GOOD - goes on smoothly - doesn't clog pores/cause breakouts - does help makeup last a little longer but there are much better primers out there (ie. smashbox) - nice soft smell BAD - leaves my skin feeling oily

GOOD - good color selection - easy to blend into skin - controls oily skin well - light coverage - good for senstive/acne skin types --> doesn't seem to plog pores BAD - terrible for any dry skin --> accentuates it terribly - slightly drying --> adds to previous problem

Blush -Revlon - Colorstay mineral blush

One of the worst blushes I have tried. Lacks pigments so you have to apply a few layers to get a descent color. Does not last very long, even when considering that is a powder. Colors is nice but its just very difficult to get to show on skin. Has a bit of a shimmer to it but its not over done. Good for my sensitive skin though, no breakouts and doesn't dry out. GOOD - good for sensitive skin - nice color, slight shimmer BAD - terrible pigements --> have to put on heavily to get color to show (doesnt look good on skin) - terrible packaging --> brush it comes with is useless - does not last throughout the day

Loose Powders -Revlon - Skinlights Face Illuminator [DISCONTINUED]

Like this product. Just wish it had been packaged better since loose powders can be very messy to work with. Gives a nice glow to skin...just have to make sure you don't over do it to look like a 8 year old.

Recently bought this and love it. I bought the lightest shade and it is perfect for my fair skin! Gives a light-medium coverage without looking over done. Easy to work with and blend into the skin. Stays put all day and even when I go out at night. Doesn't cause my acne prone skin to break out. Overall very pleased with the product!

Brows -Revlon - Colorstay Browcolor

Pencil end is amazing. Use it as a highlighter on my brows and sometimes even as my eyeshadow. Stays on ALL day (even on my oily eyelids). The brow color is okay, hard to work in and it has broken on me several times. Would buy again just for the pencil end.

Eyeliner -Revlon - ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen

Wanted to like this product since having an eyeliner that would last would be amazing but this product didn't give me what I wanted. First of all, application is hell with the stupid felt tip. Have to keep the eyeliner upside down in a container to get enough product to the tip and half way through application, I find that there isnt enough left and have to shake it to get more down. Stupid. It also does NOT last all day. I find that it flakes off during the day. So disappointed.

Like this product. GOOD - does what it does --> smoother skin - quick results - easy system to use - doesn't bother my sensitive acne skin (even though I use benzyl peroxide) BAD - could be stronger concentration - tingly sensation may be too much for some - wasteful packaging

Hair Color -L'Oreal - Feria Haircolor

The hair coloring kit that I always come back to. I have tried many different brands and this is the one I know will also give me good results. One of the main complains I use to have was that they didnt have a results section for different hair shades but they updated the boxes now. I have probably tried more than 10 shades from this lines and all of them are beautiful, they have some really nice depth and shimmer (not at all flat). They all dye pretty true, but dont be suprised if its a bit darker during the first 2-3 washes. Colors last quite long and don't wash out. As oppose to other dying kits, this one leaves my hair feeling nice and soft. Doesn't seem to damage my hair as much. GOOD - nice colors (good depth, shimmer and shine) - dyes true - less damaging - amazing conditioner --> leaves hair so soft - doesn't wash out

Mascara -L'Oreal - Telescopic

Really tried to like this product and have come back to it several times but I just don't like it. Find that the mascara itself is quite thick and therefore goes on thickly....really hard to work with and can start to clump quite easily. As far as the brush goes, i hate it. I really like being able to roll the mascara brush in my fingers to get the mascara on evenly and without clumps but I am not able to do that with this. Additionally, i find my self making a mess of the makeup i already have applied due to the nature of the brush. Although the pigmentation of the mascara is quite good and when worked in enough gives a nice look, its not worth all the work when it can easily attained with another brand GOOD - good pigmentation - end result can give nice lashes --> good day look but can build up for something more dramatic - descent price BAD - thick formulation --> can result in clumps - brush difficult to work with --> hard to work into lashes and to get even coverage

Top/Base Coats -Essie - To Dry For

Dries my nail polish really quickly. Even when I gloop it on when I'm in a rush. Find that when I use it, my nail polish tends to chip less often. Love to use it when doing my french manicure at home. Dries nicely, with no bubbles and the shine last for days.

Dries quick. Provides a good base for nail polish to stick to. Prevents my nails from staining from red/dark polishes.

My favorite shade of red. Dries to a dark blood red. Gives the classy look of red nails without looking trashy (fire engine red). Good consistency, usually only need 2 coats. Usually last a few days without chipping. Love essie!

Polishes -Essie - Nailpolish

I have replaced all my old nail polished with essies ones. I love all the colors that they offer. The consistency of them is really good, thin enough that the layers dry well without bubbling but thick enough that you dont need to apply 100 coats to get good coverage. Some of these nail polishes last me a whole week when used with the base coat and quick drying top coat.

Polishes -Essie - Watermelon

Looooooooooooove this color. It's so bright and fun for the summer. It does however dry a little darker than it looks in the bottle. Last for DAYS with just a few minor chips when I use it with the Essie basecoat and quick drying top coat. One of my favorite colors for my nails and toes!
