Bought this for my boyf for his birthday in January. Wanted something different to all the other frgrances the guys seem to be wearing at the moment - they all smell the same! My first reaction to this was the strong scent of vetivert - one of my favourite smells - so smoky and smouldering and sexy. It's sweet, but not too overly so, with a hint of vanilla, woody tones and orange. Needless to say boyf loved it, wears it every time we go out somewhere and even wears it around the house!

Fragrances -Christian Dior - Poison

One of the first scents I started to wearin my late teens. This along with Dune were my two favourties, I liked quite powerful scents back then. A powerful scent for the woman who know what she wants.

Fragrances -Anna Sui - Anna Sui Dreams

Cute blue bag bottle! What attracted me to it int he first place (I'm so shallow!) Gorgeous scent, vanilla, sweet, floral. Up there with my other favourites: Burberry's, Ghost and Ultra Violet.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

Not the best mascara I've used and I'm a mascara junkie! The wand and brush are too short and sparse, not good for ppl with short sparse eyelashes like me who long for long, feathery, fluttery lashes! Was very disappointed after reading all the hype, I was left thinking "Is this what all the fuss is about?" Only for those lucky ones with thick lashes in need of just a lick of paint to enhance their eyes.

Scrubs -LUSH - Ocean Salt

Zingy! Wow, I love OS not only as as a facial scrub but a body scrub, too (I buy a big pot). Go easy when you apply to the face, those bigger sea salt chunks ARE quite exfoliating, just a gentle circular motion will suffice. Leave skin smooth, clear, zingy and soft. Not bad in my book! Also tastes nice should some fall on your lips(!)

Shampoo -LUSH - Ibiza Party shampoo

Really nice ginger cake smell, I wanted to try this because of the fragrance! I have chosen not to buy this again as its not suited to my hair type. Its more for courser, drier hair types, so don't let me discourage anyone to use this! Left my fine hair quite heavy, but imagine it will leave thicker hair shiney, swingy and sleek.

Lip Gloss -Smashbox - LipGloss *general*

Got this in a swap (Hi Rosie!) so its only a sample size, but it is fantastic! It's in colour "Star" which is a neutral/clear glitter gloss, goes on well and lasts aaaages! Lips look subtley shiney and glittery without going overboard. I wonder if Smashbox is sold in the UK, because I want a bigger sized tube if so!

Liquid -L'Oreal - Translucide luminous foundation [DISCONTINUED]

One of the better liquid foundations i've tried. Pump action bottle easy to use and application of product very simple, glides on smoothly and evenly. Covers up minor blemishes well and dark circles under my eyes (too many late night Christams parties!). I use the "Nude Beige" colour and it is fantastic for my skin tone (I am Eurasian) not cakey or powdery at all. Thumbs up.

Shampoo -LUSH - Rehab Shampoo

Greta shampoo! Minty, herby and lathers up very well. Rosemary cleanses your scalp, whilst peppermint oil stimulates. I sometimes don't have to use conditioner after this. I have greasy scalp, but dry ends (as I dye me hair a lot) and this seems to balance it out a treat. Definately recommend this product to anyone!
