MAC's satin taupe in Wet n Wild packaging. A must. my only complaint: IT'S HARD TO OPEN (if you have short nails due to nail-biting). GAH

OMG. i am in love with this. I am a glitter h00r and I can tell you that this is a nice glitter product. No fallout (since it's a gel like product) but there was also no fallout later through out the night -well, maybe a tiny but nothing bad at all. i love wearing this over a green paintpot/base or just alone (always over primer though!!) makes brown eyes loook gorgeous. i must collect all the colors!

This blush is great, although I expected it to be peachier on the skin (it was more light pink) I wasnt dissapointed. This reminds me A LOT of mac's LE moon river blush. A LOT. if you missed out on that, get this which is SUPER similar. and only $7!! on me nc30-35 it acts more like a highlighter cuz it is a very light pink, but on someone fair, this must look gorg.

Love this. I'm nc35 and was looking for a kim kardashian blush. everyone recommended MAC peaches, and while, eventually, i will be getting it one day, I wanted to make sure the peach color would look good on me, so I got this blush. Love it, shows up on my tan skin and compliments my olive tones. Great quality, texture and blendability. 5 stars for good quality drugstore makeup!

Makeup Brushes -Laura Mercier - Smudger

This brush is great for smudging out black liner and makng it more rocker-grungey. But when you think about it, anything can do that...even our finger. what I LOVE this brush for is to set my waterline eyeliner. It's so small and precise that it pats eyeshadow on the waterline super easily and effectively!

Eye Shadow -MAC - cut to fit

Frost texture. Great blendability. Dark copper, slighty darker and browner than Coppering. Looks great on blue eyes, my mom is 50 and looks a bit too funky with Coppering, so I went for the "safer" version of Coppering, one with more brown- I ended up with this :)

Eyeliner -Urban Decay - Ransom 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

Super bright, bold blue-purple (not pink/red purple). Doesnt budge over udpp or paintpots in my experience. If you want your ransome EYESHADOW to look like it's on c.r.a.c.k, put Ransom eyeliner all over your lid, then pack Ransom eyeshadow on top. You can see the purple from 10 miles away!!!! This shade of purple looks amazing on my dark (almost black) brown eyes. I adore this color, it's the same type of purple as MUFE# 92...blurple

Eye Shadow -MAC - Sweet & Punchy
rated 5 of 5
lauralikes 5/12/2010 9:51:00 PM

Gorgeous shimmery, yellow lime green (more yellow than green). It is very, very, very similar to Rated R (from the Starflash collection), even the texture is super similar. While S&P is not a lovely starflash formula, it's a veluxe pearl making it still buttery and shimmery. It is similar to Bitter's color, but Bitter has a crap-tastic formula compared to S&P, and is slightly greener. It is a must have, especially if you missed out on Rated R. This green goes great with darker greens, teals, corals...it's very fun and bold. And I find it goes with blue and brown eyes amazingly. I love it paired with electric eel. I get amazing results:EE on lid and S&P in crease; or vice versa, Sweet on the lid and EE in the crease. Still a fun, bright, tropical and electric combination. You need this if you want a bright touch to your eye look. Remember that what you see in the pan is what you get on your lid with this great color.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Naked Lunch
rated 5 of 5
lauralikes 4/24/2010 10:45:00 AM

Perfect soft pink/fleshy eyeshadow. Perfectly shimmery (not OTT) just adds the perfect amount of light. great for the lid and inner corner. Adding some satin taupe and brun to the grease makes the best, eye-opening, soft and bright smokey eye. I cant believe it took me this long to get this eyeshadow, it's a must for anyone looking for some brightness and light <3 and can I just say I love the name "naked lunch", the book is great and so is the e/s! :p

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Chains eyeshadow [DISCONTINUED]
rated 5 of 5
lauralikes 4/17/2010 11:09:00 AM

Love this shade! in the pan it looks very green but once applied, it's a smokey khaki with dark green sheen. such a great color for a different kind of smokey eyes. the pigmentation and texture is great, very similar to a MAC veluxe pearl. I also like to use this in the crease and shattered (UD) or tilt (mac) on the lid.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Texture

lauralikes 4/16/2010 9:32:00 AM

This color is a MUST for anyone experimenting with bright colored e/s on their lids. If you put this in the crease and some black liner on the lash line, any bright, bold color will work and look awesome! Try it!!

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Moon Spoon
rated 5 of 5
lauralikes 4/10/2010 6:31:00 PM

This is part of the Stardust line- all the eyeshadows contain glitter. The great thing about these glittery eyeshadows is that the glittery is tiny, like the MAC reflects glitter (almost like pigments!). Due to the tiny-ness, there is barely any fallout. When applied wet, you really get the best effect, and especially if you foil them over a base like a greasepaint stick, cream shadow, shadestick etc. The packaging is funky. It took me 5 minutes to realize that you open it by squeezing the sides and then the lid pops up. I think it's unnecessary and hate that the price was probably higher due to its packaging but whatever, the product is great nonetheless. Moon spoon has a silver base with silver glitter. looks great over black bases (sharksking shadestick for example). It has lasted me almost all day and there has been 0 glitter fallout! Love these gems
