Concealers -E.L.F. - Studio Line Concealer Pencil & Brush

This concealer was a complete fail for me. I honestly try not to expect much from E.L.F makeup. The brush on the end ending up taking off all of my concealer. When I applied it without the brush the concealer lasted for about an hour, not to mention it didn't fully cover my dark circles to begin with. I also tried this in 3 different colors and none of them looked anywhere near my shade. You can tell you have cheap concealer on when you wear this.

Loose Powders -Almay - Nearly Naked

I've been using this the past few days & I'm on the fence about it. I love the finish I have when I set my foundation with it but I'm noticing I've been getting even more oily since using it. I also noticed that by the end of the day I'm about 3 shades darker than I was when I first applied it. It doesn't break me out thankfully. This really has its pro's and con's. I think I'm just gonna use it when I only need to wear makeup for a short period of time so I don't look oily & oxidized.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter

I am not a fan of these at all. The colors look like cheap play makeup. The packaging looks cheap & I felt like I was going to break it every time I applied some or twisted one up. Some of them have way too much glitter in them & as a previous reviewer had stated, I also broke out around my mouth after using them.

I used this for a while along with the 3 in 1 hydrating acne treatment. The only thing I liked about this was the tingly feeling it gives. My face did not feel clean after using ths. Even using this with my Clarisonic my face still did not feel clean & it left me feeling like I had a film over my skin. It did nothing for my acne. This was overall a complete waste for me.

Liquid -Korres - Wild Rose Foundation

This was the worst foundation I have ever tried. I bought in the lightest color and it was ORANGE. Not an orange tint to it, just flat out Orange. The smell of it is horrific. It's strong and gave me a headache. The foundation consistency was really watery even after I shook it up. This product was terrible.

I was really dying to try these lip butters because they were being raved about & every one I have tried has disappointed me. When I tried this color I looked like I had on play makeup a 5 year old would use. Actually, they all look like that on.

I don't know what it was about this product that I just could not use it. I know people said it stings a bit when applying but my face literally was burning. I dealt with it and it stopped after a little but I would wake up greasy and oily. I didn't apply a lot, I applied about a pea sized amount to my whole face. I couldn't use it any longer than a few days. It was making me way too greasy and wasn't worth the burning feeling.

Concealers -TheBalm - Time Balm

I've been using this concealer for about a week now. I think its pretty okay. It's not the best I have tried & I think my $6 Glamoflauge is better. It does conceal my dark under eyes & it stays put all day which is pretty much all that counts for me being that that's the only place is use it. I also think this little tub will last me a long time. I received it in a swap and it was used a lot but it doesn't even look like it's been used at all. I'm not sure yet if I'd spend the money on it because like I said earlier my $6 concealer is the best I have found yet.

I decided to give this a go for my acne scarring. I used it for about 4 days before starting to break out horrifically. The smell of it is really strong in my opinion and it honestly did nothing for my skin in the 4 days I used it. It didn't give it any moisture. All it did was break me out. Its pretty pricey for a small bottle no less.

This product made it official that I will never try another product from Cover FX. The only thing that I feel I like the slightest is the primer & after using it more & more, I am now on the fence about that also. This shouldn't even be called a tinted moisturizer. Tinted moisturizer have moisturizer consistency and give at least a little bit of coverage. The consistency of this is more like primer. It feels exactly like the primer they have. It gives not even a hint of coverage nor does it give even the slightest feel of moisturizer. It's more like a dark primer. I have this in E light & the color is oddly dark like a chocolate brown color. This is seriously pointless on your skin. The only good thing I can say is that I didn't buy it and waste money, I received it in a swap.

Another disappoint from Cover FX. I tried this brand to begin with because of my very acne prone skin and I was told this is one of the best makeup brands for that. I haven't liked any of the makeup yet! First of all I was matched TWICE & still don't have a color that matches me or is even close to me. That's sad seeing as how they have a huge color selection. I've tried to apply this makeup with brushes, my fingers & even my beauty blender sponge & I still thought it was terrible. I have to continue to add and add product and still get no good coverage from this. I knew it was just the product after it didn't cover well with the beauty blender because that sponge builds coverage with any foundation. Once it's finally applied and set it lasts for I'd say about 3 to 4 hours before it looks like its melting off your face. Yes, I get oily throughout the day but 3 to 4 hours lasting time? For a $40 tube of makeup? NOPE! This is going right back to Sephora.

I can't help but completely agree with this. I will be sitting at work and know I have a pimple on my face and will just pick at it & pick at it. It will start to bleed, I'll put tissue on it & In a few minutes, I start picking again! For the longest time I didn't even realize that picking my pimples is what was spreading my acne to begin it. It was causing infections in my face and huge pimples that I would blame on everything in book. I have been controlling my picking because my acne was at its worst point again(& yes that time I was picking also) and I finally started to just tell myself DONT DO IT when I would go to pick. It makes a noticable difference & it's very important that you dont do it. I've even googled images to show myself that it can cause even worse infections than what I had to insure I would stop. It can cause damage to your skin that you will be stuck with for life. I'm stuck with scars now that I've been trying to get rid of for forever because of it. STOP THE PICKING!

I took a chance & chose this off someone's list who wanted to swap with me. I was afraid at first because the color was the lightest color & I thought it would make me look too white(I'm fair skinned but I'm never the lightest shade). When I swatched it I saw it was actually pretty good color for me. Now, I HATE liquid foundation but I'm forced to wear it because I need full coverage & my HG powder I found with full coverage, broke me out. So.. I decided to give stick foundations a try & I do really like them. I don't know why I waited so long to try this particular one but I'm glad I swapped for it now that I have. I have deep red acne scaring all over my face & this gives me the full coverage I need. I don't need concealer with it because it works as both. It doesn't make me look cake faced the way Max Factor Pan-Stik made me look. I set it lightly with some powder & it looks flawless. The staying powder is actually pretty decent also. If this doesn't start to break me out(praying it doesn't), I'm sure this will be my HG.

I received this in a swap and after just trying it I am mad I even wasted my time. It comes out with tons of glitter. The glitter is more noticable than the actual color.

I ordered this off of Ebay about 2 weeks ago after seeing the raved reviews on here. I had extremely chapped lips & absoultely nothing was working. My beloved EOS Balm unfortunately wasn't doing the trick this time either. As soon as I got it I used it and my lips immediately felt a lot better. After 2 applications I couldn't believe that my disgustingly extremely chapped lips had healed. Today, a girl I work with had a burn on her finger and asked me if I knew where the first aid kit was for some Neosporin. She had a swollen burn on her finger from touching a 400 degree hot curling iron. I took this out and put it on her burn and about 20 minutes later she came over to show me and tell me how much better it felt. I really like this stuff. It has a weird but good smelling scent to it & I was surprised at how big the tube is. When I received it I did notice that a large portion of the top half of the tube is empty, they deff. dont fill this up. I will re-order it though cause it is pretty amazing and my lips feel like soft baby butt cheeks :)
