If you have really oily skin or your not a fan of a dewy glow finish this product will not before you. However, if you like the above, then buy this product! I love it, I use it under my foundation. I press it (not rub it) into my skin, like it saws on the directions and it works like a treat! I think alot of the negative review have come from people not 100% understanding what this product does, but buying it because people are taking about it. I've never been a clarins girl, as I always associated clarins with more mature skins, but after trying this, I might go have a look at what else they have to offer. This product is great for that dewy glow, not good if you love a matte finish.
I hate writing bad reviews, especially about newer brands. Dont jump into buying this foundation unless you get a sample first. This foundation has gain cult status very quickly because of YouTube (I think pixiwoo). The reason why I have given this foundation such a low score is because of its colour range for dark skin. I'm an NC50, on the illamasqua website it states I should wear number 15, so I looked at number 15, was advised to go for 16. I got it put on, walked around london, it looked great, so I brought it. I went home opened the bottle reapplied it, looked in the mirror with natural light and my yellow tone skin looked so red! I looked like I had been sun burnt! The next week I went back was advised to go for the 15 and add some 17 to neutralise the red in the 15. I brought a sample pot from home, and the SA gave me a little bit of 17 to mix with my 15, that I had exchanged. I got home and started to mix the colours to realise I needed to add 50-50 of each. So what do I do? Buy 2 foundations at £54 because they haven't designed a foundation for yellow tones girls or collect sample of 17 till my 15 finishes... A lot of hoop jumping for a £27 foundation I'm really disappointed with the shade range of only pink/red tones for dark skin. They do have a 'neutral' which is 17, but it's to dark for my nc50 skin, and the 15 is WAY to pink and makes me look ill. Whats more confusing is there other lines have colours for yellow/golden tones, but doesn't give the coverage that I want. All in all, if they have your shade, you will find this foundation has a satin finish, that sits on the skin well, it and feels light on the skin. The reason I'm marking it so low, is because of the shade range, that doesn't cater for woc widely enough like other leading brands. On a positive note, the staff are friendly, and welcoming. But as an NC50 I'm gutted. Do not fall for the hype like I did. Get a sample try it out, the decide. Edit: I've taken one lipstick of because this foundation made my skin soooooo dry. I wore it for 2 days in total, and found I started getting dry pathes. my skin felt so sore. No amount of hydration/ face cream/ toner water helped. I was applying face cream 4 times a day, when that was falling, I started to use coconut oil. I was in so much discomfort that even smiling made my skin feel like it was going to split. I don't even have dry skin. My skin only started to feel like this after I used this product, and the worst thing is it lasted for about a week! I only used the product twice! .
This is great nude on my NC50 skin. I find less is more with this lipgloss, put a little on your lips, then build it. If you pile it on, you may look like you've eaten a doughnut. Its a little sticky, but I can live with that as the colour is so beautiful. I love wearing this with a light foundation and mascara, great for those days when your in a rush, but want to look human. This is a little edit. I have to say this is my HG lipglass. I'm on my 3rd tube can't live it without this beautiful colour
I really like this powder, great if your working on stage or tv. I have NC50 skin and use it alot with studio scuplt to matte my foundation so it last longer and doesnt make my skin look like an oil slick. The best way to use this powder is buy a flat sponge put some product in to the lid press the sponge into it and ROLE it on to your face, this stops your face from having 'ghostface' and pushes the poweder into the skin Quick edit: This powder can be used in daily life. I use it in day to day life and it's not heavy or cakey. It's light and easy to apply
Its an ok mascara, nothing amazing. I think the brush is a bit of a gimic, but it sort of works ..I think maybeline release a new mascara every month with a fancy new brush and its just as good as the mascara they had the month before.

I was so excited when I got this for my birthday a few years ago. i couldnt weight to have beautiful full lashes. Yes it gave me those full lashes I wanted, but buy the end of the day half of the mascara was underneath my eyes and 3 weeks later the brush dried and and all the brittles were stuck together. 3 weeks...£19 wasnt worth it at all. I was gutted.
This is a really beautiful gentle toner, great if you have senstive skin and need something thats going to be gentle and not dry out your skin. The lush toners have no alcohol, so no horrible stinging or burning just soft lovely hydrated skin

If you exfoliate your body, and keep your skin wet, run the bar under warm water to get more of the oils melting, then glide it over your skin. come out of the bath or shower and pat your skin dry....soft skin. I love exfoliating my legs, the shaving them, them applying king of skin. soft silky legs
A body scrub that makes your skin feel like silk....how to use this product to get the best result... 1. If your skin IS NOT senstive take some rub rub rub in your hand and rub it into dry or slightly damp skin in circular motions, then rinse as normal. 2. while in the shower or bath, wet your skin, pick up some rub rub rub and rub into the skin. If you use this product dont use a cloth or sponge, use your hands to get the benifit of the scrub. i gave it a 3 on packaging, because it used to come in 3 sized bottles, so you had a choice on how much you wanted to spent, also i used to unscrew the lid bottle and squezze it into my hand, now i have to becareful not to get water into the pot.
If you want a full coverage concealer...look no further. Less is more with this product, I like to pat it on my problem areas and then blend it out with a fluffy brush. I really like the coverage, it can crease or get a little cakey if you put to much on, like my other mac concealers it lasts for ages!!!!
Love this product! it lasts for ages. i use it under my eyes and to highlight my eyebrows. I love it. It has a soft bendable texture and help cover those (I stayed up all night) bags. I like to use a fluffy brush to blend out this product. I do think less is more as this can crease under the eye if you put to much on.

I pulled this out of my make up bag the other day. I love this! I put one covering on then another...just to give a little bit more coverage as its only a tinited moisturizer. I find if I used a really good exfolitator (I love Lush love lettuce) which helps give my skin a glow. This TM gives your skin a fresh glow and looks so lovely.
If your lips get dry or cracked this product is great to remove that. I dont normally have cracked lips, but if I do I use this or I normally use this when Im wearing a nude lipstick, so it goes on smooth. Try it out its amazing.
Great face cream if you have oily/combo skin. I love this foundation as it absorbs into the skin and allows you to put your foundation on with out making your face look shinny. If your scared of putting on moisturizers try this, you wont be disapointed. I have dry patches and just put a little but more on in those places, so my face doesnt look to shiny.
I used to use vaseline, then tried carmex and the skin on my lips started to peel. They were sore and looked horrible. I then brought this product as it had honey (natural antisptic) and I thought it would help soothe them. Its did! 2 days later, my lips were soft and no more peeling. if you want a lip balm that has no protrelum jelly or horrible ingredients or you have little child and you want a balm that will take care of there lips, get this product. It is a bit expensive at £5.25 but its is worth it.
