OK-this does work! i bought this this afternoon-Egg Ped Professional (i have no idea what the difference is between OG, Pro or Platinum?!). The KEY TO THIS EGG IS, after "grating" your feet (and yes, you will not get a smooth finish, there will be pieces sticking up-but that's what the emery board is for), you have to BUFFit down with the emery to achieve the smoothness. i did this in the shower (before i turned on the water of couse) and dumped the shavings down the drain. after my shower, oh boy! my soles were brand spankin' new! top it with some lotion and wow, i had nice feet again. my soles were pretty bad-so dry and cracked that it would SNAG on materials! will repurchase! got it for 9.99 at target. :) UPDATE: it has been days later and my feet are still looking GOOD! LOVE THIS THING! ;) ill buy it forever! Going to get my mom one today.

i gave it one more lippie than laura mercier's cotton pads because although it shreds also, its less than lm's! plus, this one holds together better i think because it also has "silk" in it? that packaging is elegant and they have a fancy way of using the cotton itself (diagram of a hand and tells you how to hold it, etc). i tried to hold the lm one the same way and it still shreds so oh well. will try shiseido and sephora next. do not buy this OR lm's! waste of $9.00.

Pressed Powders -MAC - Blot Powder - Medium/Dark

Ok-after reading all the reviews...YES this totally works! i mean, it doesnt keep the oilies away the entire day or anything-but ALMOST! anything over 2 hours is a miracle to me! i get oily in my t-zone big time usually 20 minutes after makeup application. so imagine how i felt when, 4 pm rolled around and i just spotted the faintest dots of oil coming through! i just dabbed it away with some tissue and was good to go again. this powder works and its even more fantastic because it's talc free! whoopeeee. the MA recommended the medium but i told her i thought the med/dark would work better and she agreed. i know they are translucent but they do show up on your skin. i am light/med yellow undertoned asian. tan easily in the summer w/VERY oily t zone. WILL repurchase! the MA at neiman's (who use to work for MAC)rec'd that i flip the sponge to face the mirror so as to not contaminate the powder with my oils, etc. i use a brush to apply in the AM and the puff for touch up at work. :) so yeah, wish it had seperate compt. for puff but other than that, love it!

this lotion smells soooooooooooooooo good! sweet & lemony! it absorbs fairly quickly and makes my skin feel soft. i dont like the twist off cap (wish was pump or flip top). It says it has citric fruit acids and acai-a super antioxidant.

I tried this and narcissia. the latter was very pretty (very similar to Nars Dolce Vita-but richer, brighter and more moisturizing). i ended up picking pegasus because i was going for a more "natural" look and pegasus was not as bright and pink. it's more a...beigey pink with slight brown undertones? i know it sounds crazy but its quite a nice color! i am medium, yellow undertone, asian skin, brown hair/eyes. this is a color i can wear everyday and will! it's very emollient. comes in a sleek silver rounded case-in a black string pouch. price was quite hefty-$26.00 at Neiman's.

$9.00 is not bad. i think it comes with 100 pads. you can make them last longer by cutting them in half-they are REALLY big cotton squares, more like rectangles. they are unbleached and so some have little "seed" like things in them, but you cant feel it. unfortunately, these things shredded ALL over my face like crazy. i tried with 3 pumps-shred. i tried with two pumps-shred. my friend was trying to be nice and he bought me ANOTHER box which i am seriously contemplating giving to my mother-but then she'll wonder why im giving her such crappy cotton squares. I am going to try sephora and shiseido next...comes in a white box with a perforated lid. and when i mean they get all over your face, i mean it. these babies leave a whole sheet stuck to your face! will not repurchase.

Conditioner -ABBA - True Mint Conditioner

Using this for over 10 years, wonderful mint smell (like mint chocolate). leaves my hair very soft and silky, rinses out easily and leaves my hair tangle free. definitely repurchase. great conditioner to have in rotation. good staple.

Shampoo -ABBA - ABBA Complete Shampoo

I have been using this for 10 years and although i try other brands, i always come back to this or at least have this in rotation. It never fails to leave my hair silky smooth. I have fine, thin asian hair and it makes it feel soft and bouncy! i use it with the mint conditioner. once or twice a week i wash with suave to get residue off my scalp. on the back of the bottle it says, "a little goes a long way" and boy, they aint lying! I need a quarter size amount (and even that might be to much) for my medium length hair and it lathers up a lot! it's very creamy so it helps to add water and mix it a little in your hands before applying. Smells wonderful (fruity but not overwhelmingly sweet).

wonderfully liight and silky but TOO MUCH SPARKLE. i do no like my face to sparkle. i like a nice "sheen" hut this was a bit too much. love the packaging though-you "grind" only what you need!

Soft as silk and the color is a perfect match (Subtle) for my yellow undertoned medium asian skin. I use the Just Skin in Glow. powder is so sheer you hardly know its there. The very last step of my make up routine. I absolutely hate the packaging and might not repurchase because of this. it comes in a pretty metal canister but when i pulled the lid off, there was powder everywhere! then i pulled the sticker off the holes and shook it a little to GET some product and the darn thing spilled all over my hand. i didnt want to put the powder puff back on top, so i reused the sticker-but i dont know how long that will last! i am using it with a brush instead of the puff. So yes, i would repurchase IF the packaging was better. when i run out i am going to check out La Mer. I tested YSL and the powder was nice and the packaging was very cool (you only grind what you need)-BUT there was too much sparkle in it for me. UPDATE: it's still soft as silk but i am SO hating the packaging still! its horrible! everytime i shake it a little to get some darn product out it gets all over the place-what a waste! it either doesnt give me enough out of the sifter or it gives me too much all over my hand and the sink. sigh...plus its a pain to take the lid on and off and on.... UPDATE: ok decided will not repurchase ONLY because i use the MAC blot now to set my makeup, etc. since i am so oily. this is nice to have but more of a luxury item. will finish the rest though as i am too lazy to take back to neiman's (hate going there! too uppity...im a nordie's girl!)

Tinted Moisturizer -Chantecaille - Just Skin

Ok today is the first day i have used it. i bought it "unseen" and went with the "Glow" for my yellow undertoned, medium asian face. It matches perfectly-so perfectly in fact that i cant even SEE it after it went on! comes in a toothpaste like tube with a screw off cap. no smell to it and glides on smoothly and absorbs like a dream! no stickiness and left my face matte. I will definitely repurchase this again! will try using more tomorrow (i used very sparingly this morning) and will update. UPDATE: Still loving this-perhaps more so. It is SO sheer and not greasy at all! i tried LM tm and that totally made me feel like i had a layer of grease on my face. this absorbs so quickly and feels like nothing! cant tell i have anything on but it evens out my face. Glow is perfect for me, so for Summer, i will definitely have to purchase the next one up (Tan i think?).

Leaves my face feeling VERY clean-too clean in fact because i get that "squeak"! Left it a little tight (which is not good) but it DID leave my face feeling very clean and bright. You only need just a TINY amount for your whole face so the small tube is deceiving. It would be better with a flip top instead of a screw off one. It smells nice. i would repurchase because it IS a great cleanser. It probably will work better in the summer time when i am more oily.

Probably works great for dry skinned people. I have oily T zone and was way too emoillient and left a sticky "film" on my face. Although it says for Normal to Dry Skin-i would say for Dry skin only. It's consistency is that of a watery gel almost. Will not repurchase

I have this in Light. It works great and is very refreshing-the only thing i didnt like is that it has alcohol in it (but hasnt bothered me. SEE BELOW). Light is like water but Rich looks almost like a gel consistency. I was pretty much right, the Rich was WAY too emoillient for my face-it left it feeling sticky and not clean. So back to Light for me! I would rather have a bit of alcohol than a sticky oily face. I top my Light with some Epicuren and man, it kept the oilies at bay! i was very pleased. Will repurchase even though its moderately expensive and not much product. Don't like the short spout, squirts beyond the cotton pad onto the counter. UPDATE: I did some research on the alcohol used in makeup-it's actually GOOD for your face. read this: "We don't use isopropyl (or "rubbing alcohol), but instead, pure alcohol, distilled from grain. Ethyl Alcohol acts as a wonderful solvating agent for complete removal of any residual left by inadequate rinsing. Non-alcohol toners simply lack that ability to provide that degree of effective solvation, plus have other negatives, discussed later." check out this link. i have a new postive image of alcohol in products now! Bronzers -Bobbi Brown - All Over Bronzing Gel SPF 15

this product was decent-it does what it says and doesnt break me out (+!). i tried it two ways-mixed with moisturizer (which gives me the most color) and the other by applying with my fingers to spots on my face (which didnt show up at all). So i will stick to the former applying technique. I dont know if i will repurchase again as i dont think this is spectacular or anything-i get darker but i dont get that "tropical" look like i do with the real sun! i just look...dark! i will use till the end though. it doesnt last all day either. by noon, it had pretty much faded? i think next time i will purchase a TM when i am through with this. also, i dont like the flip top dispenser, i dont like having it "pool" in the spout so i have to wipe the excess off with tissue to keep it clean. what a waste of product! UPDATE: Hmm, this doesnt show up as much or last that long. i am contemplating returning it and buying a TM instead... maybe this works better on light skinned people? i have light/medium with yellow undertones and unless i squit out a lot and mix it with moisturizer, i can't see it at ALL on my skin. On the fence about this one still...UPDATE: Returned it. i never reached for it and instead, i purchased a TM which i love.
