so far i love it. and i DID pay full price for it. im only 25 and put it on in the MORNING on top of 'all weather friend' prescriptives spf40 facial stuff. and i had two smile lines developing and hated them and today is my 2nd day of using and i honestly cant even see the things!! or at least way less evident.. and for some reason my makeup isnt caking into those lines like it usually does. pretty much love it thus far.

no no & no. i rarely break out. VERY rarely. the DAY after wearing this, i had a super sick breakout all over my chin and nose area. this stuff smelled really terribly.. it never really sunk into my skin. it kind of sat there and made my skin feel clogged and heavy. returned it the next day. i wont be trying anymore from juice organics. ive tried juice beauty in the past and liked them, but they're obviously doing something different with the cheaper versions.

i picked this up on a whim at target. i've used their shamp/cond in the past and loved it. so here goes... this stuff RULESSSSSSSSSSSS. no seriously, it rules. it rules all volumizing foams/mousses/sprays whatever. and dont even question me, i've tried them all. ive tried drugstore, i've paid 60 bucks for a volumizer once.. and this hands down beats them all. i have long, fine very straight hair. i love OOMPHY hair and this really gives it. and its actually GOOOOOD for your hair. and not trashy chemical junk! and it also conditions, shines, makes hair manageable, and is just perfection. i'll flip my head over and put about 4 pumps of this in various spots of my head. mostly around the crown, and then i'll comb it through and blowdry immediately with a brush lifting and pushing my hair around. whatever it does it amazing because my hair looks ten times better than it does when i dont use it. i will buy for life.

I am very pale with surfacey pink and yellow undertones. Porcelain, I suppose. The "Light" which was applied in the store looked AMAZING, so I bought it. Upon going outside and going home to more 'real' lighting, I could see how cakey it actually was, and made my skin look pastey yellow! Yuck! I looked a bit jaundicy. Not "Light" enough apparently. Back to the store it went.
I've begun questioning this foundation. I have used it for years. At least 2 years and typically daily. However, over the past 6 months, my face has begun breaking out. I am 25 and have never broken out in my life. I've changed cleansers and blabla over and over again but nothing is working, and I'm beginning to think its this foundation. It's been the only constant in my routine and I'm afraid I may have to start looking elsewhere. Too bad, because I loved it. :(
Eyeliner -Clinique - Brush-on cream liner in TRUE BLACK
honeybees 7/27/2007 10:35:00 AM
amazing. dark dark rich black. the clinique MA said that it actually didnt come out as night black on me as it did with other girls, but its still very dark and very gorgeous. Its my first time using a cream eyeliner and the one at MAC looked too watery. It was very easy to use and my eyes have never looked more defined! Its amazing. Get it.
Blush -Clinique - Blushing Blush Powder Blush - Precious Posy

HG HG HG HG HG HG!! I wear this every single day of my life. It brightens my face, it gives me a glow, and just looks so wonderfully dainty! The container is wonderful. Its like a mirror compact and it looks so sleek and classy. This is probably THE most gorgeous blush color I've ever worn in my life, and believe me, I've tried a LOT of blushes. I have very fair skin, with both pink and yellow undertones (weird, i know)... light green eyes, and dark redbrown hair and it looks AMAzinG. I'm pretty sure this would look good on anyone.
After purchasing this cleanser, foundation, and toner from shiseido.. I had to slowly stop using each one to determine what was causing my HIDEOUS BREAKOUTS. breakouts like ive never seen in my life. huge painful zits underneath my skin. I narrowed it down to this or the lifting foundation. I have normal skin, so I have no idea what went wrong. Either way. I liked the feel of this on my skin, and it removed all the makeup as far as I could tell, and the smell was soft and nice.. but it ruined my skin. Must have been some sort of freak thing. Good luck to the rest of you who use it!
Liquid -Shiseido - The Makeup Lifting Foundation SPF 16
honeybees 7/27/2007 10:25:00 AM
I started using a whole line of shiseido products at once. And nothing good came of it. I started breaking out like mad mad mad mad mad. It looked worse than a teenager and I have never really had zits in my life. My skin is finally starting to fix itself, a week after stopping use. This foundation is very very sheer. It will not cover much of anything. I did appreciate the color. It matched my skin perfectly. It DOES make you very shiny. I wouldnt call it a "glow" either. I would call it straight up greasy faced looking. Broke me out. No thank you. Returned.
Mascara -Shiseido - The Makeup Mascara Base [DISCONTINUED]

Returned this. It was nothing special. I feel like my lashes must already be long and naturally lifted because when I put this on it looked no different than when I just wear mascara alone. Not really understanding the raves.

yuck!! i asked the mac ma to direct me towards whatever she was wearing on her face.. as i was looking for a new foundation and have never tried mac. her skin was glowing and flawless. and she said "i use this"... so i bought it and came home, washed my face to try it on. and after the first swipe of my foundation brush i already knew right away that it was GOING STRAIGHT BACK TO THE STORE. what words can i use to describe this foundation... hmmmm.. DISCO BALL, maybe? so sheer that it covers absolutely nothing. all it does is accentuate everything you do not like about your skin and make it look like you dipped your face in a tub of olive oil. i am truly wondering about all the good reviews. i got the NW100.. i have very fair normal skin and only have breakouts when i use some crappy product, and i would never step out the door in this. i mean seriously, if you want the look of this foundation just go makeupless and rub some vegetable oil on your face.

super fast shipping. amazing product.
i stopped usinng BE years ago.
started using liquid foundation from perscriptives...
my skin just looked and felt SO BLAH..
i started spending megas on face washes and scrubs.. but it was still BLAH..
so i got the samples... intensive fair concealer.. semi-matte, intensive, & original glo foundations all in the lightest "warm" shade offered. as well as "soft touch" blush.
WELL. I JUST FELL STRAIGHT IN LOVE. semi matte was what i put on yesterday and my skin immediately looked and felt healthier, i am not even kidding. it was instant. it was like my skin was finally breathing after being flooded with liquid foundations for so long... i loved the glow...my skin honestly truly looked airbrushed!
today i put on the intensive foundation and just wasnt thrilled with the consistency on my skin. it felt chalky and looked uneven and i knew i couldnt just walk out of the house like that. so i took some of the original glo and applied it all over the top..and somehow magically everything meshed together and looked AMAZING. definitely gives you way more of a glo than the semi matte. but equally as gorgeous. my skin feels so so so smooth and looks fresh and lush.
i truly love this product. i will be ordering full sizes asap. as well as checking out more of what they have to offer! EDIT: this stuff broke me out badly after two weeks of use.... so sad.
i am currently using my sample of this. and really really love it. one little detail though... this is not pink.. it is pink in the container and pink when i buff it into my skin... but at some point it turns a warm peach color, which i have no qualms about and it STILL looks gorgeous....but im not sure if thats normal or not....
I love this blush. I wear it daily. A few months before I had purchased pink swoon, and there was just something not right about it. Too bright, too pink, something. I just looked clownish. It now sits unused... But with petalpoint its just a really girly pretty light pink. A really fresh look for spring/summer. Looks really good with lilac/lavendar eyeshadow. I like the frost(y) look, the shimmer leftover. I am yellow skinned and very pale, and it looks beautiful. So dont be frightened by the below poster, because I am warm skinned and it looks really lovely. Sometimes I do like to dust a tiny bit of a peach colored highlight blush on top. Definitely try it out. Its a really pretty color.
*UPDATE*............ does not last at all in my hair at all. i use the permanent in dark brown (and i already have brown hair) and in 3 weeks i end up with brassy yellow hued hair that has faded almost 2 shades from what it was after coloring. yuck. on to something new. absolutely brilliant!!!!! this is honestly better than any salon coloring i've ever had done in my life. i JUST went to sallys last night and bought this and 2 hours later i had amazing beautifully colored lush shiny glowing hair. i have never been so excited about a haircolor in my life. this is EXACTLY the shade i've always always wanted that no one could ever seem to get.
and it was SO easy. the sallys people are super helpful if you need advice. since i had never used any of their colorings before she was so helpful with picking out appropriate color, etc. she suggested the CREAM version because it was less messy. and when i told her i liked the dark brown and the dark burgundy brown she said "that would be perfect!".. she said to mix half and half with the 20 developer. and it came out absolutely wonderful. just remember that if the consistency is really cottage cheesy to really really mix it well before applying. it can take a lot of beating sometimes.
the ion people say on their website that if you just had your hair colored to buy some non harsh lifter. but the sallys girl said not to bother with that. i previously had a medium red brown that was turning more gold. and i hated it. and the mix of burgundy brown with dark brown saturated in and left deep rich luxurious color that flashed burgundy in the sunlight. it is gorgeous i promise you. i WILL NEVER PAY ANYONE 100 bucks to color my hair EVER AGAIN since i found this.
the total for two colors, the developer, some gloves, the bowl, the mixing brush, a hair cap, some hair clips, and some nailpolish :) cost a little under 30 bucks. totally amazing. and there is still plenty left to use if i want to touch up!
