Mascara -Christian Dior - DiorShow Unlimited mascara

okay. this was expensive. way too expensive. however it gives me really dark and lush black lashes. i get volume and definition with this mascara, and the richness of the black hardly compares to anything else ive ever used. (including regular diorshow)... and thats why i love it. i love bold eyelashes. i already have super long lashes, so i have no idea if this lengthens, but it does definitely pump them up.
and this is where the cons come in. it pumps them up to the point where during application the mascara on my eyelashes catches my eyelid and leaves skid marks. also, its messy to apply. maybe i dont have the right feel for it yet but i have yet to put it on where i havent had to wipe off some black around my eyes.
despite the sloppiness, i love it. i wear it everyday.
i do not understand the hype.
after trying this once i sent it back.
i have long lashes and all this did was
shorten them. the curl was so minimal
that it looked exactly the same as what
my revlon curler used to years ago when i
used one. my eyelashes look so much more
volumptuous when i do NOT use this product.
dont buy into the hype. if you have long eyelashes this will make them look scrawny.
Lotions/ Creams -Cetaphil - Cetaphil Theraputic Hand Cream

i am some kind of germaphobe. i will wash and sanitize my hands till they are raw. particularly in between my fingers near the knuckles get VERY dry and will sometimes crack and bleed. this is the absolute ONLY lotion that doesnt make my water burned/dry cracked burning hands hurt even worse. and i have just about tried every other hand cream out there. this stuff feels GOOD to put on. almost soothing. and its the only thing that actually helps heal my hands. it is truly amazing.
wow. very unique color. sort of a pinkish violet purpley pink. i just bought this yesterday, but after trying it on i am going to have to really think about what i wear it with, clothing wise! and black is about the only color i could come up with right now that didnt take the attention away from its gorgeousness. some ladies suggested it mostly being a night look. however i think if used properly could easily be a beautiful daytime pop of color!
EDIT: even though i love this color (so so unique)... i am returning it today. i became logical one day and just couldnt see myself using this enough to make it worth what i paid for. definitely would be amazing for parties.. but i'm not one of those nightlife girls. :) sorry uptheamp.
i bought this color yesterday, and tried it on last night... it was perfect for an everyday lip when you dont want to be over the top, or under the top. its a very pretty berry plum look. but very natural, and very gorgeous. i am very fair, and this just perked my coloring up!
i am in LOVE with this lipstick! i have been reaching for it every single day. it pretty much goes with almost any eyeshadow or blush. its GORGEOUS! a gorgeous rosey pinkish berry flower color! this was my first lustre lipstick and i am going back today to look for more. they are so MOISTURIZING! love it love it love it.
perfect pink. i absolutely love it! an online MA suggested it with my coloring, and i was like "uhhhh frosty 80's pink?".. but NO.. it is just a very feminine very very pretty pink! the frost on me looks more like a very faint golden cast. i am super super fair. yellow undertones, brown hair, green eyes, and this is absolutely amazing. it somehow softens and brightens my face at the same time. i dont get the drying that others mention at all. very very pleased.
EDIT: Returning it. I didnt really enjoy the texture. It settled into the lines of my lips and made me feel like an old granny. Gorgeous color, but I apparently do not like frosts. The Lustres are far more superior. They make your lips VAVOOOM.
Went to the counter looking for a "really girly pretty pink that will brighten my face but not overwhelm".. and the MA said "try this...its new".. and it was GLORIOUS. very soft and subtle pink. dainty, girly, goes with anything. my first lipglass, actually. ive otherwise only been a lustreglass person, but i love the staying power and color payoff of this so much more! ive worn it every single day so far. my boyfriend loves it.
love this palatte. some colors i do not use as much as the others. i particularly love the more matte of the colors. the plum berry, and the more red berry. they stay quite awhile on my lips but do dry them out. the other colors are more sheer, shiny, and moisture rich. love it overall.
my favorite new eyeliner. really rich black. dont have to sharpen it. doesnt smudge like the powerpoints do. cant wait to try other colors.
i am super pale with yellow undertones and this shows up as a pinky peach (more peach than pink).. its very pretty but i have currently been wearing it solo, and am positive it would look even better with other colors. just need to figure out which ones!
EDIT: I returned this. It was pretty but it didnt really smooth over my eyelids right, and I just couldnt figure out how to make it look right. Too bad.
LOVE IT. Brigtens the eye, and makes it go POPPPP.
got this because i wanted to stop using volumizing mousses. the smell is DEEEVINE. i have semi longish fine hair, and this makes it more textured and fuller, however significantly DRY, as well. not sure if i will repurchase.
I bought this when it first came out and had wonderful results. However I'm not sure if I have gotten two consecutive bad batches over the past few months but I have experienced nothing but horrible clumping on my lashes. Sometimes I will just sit there and sinch it off with my fingernails. It is so gross and annoying! No one wants thick clumpy lashes, icckkkk. Moving on. YSL is my next try.
Really gorgeous rich plum. Definitely more pigmented than a lot of other lustreglasses, though staying power lacks. Really compliments green eyes and fair skin. Once it runs out, I wont be repurchasing. Way too many other MAC colors and textures of glosses to try!
Cleansers -Alba Botanica - Sea Mineral Cleansing Gel

i have normal/combo skin and i LOVE this cleanser. cleans my face THOROUGHLY, and leaves it fresh and fabulous. to other reviewers: you shouldnt really put any facial cleanser on your EYES, thats what eye cleansers are for. also, i live in one of the colder winter climates and this does not dry my face out at all... a good moisturizer typically prevents drying, so i suggest this to any of the negative posters... will buy again and again! may try the lettuce cleanser as well.
