Great inexpensive styling gel for curly hair. No crunch! Soft, defined curls . I use this on days when I do not need to use my other, rather expensive, styling product. I also like to air dry my hair and this works very well with that technique. I have to use heat with my other styling product.. Great stuff at a great price for curly hair. Who knew? MUA knew!

I finally found a product that defines my long layers. I used it once (bought samples on eBay) and received mega compliments. Amazing. I have thin, frizzy, colored hair that is a daily challenge. Also thought it was a "gimmick", but it really works. Found the sulfate free shampoo and conditioner at TJ Maxx, so I use them, too. Like I said, amazing.

Amazing stuff. I do not have classic rosacea, but rather broken capillaries and general redness with fairly smooth skin. The ever-present redness is well controlled with this cream and my skin looks and feels hydrated and smoother. I no longer have use a trowel to put on my concealer. I have only been using this for about two weeks and the results are impressive. Started with the sample size and bought the full size almost immediately. Like I said, amazing stuff.

My original favorite lip gloss. I bought several tubes at 75% off and am rationing them until the next Ice Age...so sorry that this appears to be discontinued. I hate saying good-bye to an old reliable friend.

Mascara -Mally Beauty - Volumizing Mascara

I have problems with most mascaras. Yes, I become Raccoon Woman. It is not my best look. I tried this mascara and no Raccoon Eyes! Makes my lashes longer and fuller. Gotta love it. I am no longer mistaken for Rocky Raccoon. Thanks, Mally.

Hair Styling Tools -Goody - Spin Pin

Amazing. Two curly pins really do the trick on my thin, but abundant shoulder length hair. Easy to insert, a little tougher to negotiate the reverse, but well worth the effort to keep hair out of my face, especially in the fierce wind that often whips my California location. Another simple fix for a nearly universal problem. Why didn't I think of this?

Eyeliner is my Achilles heel. Love it, but it is always a struggle. I read the great reviews here and hit a BOGO sale. This is a great eyeliner for the artistically challenged. The brush is decent and the staying power is impressive. Here's to hoping it does not dry out!

I have colored, frizzy and thin hair. A significant challenge in my life. Be Curly really tames my hair and eliminates frizz. A little goes a long way--be stingy. I apply a little Confixor in the shower, too. l

Mascara -Prestige - My Blackest Lashes

I struggle with mascara. Most DS brands make me look like Spider Woman or her sister Raccoon Girl. High end products do not work much better. Troublesome. I like the Prestige line, so I picked up My Blackest Lashes recently. The brush is big and I can apply mascara to unwanted areas (like my eyebrows) if I am not careful, but overall it serves me well. My lashes are longer and fuller and without any large clumps. I channel Raccoon Girl after about 8 hours, but most mascaras do that to me. At least I avoid scary Spider Woman.

I am growing my hair out and wrestle with frizz, dryness and unmanageable curls. I have tried everything and spent more money than I care to acknowledge. I finally found something that smooths my hair and gives me manageable curls. My husband actually told me that my hair looks good. Amazing. I love the pump and I love the price. I air dry my hair and then use a 2 inch curling iron for smoothness and control. Worked like a charm. I now have hair that I like. Say good-bye to a great collection of baseball caps.

This scrub is equivalent to a professional salon treatment. Its fine grain quality is excellent and makes my skin feel ultra soft. It is free of parabens, sls, petroleum, mineral oil, artificial colors and fragrances, and are pH balanced, vegetarian and cruelty-free. I use this scrub about once a week and can already see improvement in areas of fine lines, wrinkles and scars.

I really wanted to like this mascara. I am trying to "green" my life and what I put on my body is a great place to start. Great color, great ingredients, great application = great raccoon eyes. Love other 100% Pure cosmetics, just did not love this mascara.

Lipstick -New York Color - Smooch Proof Long Wearing Lip Color

MAC Pro Long is my HG for long wearing lipsticks/glosses/stains/colors. Naturally, I was attracted to the NYC Smooch Proof Lip Color. The color range is decent and I picked up a few with a BOGO coupon. The pigment is not as intense as MAC. The gloss brush was inflexible on one of my selections. However, for the price point and the drug store accessibility, I will continue to use this lip color occasionally. Does not "pill" on me. Not MAC, but acceptable value and quality for the price. Will repurchase on BOGO basis.

Great eye cream. Nice pump in glass bottle. Soaks right in and provides moisture to my eye area. It appears to help my dark circles and reduces morning puffiness. Kudos to this green product. This is a good product line that provides a great selection of natural products.
