My new favorite mascara. Replaced my Rimmel Bold Max Curve in the green tube. This does not clump & is not dry like a lot of mascaras that I've tried. It's a wet formula but not too wet that it's messy or smudges. Volumizes like crazy! Gives the false lash effect, which I've been looking for for so long. Sorry I didn't try this sooner.

Favorite mascara hands down! I've always favored Rimmel mascaras, but this is my new favorite! It's a wet formula which I love because its perfect for building and coating layers without clumping. This adds crazy length to my lashes. I'm impressed. Wanted to try this when it first came out but wasnt expecting much. Glad I picked it up and finally tried it. HG mascara!! & it's not super $$$

I received this in a swap on here. I've been curious to try this for a while. The shade Toasted Beige is a great match for my skintone. No annoying foundation lines. Did not cling to dry patches. Very moisturizing and blended really well. The coverage is decent too. It feels lightweight, which is a huge plus. The lasting powder is pretty good, but I did have to set with MAC Studio Careblend Pressed Powder. I had to touch with 2x mid-day with the MAC powder, because I did get oily around the T-Zone. This foundation is definitely for dry skin. I don't have to blot with my other foundations. This is definitely not going to replace my MAC Studio Sculpt. That keeps my face flawless all day and doesn't get oily. I think this is really nice for dry or mature skin. I will use this one days where I'm running errands and things for that sort. But when I want lasting coverage all day without having to touch up, I won't be using this. update: 11/15/12: I've been using this all week along with my MAC Studio Careblend Pressed Powder & I really love the natural, glowy look that this gives. The shade is ON POINT! i love how it looks like my skin, only better & more awake.
Received this in a swap on here. I've been wanting to try this for a while. I really love how natural this looks. It's not as pigmented as my MAC and NARS blushes, but it's buildable. I get more pigmentation with my Ecotools blush brush than the one it comes with. The little brush it comes with it nicer than the brush that came with my Powderazzi & 10 box. This brush is softer. I swear NW40 in MAC Studio Sculpt for reference. This adds a really pretty natural looking pink pop of color to my cheeks. I love how it looks like a natural flush, not like I have blush packed on. I really love this blush. p.s i dont find it shimmery or glittery at all when it's on my face.
I really love this foundation. I gave it a 3 for price because it's pricier than I would like to pay for a foundation. (not as expensive as a lot of the high end brands- NARS, Chanel, Dior, Lancome, etc but not as a affordable as my Covergirl & Olay.) The coverage is fantastic, while still looking natural. I used to like the MAC Matchmaster for days when I want fuller coverage, but lately, that foundation has been looking cakey & like I'm wearing foundation (not a good look). I got a sample of this when I was at the big mall that has a MAC (45 min away) & I'm glad I got the sample. The MUA was very generous with the sample, it's lasted me over a week, and she matched me spot on. If it wasn't for her help, I would have ordered the incorrect shade (was going to get NC42, but I'm actually NW40). As soon as she saw me, she picked out NW40, and it was PERFECT. My friend who was shopping with me is brutally honest and will tell me if my makeup isn't right. She thought this was a great match & said it didn't even look like I had makeup on (YAY!! exactly what I was going for!). Covers everything. I don't need concealer with this. Doesn't look cakey. I really like the finish. It's not too matte, but it's not dewy either. Doesn't make me oily or cling to my dry patched. It feels very light on the skin, and the lasting power is fantastic. I usually put this on around 730am before work & at 11pm or so at night, it's still looking fresh. (I use Ponds makeup remover pads to take it off and then a cleanser.) I will purchase this when I finish the sample. Hope make doesnt discontinue this one. update: 1/31/13- this photographs like a dream and covers really well, while still looking natural. doesn't look cakey and blends nicely. nw40 in this foundation is the best color match i've found in a foundation so far,
received in a swap on here. i absolutely love this & how natural it looks. matte bronzers tend to look muddy on me. i like bronzers with some shimmer to them. the tarte amazonian clay bronzer in park ave princess was my everyday HG, until i used this. i'm glad i didn't get laguna. i think it would have been too light to contour. (i'm nc40 & nc42 in summer, shade 5.0 in MAC matchmaster for reference). highly recommend this for tan to deep skin tones as a great contour bronzer. the formula is very smooth and blends out extremely easily. impresses as usual with NARS
Tinted Moisturizer -NARS - Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer

I wear Barcelona in NARS Sheer Glow foundation. I'm NC40 in MAC Studio Fix Fluid & NC42 in Mineralize Satinfinish for reference. I purchased St Moritz on a limb. It's only medium 1, but the color works really well. In my opinion, it's comparable to the Barcelona shade. With that being said, the colors run dark in my opinion. According to the description, I would have normally chosen Annapurna. This isn't extremely moisturizing, so if you have dry skin keep that in mind. My skin is normal to oily right now (& dry in the Winter). I didn't have to set this with powder like I do with my MAC Studio Moisture tint. This doesn't run off your face when you sweat or get your face wet, like the MAC does, which is a plus. Also, SPF 30, which is great. The coverage is good for a tinted moisturizer. However, if you need a foundation that will last you all day long, this isn't it. It started to wear off in some areas towards the end of the day. (the directions on the bottle instruct to reapply every 2 hrs like sunscreen, which i don't do). This is good for hot Summer days when you don't want a heavy foundation. I'll prob wear an actual foundation for work when I want long lasting coverage. Pricy, but worth it in my opinion. update: 2/14/13-i didn't use this very much in the fall/winter, but i used this a lot this summer. i just started using this again for a more natural look. keeps my face nice and semi matte. i dont have to blot at all with this ( & my t zone usually gets oily). my only complaint is that i didnt use this relgiously and it's already empty! didn't last long & so pricey but i like it so much that i'll prob repurchase.
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack
beautifuldreamer324 5/12/2012 7:40:00 PM
finally a liner that stays put on my lower lash line & waterline! this is more gel based than the Mark Keep It Going liner, which is creamier. The keep it going lasts long too. I find the MAC formula a little easier to work with. This dries quickly & lasts all day. I've had it on 10 1/2 hours & it's still going strong. Impressed it didn't smudge or fade off like most liners do on my lower lash line! I've been wanting to try this for a while & I'm glad I finally did. Wish it came with a brush though. Highly recommend this. I've tried the Maybelline Gel Liner & I didn't care for it as much, as it did not stay on my lower lash line.
Now, this is pricy for me. I'm one to spend between $3-6 for an eye liner pencil at the drugstore or walmart. i'm cheap when it comes to eye products. however, very few eye liners stay for me on the waterline. This didn't budge even after dancing at the club with it on. a gorgeous shimmering brown color. perfect for summer
I've tried TONS of mascaras, including drugstore and high-end. This is my all time favorite. I like it way better than the Rimmel Glam Eyes. This is a really inky, wet formula, which is like because you can layer it without it clumping up. Add length and volume & love how the curves brush helps curl lashes.
I'm not sure if I got a bad bottle or what, I couldn't smell this at all. It was that faint. I have the mini EDP. I returned it at the VS store and the girl even tried it & couldn't really smell it either. I exchanged for the Incredible spray.
First of all, i LOVE this scent. I have the small purse size spray that I take with my everywhere. I wish the lasting power was longer. It lasts about 4 hours or so and I have to reapply it. That being said, I just got this 2 weeks ago & my bottle is half way empty. I may have to get the full size. I would definitely repurchase. Maybe if I layer it with the lotion, it will last longer. Overall, I like this a lot & I'm PICKY about fragrances.
Eyeliner -Cover Girl - Liquiline Blast in Blackfire
beautifuldreamer324 3/11/2012 1:41:00 PM
This is my favorite pencil liner & I've tried TONS (Rimmel, Covergirl Perfect Point, Maybelline Eye Studio, Avon Glimmersticks, Mark No Place To Run, Urban Decay, the list goes on). This is the only one that DOES NOT BUDGE on my lower waterline & stays all day long. Aside from the Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil, which does stay all day but is pricey, every other pencil liner I've tried smears off on the bottom waterline by mid-day & looks a mess! I can count on this one to stay put all day, which is great for work. This didn't even budge when my eyes were watering. 2 thumbs out. Affordable & easy to find. I have this in green, violet, black, & blue. The blue is my favorite.
didn't budge at all! glad i tried it. as much as i love how black my maybelline masterdrama cream liner is, it def smudges. this didn't smudge and stayed put all day.
i really like this. i got in at demo price as i am a rep. i got the shade nude & i will be ordering more of these. they are the perfect blend between a lipstick and lip balm. the pigmentation of the nude was great & buildable. these remind me of the new tinted lip balms that i've been seeing all over the drugstores, like maybelline's baby lips, revlon's lip butters, & the new l'oreal tinted balms. these are hydrating and feel like a balm but with color to it. highly recommend. they aren't as creamy or pigmented as the revlon lip butters, but they are really nice. i like how you can apply this as a balm, without overdoing the color. sophisticated packaging too
