Liquid -Clinique - Superbalanced Foundation

Is quite a good foundation from Clinique. It smooths on easily on the skin and blends beautifully. it leaves your skin with a slight shine. It offers light/med coverage. it will come off quite easily throughout the day and is not recommended for someone with oily skin as it will give your skin alot of shine after a couple of hours.

Moisturizers -Paula's Choice - Skin Balancing Moisture Gel

I tried this moisturiser on a whim because I love all the other Paula's Choice products that I have. I don't love this moisturiser at all!!! It feels light and smooth but doesn't feel like it sinks into my skin. It also has a slightly oily feel to it. So back to Clinique dramatically Different gel. it's the best! Update: I use this as an eye gel, and it's fantastic as an eye gel! To I put more lippies to it.

Pressed Powders -Napoleon Perdis - Camera Finish

This foundation is ok. It doesn't spread as well as some other pressed powder foundations, and tends to feel thick and not very silky smooth. has good coverage though and leaves skin looking quite natural. Might purchase again. Update: I prefer this without the sponge application, I use a brush now and it looks so much better!!

Crème -Clinique - superbalanced compact [DISCONTINUED]

This is an ok creme to powder foundation. The added SPF rating is a bonus. it blends quite easily with the skin, but will highlight any dry areas. This can be problematic if your skin is prone to blemishes, as it may feel too thick heavy feel to it. The packaging is pretty good as you dont have to purchase the whole package again you can just purchase a re-fill although the re-fills don't offer a great amount of makeup. If your looking for an oil-free creme-powder i would recommend Bobbi Brown oil free even finish compact over this.

This is a really good creme to powder foundation. The colors are very good. The packaging is great with a separate compartment for the foundation sponge and a very large mirror. Once applied it blends great with the skin and little goes a long way. it leaves the skin with a soft natural look when applied correctly. It has a barely/there quality to it and makes your skin have a little glow to it. I just don't think this was the right foundation for my skin type. my skin is normal to dry and this highlighted any flakes I had so much. This would be great for oily skin. But not great for mine.

Toners -Paula's Choice - Skin Balancing Toner

I have been using Paula's products for five years now. This is nw of my staples. I tend to not use this in winter but use it all the time in summer. It has made my skin feel and look so much healthier. It has cleared up some of my blackheads and has healed some of my older acne marks. I really really love this toner :) I love that it included niacinamide. I tried some Regenerist products because of the niacinamide but none were as good as this. This gives my skin a healthy glow once i put it on. Do not use this after you have use any strong products on your skin like a acid scrub or acids it will sting and dry your skin out (Although I do have sensitive skin).

Cleansers -Paula's Choice - One Step Face Cleanser-Normal to Dry Skin

This is a great cleanser for normal/dry skin. it has a creamy texture to it and a lot goes a long way. it has a nice silky feel to it when applied onto the skin. It remove all makeup (although not heavy makeup) and leavees the skin with a slighty moist feeling to it, which is nice as it doesn't feel like it rips all the moisture away from your skin as some other cleansers do.

Powder -Estee Lauder - Double Wear Stay-in-Place Powder Makeup

This compact foundation is not good at all. I like the 'barely there' look and this foundation goes on way too thick and has a chalky effect to it. One of the shades i tried turned orange throughout the day. The SPF is only 10, and it shows up any dry flaky patches. It also made me breakout. Not a good foundation at all. The worst powder foundation i have tried.

Cleansers -Clinique - Liquid Facial Soap - Mild

Did not love this at all it is a detergent cleanser and does remove makeup well, but i didn't like the feel of it and it did dry out my skin and didn't leave ym skin feeling lovely and clean at all. Will not purchase again. Made me break out a little as well.

Powder -Laura Mercier - Foundation Powder

I really like this foundation powder. it goes on very smooth and doesnt have a really powdery feel to it. its very silk like and is easy to blend into the skin as it doesn't have a chalky feel to it. it offers medium to full coverage depending on how much you want. The colors are also really good but most of LM's color choices are good. I like the packaging as well it comes in a square compact with the sponge located underneath in its own compartment and I like that its not in contact with the actual makeup like other compacts are where bacteria left on it from your skin mixes with the makeup. tThis is a very good foundation powder for med/full coverage, with a hint of shine to it. But it gives your skin a luminous glow rather than an oily look. Update: I stopped using this as I was getting tired of my skin not looking as fresh and young as it should. I get a much more luminous 'fresh'non made up look from liquid foundations- in this case NARS Sheer glow. So I've stopped using all my powders and switched to this, although i still keep Laura Merciers mineral powder for those really really hot days i can;t bear to put liquid on my face.

Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Oil Free

This is a very thick tinted moisturiser so its more of a foundation. It feels more like sunscreen and has a thick feel so it and doesn't blend in very well. I was very aware that it was on my skin and throughout the day it would make my skin look very shiny and easily came off. I wouldn't recommend it as a tinted moisturiser, way way too thick.

Primer/ Corrector -Laura Mercier - Foundation Primer Oil -Free

This product is not a great primer for makeup. Primers are meant to allow the skin added moisture and to give the skin a smooth surface so that makeup will glide on easily and look better and pro-long the wear of makeup. This primer doesn't blend well with the skin. It doesn't leave the skin feeling really moisturised, or soft and smooth it doesn't keep makeup on for longer and doesn't help makeup spread easily.

Crème -Laura Mercier - Silk Creme Foundation

This is the BEST foundation I have ever tried! The product is pricey but is a great buy as it lasts a long time, as the foundation is quite thick, spreads easily and you don't need to use a lot. . You need to shake the bottle before use and the foundation comes out with a mousse, air plumped feel to it. It spreads evenly onto your skin and leaves a 'glow' to your skin. So this product isnt the best for people with oily skin. This is easy to spread so I apply it daily with a foundation brush and it can be out on quite light to medium coverage. I wear this most days in the winter because it does keep my skin from drying out. I also like her tinted moisturizers. This looks amazing and and even though it has great coverage it looks natural. Love love. Has never made me break out and so far it's the only liquid I can use, that doesn't break me out. I even feel like this improves my skin, by keeping it moist throughout the day.
