Polishes -Revlon - Peach Petal #115

Love, love this polish!! It is a gorgeous STRAWBERRY milk . I don't get any peach about of this whatsoever just the perfect baby pink I have been searching for. The application is great for me I do apply 3 coats and a top coat and it held up 5-6 days before chipping. Usually I find I color that I love but the application is awful or I find a color that I love or it chips super easily and is a pita to keep applying. But this polish is a different story. I love the shade,the durability,and the application is down pat for me. I do one hand at a time. I apply a thin* coat with a very light finish for my first coat on all nails on my left hand (looks a mess but don't worry) It will be runny(don't worry) just apply a thin coat. I can't stress that enough!!! Then layer on more coats with a little drying time in between until my nails are opaque and streak free. I wait about 2 minutes and apply sally hansen top coat red bottle. I only use my right (naked hand) for some time after since I build the polish up pretty thick with the 3-4 layers. But the key is to the first coat being very thin. Then later in the evening I do the same with the other hand. You need 3 coats of this to get a truly opaque finish which I don't mind at all. I bought this 75% on sale at CVS and I feel like I'm on love with this polish so much I want to search for it on other cvs's before all of these bad boys are gone. For you guys that gave up on this,you guys don't realize you have a gem on your hands. Now Essie figi that's an example of a polish that is impossible to deal with

Lip Treatments -Maybelline - Baby Lips lip balm

-Bought this in Quenched, it is in the blue tube and is a clear balm without shimmer. I love the smell of it, smells alot like fruity pebbles! -I have this in Peach Kiss. But I don't see any peach or smell any peach so I don't know why it's called peach. It smells pleasant like fruit (not peach)and candy. It has a very nude sheer color with very fine shimmer that I didn't notice until after I applied. I actually hate shimmer but I didn't seem to mind it,it was a very slight shimmer not frosty or to much. But I would not purchase this one again since I would still prefer it without the shimmer and my bf wouldn't like to kiss me with shimmer. -Out of the two I have I prefer the clear one in the blue tube. At first I wasn't impressed with the moisture of this since I had such high hopes from the gimmicky aspect of me wanting soft baby lips. But I continued to use this since I thought I will give it some time and I liked taking this along with me since I love the tube and the scent. But after using this for a while now here and there I came to realize it isn't wonderful or amazing,but for the price I think it's decent. It's easy to spot in my purse and I love the packaging. This is fine if you don't have chronic or severe dry lips. But for me this is not enough. I will probably continue to use this until my jack black I ordered arrives. But I would not repurchase this. It feels slightly greasy but does not absorb it just sits there and doesn't stay on long. I have no idea where it goes but it doesn't seem to sink in. The tube lasts a long time but this is just to weak for me to continue using this without trying to find something better. I wanted to love this since I really do love the tube and the scent. This would be great for young girls,teenagers,and women that don't have a problem with dry lips that just want something to put on before their lipstick. I would say if you are going to buy chapstick get this instead since this is better then chapstick but this nor chapstick is enough for me if that helps.* Also this has the highest ratings with the 18 and under group keep in mind

Conditioner -Redken - All Soft Conditioner

I had to try this based on all the rave reviews. I have very dry, super thick,wavy, frizzy hair. In the shower I always comb through my conditioner and it detangled my hair just fine. I didn't care for the smell but it wasn't very overbearing. I didn't notice any difference with my hair at all after blow-drying and didn't seem to notice any difference when I was done. So at first I was very disappointed. I'm not even going to lie. It seemed to have a lack of shine but for the most part my hair looked no different or any better then usual. I didn't think that I noticed any difference still at all that is until I found myself constantly wanting to touch it and run my fingers through it. So it defiantly made my hair softer and was surprised! But unfortunately my hair feels slightly weighted-down and somewhat flat,which is odd since my hair is sooo thick and I never had flat hair before. Overall I am happy with this so far. For the price it would be nice to maybe get a little shine and a normal size bottle. I thought it was an okay conditioner but I expected more from it since it is so well reviewed on here. I'm not sure if I would repurchase this just for softer hair since I have had other products that do more then just soften. When I use this again I'll not use so much on my hair and use more on my ends and see if that helps combat with the weighed down feeling and update.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HiP Concentrated Duo - Shady

The dark shadow in this duo is great. Nice pigment blends easily but the other shade is the same shade as my skin and is pointless and it hardly even shows up on me. I only use the dark shadow with other shadows. I could see people that have fair skin would like the lighter shade also. I wouldn't repurchase this only for the dark shade but if you have a fair complection and your looking for a non shimmery neutral look and find this on sale it would be a good deal since both shades would probably show up on you not just the darker one like me.

Lipstick -Revlon - Super Lustrous Lipstick--Peach Me

peach me is definitely a winner! No scent, smooth application, and easy to wear. Just a nice creamy neutral, with some peachy and pink. I think this shade would work well with tan skin and a smokey eye or brighten up fair skin and brighten everything up and not be OTT at all. It has a nice shine to it and feels very creamy and moisturizing. the colour lasts and is unscented this one is a winner.

Lipstick -Revlon - Just Enough Buff

This is a very natural sheer nude color do not expect rich pigmentation or the blank out nude,as i feel that it is meant to be sheer....but I do see little gold microshimmer but not frosty at all. I do like this since it is a very natural subtle nude that is great for day time. I love fairest nude but I like that for night since that's not a subtle nude on me. This is nice. I didn't expect it to be sheer nude but I was looking for a nice subtle nude for day time anyway. I'm happy with it since I only paid .99 cents I could see people being unhappy if they paid more and wasn't what they expected. I don't think I would buy it again since I like to try alot of different lippies. If I use the whole tube then that would mean that I didn't get bored enough and should repurchase, time will tell it . I don't find it drying and actually find it somewhat creamy. I give a 4 for lasting power but I would rather have a somewhat creamy lippie with slightly less lasting power then one that lasts and is extremely drying.NC42

Conditioner -Suave - Professionals Almond & Shea Butter

I LOVE this, it is my favorite conditioner---and I would never guess it would be Suave brand. I am a conditioner addict! I've bought and tried to love alot of more expensive hair care brands like Matrix, Biolage, Biosilk,Paul Mitchell,bed head, Redken, Nexxus, etc., but then I had a bogo coupon for Suave and decided to get the almond&shea shampoo and conditioner and why not since both it would be only $1.82 for BOTH. I admit I didn't think I was going to like it since I written off Suave a long time ago. When I first spread it into my hair, it seemed too thin. I wondered if it would actually do anything or be strong enough for my frizzy,tangly,bi racial hair so I left it on for a minute then combed it through with a wide tooth comb and let sit for a few minutes. While rinsing it out I noticed my hair detangled easily and felt super soft. it was incredibly manageable, with no frizzies, and over time, I've come to find it actually seems stronger, with improved elasticity. I still deep condition once a week,use a clarifying poo once a month,and additional products but I use this often. I I figured it's worth a try, and now I'm hooked!! I'm already on my 2nd bottle. I must say some with fine or hair will probably find this to much with the cones and oils and this would also be bad for people with oily hair.

Products often get judged based on price (expensive shampoos are better & inexpensive are the one's to avoid). This products proves this theory is dead wrong. I thank MUA and everyone's reviews for me discovering this!My hair is usually dry, frizzy, and crazy curly/wavy/odd. I usually use a salon moisturizing shampoo to keep it from drying out and to control frizz. Some were running me almost 20$ for a bottle on avg of shampoo and most didn't live up to my expectations. I thought it was the only option for my type of hair and I just needed to keep trying until I find "the one". I had written off all of the Suave shampoo (other then their clarifying once a month)on the market due to the fact that it always made my hair feel dry and like straw. I thought it was a very inferior brand of shampoo and I started buying only salon brands or the generics at Sally's instead. I saw all the wonderful reviews on this plus found a bogo coupon,so I figured I should give it a try. I think with the coupon I got the shampoo and conditioner for $1.82 at wallmart. My review- I was curious how this cheap shampoo would work on my hair since I have dry,coarse,bi-racial hair that I color and use heat to style. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was. The thick creamy shampoo lathers up quickly and takes a little more effort to rinse out, but not too much effort and most will not mind when they see the results. But, I was very surprised how much this lathered up. I actually use less of this shampoo then others since it lathers so much and that's even another money saver there,when I thought things couldn't get any cheaper. I found that I did not have to use as much of this shampoo as other shampoo's that I pay much more for and I still get the same results (if lucky).Suave Professionals Almond and Shea Butter Shampoo is a very good moisturizing shampoo and of all its qualities, this is the one that stands out the most. The reason I say this is because, as a general rule, less expensive shampoos often dry out the hair and scalp. This does exactly the opposite and it makes hair much more manageable and very, very soft. It was not cheap like quality like I expected. It feels very luxurious, lathers nicely and when I rinse out the shampoo, my hair and scalp feel squeaky clean! It leaves my hair smelling nice, very shiny and very soft. I can't believe how nice and soft my hair feels even the next day. I don't think I'll be switching my shampoo around anymore. I'm completely sold on this shampoo and will continue to use it. Highly recommended! I also LOVE the conditioner. I use them together. Another thing,for a product that boasts on bottle that says that it's made with 100% natural almond and shea butter and the bottle is made with 25% of post consumer recycled material, I was shocked after I realized this contains DMDM (formaldehyde-releasing ingredient) I would give this product a 5 for sure but for the DMDM i'm taking a lippie off for the all natural trickery.

The color of this is soo beautiful! What a lovely light pink nudey color. Its a muted light cool pink that is very subtle and has a beautiful slightly goldish sheen to it. This lippie gives you that polished look but very natural at the same time. Love the color, I don't know if I would buy again since the staying power with this is annoying me. I feel like my lips only look nice for a short time :(

Im the odd ball here I guess but I don't know what the heck everyone is talking about. This didn't show up on me at all. I see now that most of the people raving on here have fair skin ,maybe that' the problem with the shade for me. I'm nc 42ish in winter and in summer I get darker. I used this about a month ago. Anyways, this was the same color as my lips and not the only better aspect either, the same color as my lips but extremely thick and sticky. Now who would put up with that? I don't know about the lasting power since I could only stand it being on my lips for about 5 minutes and when I removed it ,it also took some layers of skin along with it. Did I mention the chemical smell? This was to drying and I haven't used this since.

Lip Treatments -Blistex - Revive & Restore

What is Blistex Revive & Restore? It's a 2-in-1 lip balm product that comes in two individual .20 oz containers that can be snapped together (stacked on top of one another) for added convenience. This lip balm is the kind that comes in a pot and is applied via fingertip and not through a glide-on tube. Some may have a problem with that. But I don't since I only use the night balm (Restore) at night. I do not use the white container(Revive) the one for day use or at all. It is white and smells minty and something about it looks like it might be drying. But I LOVE the restore (blue tub). Since I have been applying it before bed my lips started to feel more soft,plump,and supple . I started to notice the change after a few nights of usage. I am going to start using this under my lip stick during the day as well. Some people are saying that it is the same as vaseline and I don't agree with that. It's a rich salve with vitamin E to nourish it feels comforting and you can smell the added fruit oils. It has a pleasant not overwhelming smell. I would repurchase this for the blue tub alone and would love if they could put this in a big fat tube. For people that seem to have disliked this,I would try just using only the restore(blue tub) and avoiding the white one and see if that helps.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous Lipgloss - Nude Lustre

For reference, I wear foundation shade NC42-45 with pigmented lips. It's a sheer pink beigey nude,not the a concealer nude but more of a healthy nude. Beautiful shade that I can wear alone or over lipstick. It's one of those neutral shades that can work for everyone. It has very finely milled shimmers that are not chunky or barely noticeable. The only reason I don't grab for this as much is the fact that it has shimmer in it. I think they should make available this shade and one without any shimmer. Everyone would love that. The texture is slightly sticky and runny and does transfer easily. These do need reapplied depending on how much you drink ect. These are a very great deal with bogo sales. I would probably still repurchase with the barely noticeable shimmer. I also like the tube since it wont roll around.

I love this brow kit!! It comes with everything you need like OMG!! I have this on brunette.It comes with a powder, wax, a little brush, and even some really cute tiny slanted tweezers,the package is great for on the go and with the tweezers I can pull out a stray hair whenever. The powder is smooth and soft and applies really well, while the wax holds hairs in place. Somedays I just use the wax to keeps my side brow hair in line mostly since mine try to curl slightly, and with just the wax my brows still looked better. I use the powder VERY sparingly it's very pigmented and its no joke, you only need a little. I prob had this for 3 years since the powder is soo pigmented you only need a dab. The powder goes on a lot darker than it seems but that works for me since my brows are naturally dark brown, as long as i go easy on the powder it fills mine in perfectly! I would on recommend this for gals that have dark brows already not light brown or anything..this is more like a dark chocolate shade. A very good product and for the price i will def buy again. I actually ran out of it and realized even more what a great product it is and I need to get another one and that's what sparked my reviewUPDATE I went and purchased one at rite side since NYC is 40% there and it was 2 bucks and some change!!!!! Im so happy I love this. I'm surprised!! The little tweezers work well for me and I even use the small brush cause I like it's denseness and its the perfect size for the side of my brow. I love this little set

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Length

It separates really well with no clumping. But this only gives you slight length increase without any definition what so ever. The formula is way to dry and this mascara didn't really do anything and it's as if barely any mascara is getting onto my lashes. The brush is unable to even grasp onto the lashes and this formula is extremely dry resulting in all of your hard work and effort left unnoticed. There are way better mascaras out there for length than this for example- L'Oreal Telescopic in Carbon Black gives length and definition. If you are looking for just extreme wow length,try that. This mascara for length is like Mcdonalds and Carbon black is like a 5 star restaurant. I have also tried all of the Lashblasts and this one was the worst btw.
