i took heed. I got the powder in nc45, i actually had the pressed version of this but that one for some strange reason oxidized as the day went on however this one does not. It's very sheer and fine milled and it made my face look incredibly airbrushed, i used it in conjunction to my new prescriptives custom blend foundation, great combo, throughout the day i use mac's blot for touch ups. I will be however going to get my loose powder custom blended since the lady at macy's did an awesome job putting my foundation together. I do wish they added a puff, other than that, great stuff.

Liquid -Prescriptives - Virtual Skin

I wanted a very lightweight foundation that was long wearing bc i went on a vacation w my husband recently to Jamaica and all my other ones even my bobbi brown skin foundation wasnt the type of coverage i wanted for such a hot climate and i knew we would be very active there so i needed something to feel like nothing on my face. Well, virtual skin is exactly what it says, your skin but better, however unlike bobbi brown skin foundation this one needs a concealer for any blemishes you might have bc it barely covers anything. I agree it doesnt withstand water but i brought along mac's face and body which served its purpose when i went to the beach or did anything that included water but this one wore really well for me with virtual matte pressed powder and mac blot when i was out and about during the day and night with my husband and believe me the weather was EXTREMELY hot. I applied it with a foundation brush and it looked nice. When i go away to really hot places, i want to look as youthful and fresh as possible and bc of the texture of the foundation, it gives you just that. I took a lippie away bc it's not alot of product in the bottle and i cant really use this all the time as i like fuller, more flawless coverage foundations for work and this doesn't do it but for a natural, lightweight look i will use this for that. I am going away to the bahamas w my husband and son in december so, this will be with me for sure. I will repurchase and i am going to get custom blended after work today, love it. Update- im raising this to five lippies bc i just need to layer it in certain areas to get the coverage i want. This foundation brand in general is great and i love how this foundation looks love and i was absolutely traumatized when the lady told me that prescriptives will be gone january 31, 2010, r u kidding me, what the hell????!!!, anyway i guess i will have to order online after that as long as they have inventory. I will be stocking up on everything i love from this bc this is just ridiculous,

Polishes -OPI - In My Back Pocket

Anybody who knows me or knows of me knows i love me some tangerine colored nails, if i dont do my regular pink and white french tips and this color is my absolute favorite in the summer especially when i get darker, it just takes my nails to a whole new level. I recently purchased a spinning rack to put on my vanity, sort of like the one you see in the nail salon bc i have quite a collection of nail polishes but i have a special place for my OPI collection which i find they are truely superb in terms of longevity and beautiful colors to choose from. Anyhow this color is just gorgeous, emphasizes my wedding ring beautifully, highly recommended. And its not neon either which makes it very wearable to the office or for that hot date.

Liquid -Bobbi Brown - Skin Foundation SPF 15

I bought this as a lightweight alternative to my lancome foundation and this foundation to me is hg all the way. Im nc45 and i got golden, perfect color and although its very sheer, i got really good coverage and my skin is oily but i only have to blot once with this and thats only about after 7-8 hrs of wear. So im alternating btw this and lancome. Doesn't oxidise and im suprised bc i didn't do to well with her even finish foundation in compact form. To me this is good for any skin type and i have since given up applying my foundation with my fingers and use my mac 190 w a dusting of mac's blot with my 109 which i repurchased again after hating before or the 187 and im in love with this ish!. Very Very natural looking and i will continue to buy more. Update: This is my new hg foundation and i have plenty to choose from besides this but the finish, color, longevity and naturalness makes this my everyday product from now on and this product does not have mineral oil, so please read the box carefully next time, k. LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!

Powder -Lancome - Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup

Its a good powder, gives the lancome teint idol ultra foundation a super polished look. Oil control is good enough for me, i might lightly put mac's blot powder on top and im set pretty much for the whole day. The color match looks better than studiofix powder imo and im nc45 and i got matte topaz, although if u wear it dry u wont get as much coverage and for more coverage, just dampen your sponge lightly and there you go, but i don't ever do that method as i use it as pressed powder instead of by itself as a foundation. I took off a lippie bc some colors of this powder comes fragrance free and others dont which is retarded and it smells like secret deodorant, but other than that im in love with it and will continue to buy more.

Liquid -Lancome - Teint Idole ULTRA [DISCONTINUED]

I wore this foundation, the original one, on my wedding day and i remebered it lasting the entire day as i got married in my husband's mothers country, portugal which was super hot with the dual finish powder on top which made me look picture perfect. Fast forward 5yrs later and i went on the hunt for this foundation and powder again as i called my good friend who was a makeup artist and she told me what it was. The original of course was discontinued, so i hoped this new formulation would live up to the hype of the old and lo and behold it did. Im nc 45 for reference most of the year in mac and i got this in suede 0 and the powder in matte topaz, beautiful. I mostly wear this foundation by itself but i do use the powder on top, for a more polished look if im going out or just when i want to look super perfect. Great foundation for oily women and the color selections could be better but im so happy i got my match, more selections of color are available to me in the powder. You really have to try this foundation at the store, sans makeup and then go outside because the first time i went i got matched to bisque 8, which was too pasty and then suede 1 which looked too red. After getting frustrated after the two failed attempts, im glad i had a ma who knew her job and i went completely bare faced and when i went outside i was completely blown away that i had the perfect color. Great oil control, good enough coverage for me and lasts until i remove it. Doesn't look like a mask unless you over apply and very good for this type of weather. Highly recommended.

Gels/Soaps -Caress - Evenly Gorgeous

Oh, im an avid dove user as far as the bar of soap goes and my cream oil lotion but once i got hooked on this after using the matching bodywash i was in heaven. Love the little scrubbies on the soap and i just feel very clean and sweet smelling after using the two. HIghly recommended and although it is fragrant, i havent had any irritation either. Also don't purchase if you don't like to smell like the products mentioned bc clearly u will smell like that, DUH! to the reviewer claiming to not like the smell of brown sugar bc thats what the soap is partially made of.

Mascara -Rimmel - Magnif'Eyes Eye Magnifier Eye Opening

Um, wow, ok so im really baffled by the negativity towards this mascara like some of the other reviewers but moving on. For me personally this mascara is really good considering i just purchased dior's blackout mascara and it pretty muched sucked and for about one third of the price this performed a whole lot BETTER!. The wand is a great size for me bc im able to get every single lash precisely and it gives great curl, lift, volume and length all at the same time, i still like maybelline's full n soft more so thats why i deducted a lippie. But come on lets be serious for a $8 dollar mascara it performs pretty damn good, well atleast for me and my lashes are not spidery looking or clumpy at the end of a long day. I will continue to repurchase.

Yes i have to agree with everyone this is a must have product. Alot of the times i find it more convienant to do my own hair instead of the salon especially when i was pregnant and my husband felt my pain and got this for me recommended by my cousin who has a hair salon here in the city, i would get so aggrivated at how long i had to stay under the drier, but not with this baby, im under their for 30 mins the most and boom, done! Love this and this is one product that i will pay a good amount of money for if need be and i have no regrets, highly recommended.

Treatments -Make Up For Ever - Mist and Fix

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.... but oh well, i hated this almost as equally as i hated mac's fix plus but ATLEAST for gods sake the spray from mac comes out evenly and freshens your face up on a hot summers day. This ish literally spat the product on to my face like a damn fire extinguisher and not only that but it made me oily, if u didn't get oily by it, good for you but it happened to me. Next i sprayed twice about 12 inches away so i wasn't going overboard with it but i noticed my face powder looked blotchy and it made my eyebrows darker, i use pencil and it just made the color nasty looking, for all that i could just use hairspray on my face. What a waste and i don't want it to freshen up my face either bc i still have mac's fix plus and my all time favorite so far, caudalie beauty elixir for those purposes. HATED IT! YUCK.

Moisturizers -Olay - Age Defying Daily Renewal Cream - Beta Hydroxy Complex

This cream can be used on my face unlike my la mer cream that leaves me extremely greasy so i have just resorted to using that one as a body cream, but this one i use as a face cream at night and i swear my skin tone looks completely even. I own a ton of face products from all kinds of brands, chanel, bobbi brown, clinique, dr.brandt, clarins, the list goes on and on, but for half or maybe even a third of a price i pay for those this one comes out on top for nice lightweight face cream. I agree this is probably best for oilier skinned people, bc i don't get greasy from this so if i don't get greasy it wouldn't be an effective moisturizer for drier skin types. Highly recommend and don't expect instant results, you will see them though or atleast i have after a period of time from consistent usage.

Cleansers -Olay - Deep Cleansing Face Wash w/witch hazel

In general olay products work better on my face than stupid ol clinique products that either dry me out or in some way aggrivate my skin and then its gets really oily, so bottomline i found better products in the drugstore and here goes good old oil of olay. This is my second favorite cleanser from olay, pore redefining scrub being the # 1. I love witch hazel bc it keeps the oilyness in check and with this product containing that, my skin feels really smooth afterwards with no oily residue and although i hardly breakout, this keeps the breakouts at bay. I highly recommend due to it containing witch hazel but if you don't like this, use T Dickensons witch hazel that they sell in the bottle to keep skin refreshed. I use that after cleansing.
