Thank God for the makeup artist from California who recommended this to me. I was upset after I got Violetta. I wanted a more true purple. This is perfect. If you apply is lightly, it a nice light purple shade. If you apply more, it's definitely a bold look. My only complaint is that it didn't last long for me. The bottom lip wore off in the middle. However, I was sick and kept blowing my nose and the kleenex kept wiping at it. I will try again to see if it lasts all day. Beautiful color.

Tinted Moisturizer -MAC - Studio Moisture Tint SPF15

Amazing. I wanted some covering to just give me a polished look and even skin tone without using a heavy foundation (which I was almost sold from the Mac artist). I'm glad I got this. Gives me just enough covered and gives my skin a nice look. Highly recommend. I've had mine for almost a year and there is still plenty *Dark is looking too dark for my skintone and does not look natural when photographed. It works nicely for summer though. I will be purchasing this in a lighter shade because I love it so much. I decided to try Tarte Smooth Operator as a chance from this because I always like to try new products. However, it just did not work for me like this one did, and I will be going right back to MAC to pick this up in a lighter shade for winter. I LOVE this product. It's really great for my dry skin during the wintertime. (wouldn't say I recommend this for a summer day at the beach, because this came right off when i wore it to the pool.) I also use the Benefit's You Rebel when I want lighter coverage, but when I want more coverage, I'm always running back to MAC's studio moisture tint. You Rebel gives a dewy finish, and MAC's TM is Matte. I just ordered this today in a lighter shade. This is my "foundation" for days when I want good coverage without the heavy foundation. Update: 6/17/12 I haven't used this in a while. I've been using a medium coverage foundation, which I've been happy with. However, with the weather getting warmer, I wanted to use something lighter weight for days when I'm not going anywhere special where I need good coverage. Yesterday, I was running errands, so i threw this on and set it with MAC's Studio Careblend Pressed Powder (which I swear by!). Then, I used Benefit's Hoola on my cheeks and down my nose. I was very pleased. I had a nice matte finish that lasted me all day and night. (I went out on the town and this held up through out the night.) I wore this same combo today for church, and I'm pleased! This may be part of my new Summer foundation routine :) ps this is the first "foundation" that i ever used.

This is going back. The color is gorgeous don't get me wrong, but it's so tiny. Definitely not worth $15.50! I want to find a dupe to this though cause the color is gorgeous. It's over priced. You're paying for the Disney logo

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

Loved it! I was not sure if I wanted to try it cause of bad reviews I read but it's great. It really makes a difference with my lashes. I have DIORSHOW and was looking for a cheaper alternative until I get my money up. (I'm unemployed I bought Dior before I was laid off). This mascara is fabulous. I am returning for waterproof cause it washed right off during my shower. Other than that it's great. Nice wand not too big. I dont know why so many complaints. I'm a makeup snob and I give this 4 lippies. I took one off because of how quickly it ran.

amazing! the blue shade shows up great on my dark black lashes! lengthens like crazy. not so much a volumizer but definitely lengthens. i've yet to find a drugstore mascara that compares to this.

Lipstick -MAC - Viva Glam Gaga

AMAZING. I have pigmented lips and this shows up a bring barbie doll pink exactly what I wanted!! I didn't get the Cyndi cause I'm sure there are dupes out there. This is my favorite lipstick. Really stands out Can't wait to get the gloss!

i'm the only one who hates this! idk if it's just my pigmented lips or the fact that I got a crappy lipstick and everyone else got a good one. This is super super dark on me. I wanted a true purple. This looks almost maroon on me! So disappointed. I'm keeping it cause I can work with it, but I'm still on my quest for a true purple.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Revenge Is Sweet (Venomous Villains)

I was so excited to get this because I thought it would be purple. It was so sheer and showed up very light and sheer on my lips! It will be going back! I was disappointed with VV collection. Violetta was super dark maroon on my lips! :/ unimpressed. the packaging of revenge is sweet was super cute but thats about it. you can find a cheap dupe at a drugstore. i do not recommend for pigmented lips.
