This is a very unusual colour. A matte peachy yellow which is not too bright. Lovely. D.xx

A mix of gunmetal silver and dark blue- I'm blonde and struggle to use this. For fair people your only option really is to use this as a liner. Its too strong for anything else. D.xx

Blush -Bare Escentuals - Warmth All Over Face Color

I'm very pale and bronzers make me nervous. The loose powder runs the risk of applying too much and making you look dirty but with practice this can look quite nice. It is completely matte- which is a big plus. Not a very transportable pack though. I really reckon that bronzer fans would be able to find a better product in a pressed form to take around with you. Eyes -Youngblood - Crushed Mineral Eyeshadow
dibble 6/11/2003 3:24:00 AM
I liked these shadows because of the wearable colours and high pigmnetation. Very blendable though and I disagree with the statement that they are too shimmery. They are shimmery but not too much. I have sedona (a browny bronze) and granite (a grey taupe) Can't comment on packagin cos I got these in samples (which are lasting for ages.) D.xx

Eye Shadow -Sage - Eye lights shadow in chick

Another type of loose shadow. This one's strength is the sifter in the packaging making it much more spill proof than any of the other pots I have. The shadow itself, an orangey bronze shimmer is highly pigmented and dense. Great quality shadow. Dxx

This is another mineral makeup to go with the current craze. The difference with these ones compared to most is the good quality matte (ish) shades. They are far less sparkly than other ones which is a big plus. A good range of wearable colours too. D.xx

Eye Shadow -MAC - Rose Gold Pro Pigment
dibble 6/10/2003 12:33:00 PM
These are fabulous. The pots are little unecessarily large but the product itself is great. The pots tend to be overfilled which leads to spillage too. I love lots of loose powder formulations- Loreal, BE and True colours certainly live up to MAC pigments- but the MAC strength is the interesting colours and complex multidimensional shades. This for example is one of them. This shimmers through pink, gold, green and bronze. Absolutely gorgeous- though not for the faint hearted. D.xx

Pink pearl is a bright pink sparkly colour with a hint of pearly shimmer through it. I use this for clubbing. It is the slightly more sophisticated older sister of Jane radiation in fushia fusion. This is a bright Barbie pink colour. These shadows are great. They have a fine shimmer to them and there is absolutely tons in the pot. I tend to wear this on sunny summery days as a wash- it looks great with UD asphyxia. D.xx

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - On the loose shimmering powder in native spice
dibble 6/10/2003 12:24:00 PM
These are wonderful shadows. The pots are unecessarily large mind you but the product is excellent. Good colour range and not too expensive. Comparing these to BE and MAC pigments- you are getting great value for money. Native spice is a gorgeous deep, rich, dark brown with a shimmer of gold to it. D.xx

These are absolutely top notch. If you are a fan of loose powders, these can't be beat. Cheap and cheerful little clear plastic pots of high quality mineral shadow. The pots can be screwed together to stack if you want. Love em. D.xx

Loose Powders -T. LeClerc - Loose powder in Ocre Rose
dibble 6/10/2003 5:13:00 AM
Hmmmm... this is an odd colour. Even odder than my the rose- which works OK.. Ocre rose is a kinda peachy orange colour and only really works as a light blush. My big moan though is the packaging. I had to transfer it to another container cos the packagin spills everywhere. Not really acceptable for such an expensive product. I can get just as agood for a lower price. Not really good at all.
