i know this is very expensive for how much product you have in the tube but this is a life saver for my faceee and i will always buy it.....i have very sensitive acne prone skin...i have screwed it up when i kept on using acne prone skin type products which dried up my skin and cause more acne at the end...........but now i know better and understand that your skin needs to be hydrated and soothed then will naturally have less problems.....this mask is a quick fix for my face when it's dehydrated and acting up.........it does what moisturizer cannot go..............and becasue i have sensitive skin this is the only mask i trust to put on my face instead of other asian paper masks with lots of different fragrances and chemicals............
Toners -La Roche Posay - Physiological Soothing Toner
Xxkonixx 12/15/2012 3:20:00 PM
I have extremely sensitive and acne prone skin....after trying this toner for two weeks i do see an improvement on my skin...i have been using garnier fresh toner for ages because i wasn't able to find another that don't bother my face......but since last year my face started to get crazily reactive to everything.....i had to switch my entire skincare line to those specially targeted for sensitive skin to get my skin under control............the toner is the hardest thing for me to find and this one at last does what it claims.....sooth and moisturizes and the itchiness has also subsides...........the only concern is the price coz i use quite alot of toner to soak the cotton pads to eliminate too much fictions for my skin.............
Moisturizers -La Roche Posay - Toleriane Riche Soothing Protective Cream
Xxkonixx 11/26/2012 11:41:00 PM
I have tried the lighter version of this but didn't like it so it thought i wanna give this a try....many of my fds with sensitive skin are loving this cream but for me i don't really like how it feel on my face....it leaves a slippery film of grease on my face and after few hours my skin still feel dry and a bit itchy which is a problem..........also with the residue it leaves behind it's very hard to apply makeup on top coz it makes everything shift...i have never had any luck with la roche posay and this is the last thing that i'm gonna try and i will go back to using my skin recovery cream from avene which works much better for me..........

Lotions/ Creams -Unlisted Brand - Complex 15 mositurizing lotion
Xxkonixx 11/24/2012 4:42:00 PM
Too light for my dry/acne prone/sensitive skin.........might be good for summer but not moisturizing enough for right now.....i applied alot and my face still feels a bit tight.........
i have been lookin for pen style brightener for quick application on not just my eyes but also bridge of my nose or any places that need highlightinggg.........after looking everywhere i just can't justify paying so much money for such a small amount of product (ysl, dior, etc) but also don't want to settle for quality. Finally i came across this one from sephora and the price is right and i'm sure it works just the same as the those rediculasly expensive onesss.....So far it does the job easy to apply, blend well and don't settle into dry liness....I often use it under my eyes after i done with my makeup and found dark eye shadow smudged on the bottom......i just apply it lightly at where i want it and blend blend blend........and wallaaa..looks very natural and brighttt liked i'm born with.......really recommend
Only tried it one day and i absolutely hate it....feels very dry on my face and greasy at the same timee......i had to blot everyday hour to keep oils outtt...........broke me out instantly....!! Going back to careblend right awayy!!!

Xxkonixx 11/22/2012 10:57:00 PM
This body wash has cleared major breakout from my chest and back by 90%.....i took 1 lippy off because i still have white heads here and there.....it takes time to work so be patient and just use it faithfully and don't scrubbbb....i find alot of the times scrubing actually aggravate the skin with more breakoutsss.............
Moisturizers -Avene - skin recovery cream (US name: cream for intolerant skin)
Xxkonixx 11/22/2012 10:48:00 PM
This cream is amazinggg!!! i was not sure about this because of it having mineral oil....but after using it two weeks it took away 90% of my cycst pimples. I have always been acne prone since i was a teenager and because i didn't know to care for my skin when i was younger i had bad bad acne during my high school years....after that i started to take care of my skin and thing were getting better. i still have pimples here and there but nothing that a little makeup won't cover....but it all took a wrong turn when i went for a trip to hong kong just few months ago for two weeks...my skin started to break out so badddd......there were bumps all over my face and big pimples on my forehead and jawline. i thought it's just coz i 'm not used to the weather and things will subside when i come back...but it didn't...my skin became so irritated and started to cycst pimples everywhere....i have always been having pimples but they have never been so hot and itchy and painful....i went to doctor and dermotologist couple of times and they all just gives me antibiotics and some acne medication.......and even told me to go on accutaneee which i refused knowing it's bad for my body.......and after all how my skin had became seems very unusual to me and not typical acne.....and thank god i came across this cream....my skin is still not completely healed...but the sensitivity has definately went down alot and the number of pimples have gone down alot considering i only used it for two weeks.......i can finally see my jawline and my neck starting to look flat.......i can't even explain how happy i mmmm...........plss try if you have tried everything and thought of giving up.......!!!
I have been using the skin relief body wash for few years and thought why not give this version a try since my skin is getting dryer during the change of weather. But after using for two nights my skin is actually dryer than usual and my chest and back are starting to have little pimples…and the smell of this i find very unpleasant and strong…even my mom was complaining about the smell when i come out of my shower…will stick with the skin relief one from now on…!!
Tried it for one day, settled into every dry spots on my face even the ones that i didnt know existed…never had da same problem with double wear thats thicker and covers more…gd da i got a sample first…!
it does all the things that it claims....makes my hair really soft and shiny with volume....but after using it for two weeks, both me and my friend (not acne prone) are starting to break out at the hair line around the forehead with little bumps. So cannot continue using it and won't be buying it again....
Pressed Powders -Lancome - Translucence Mattifying Silky Pressed Powder
Xxkonixx 9/25/2012 12:03:00 AM
I have been looking for a good pressed powder for a very long time. I have combination skin with oily t zone but slightly dehydrated for the rest of the face and i'm so tired of having to used two different powder for that reason and i was never able to find something that will work all over my face. I have been a long time faithful fan of clinique almost makeup powder but i was never totally satisfy for the color (all being pink or neutral), coverage and how it makes my face grease after few hours. I had came across a long and expensive quest for powder, dior, chanel, mac, nars, too faced, bare minerals, shiseido just to name a few. i had came to a conclusion that my face doesn't like spf or minera type of powder. I was still not able to find the right coverage, right color and one that doesn't bother my sensitive acne prone skin. Just as i felt like i have tried pretty much anythinggg and very discourage and i just decided to give lancome a final try.....And finally i believe i have found something that works for me!! THIS POWDER IS SO UNDERRATED!!! UPDATE: broke me out after few weeks of usingg.....and also find it very dryinggg.....going back to mac's careblend...
Pressed Powders -MAC - Select Sheer Pressed Powder
Xxkonixx 9/16/2012 12:56:00 AM
it's a very good quality pressed powder, very finely milled and provide light coverage. However i gives it 4 lippies instead of 5 it's coz it gives a very matte and powdery finish which i'm not crazy about because my skin is very breakup prone so this powder seems to accentuate all the bumps on my face instead of camoflashing them. But i will carry it around for touch up while it does a great job controlling oil without drying your skin out. UPDATE: this powder breaks me out like no othersss.........after retrying it again when i found it sitting in my drawer for only one day.........i came home with 4 big cysts that wasn't there in the morning....and small bumps that i had here and there got bigger........i haven't broken out like this for a whileee..............And this is the only item that i changed from my regular daily face routine....so this has to be ittt!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!
I have never encounter a product that emphasize my facial hair so much that turns them all light in color. And i have tried to use this under different weather but each time it leaves my face extremely greasy after 3/4 hours. So it's a fail for me....
