Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation
BeautifullyNatural25 11/22/2011 1:58:00 AM
BEST FOUNDATION IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!! A lot of people seem to not be using it right then complain it doesn't work for them. I believe you should research a product and learn to use it correctly before accusing it of being a bad product because of your own misuse and lack of knowledge. This foundation is very very lightweight but provides a MEDIUM coverage. It is NOT mean't to be a full coverage foundation so therefore if you keep layering it, it will get cakey as it dries quickly to a semi matte finish. If you have very dry to dry skin you don't need to set it as it dries to a semi matte finish but you can of course to make it longer lasting as always. I use this with a MAC 187 brush and I use 1 to 1 1/2 pump and it covers my entire face and neck (if needed) very nicely!! Great for any skin type as this is not greasy or oily. It has a liquid gel like texture and I love it!! Highly Reccommend!! :)

Eyeliner -MAC - Kohl Power Eye Pencil in Feline
BeautifullyNatural25 11/11/2011 11:38:00 PM
TO EVERYONE WHO SAY'S THIS HAS NO STAYING POWER!! This is a "Kohl Power". It is NOT suppose to have crazy staying power. It is NOT water proof. A Kohl Power is suppose to be an ultra creamy, ultra pigmented, carbon black eye kohl. Kohl.. meaning it is suppose to be smeared and messy. If you want clean and crisp line use a powerpoint NOT a kohl liner or any kohl product. Kohl's don't have a lot of chemicals to make it resistant to moisture and the environment, they're not suppose to. PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND LEARN YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE JUMPING INTO THE HYPE AND BASHING A PRODUCT WHERE YOU CLEARLY LACK KNOWLEDGE OF.. Now as for the review. I love this eyeliner. It is my favorite. It is in my opinion BETTER then UD 24/7, MUFE aqua eyes, and w/e else there is on the market. If you don't have super dry eye's and waterline then this is going to smear a bit and you need you to touch up throughout the day. I however do not like crisp clean thinly lined waterlines. I love the smokey, smeared, natural messy black liner look on my waterline. If you however have extremely water waterline like me and nothing..absolutely nothing stays on then you need to set this liner with black powder eyeshadow and if your using on your lash line make sure you use a good primer. This eyeliner fades on my waterline within an hr and smears almost instantly if not set with powder eyeshadow, but as I have stated I like the smeared look. For all day staying power you must set this as with any liner. No eyeliner should last perfectly throughout the day with out setting. This is the blackest and creamiest eyeliner I have ever used and you get a good amount of product for the price, with this you get 1.5grams of product, most liners like UD 24/7 , Stila Kajal, MUFE aqua liners, etc. you get 1.2grams of product. So this is an amazingly good eyeliner in my opinion you just need to know how to use it and work with it.

Liquid -Clinique - Even Better Makeup SPF 15
BeautifullyNatural25 10/9/2011 2:51:00 AM
I'm a hater.. Oh yes I am.. I have no problem at all splurging on high end brands and products as long as I get the results I paid for. I have tried numerous foundations (MUFE HD, NARS SG, Laura Mercier SC, MUFE Mat Velvet+, Lancome Teint Miracle, Etc..Etc..) and NONE of those mentions above made me happy nor satisfied with the results. I absolutely hated all of those foundations but when I heard about this Clinique Even Better foundation I was kinda skeptical and desperate to be honest and I thought "why not?! .. it's only like 26 bucks total after taxes..cheaper then what I usually pay so I'll just give it a try.." BAM!! This stuff is amazing! Love it to death and is now my HG foundation. I've never had a HG foundation before and this is first and will most likely remain. It is a liquid and you do need to shake this up before using a few times but let me tell you the texture of this foundation is buttery smooth and velvet-y soft and has the most luxurious liquid mousse like dreamy texture. It spreads on like a dream. I used to use a beauty blender but I found out that the beauty blender absorbs way too much product and have to use 4 to 5 times as much product which is a waste( The soft velvet-y texture of this product allows itself to be absorbed too easily by sponge applicators). Then I used it with my MAC 187, 188, and 130 but that didn't give me a dewy finish nor did it give me the coverage results I wanted and it made the foundation look kind of cakey because it stippled it ontop on the skin rather then letting it melt into the skin. Currently I just use my fingers and I use LESS then a pea size amount and it is more then enough to cover my entire face then double up and go back with the extra as a under eye concealer. Using my fingers I found gave me the most BEAUTIFUL, DEWY, NATURAL, YET MATTE finish and it just melts into the skin and look amazing.. so amazing words won't do it justice, you have to try it yourself. It stays on all day and night if I go out during the day then party at night and it doesn't budge as long as I set it, it NEVER oxidizes, and NEVER settles into fine lines and looks cakey later on into the day and this foundation also keeps dry areas and patches moist and doesn't emphasize them. I am ultimately extremely happy I gave this foundation a try and I now love using foundation again, Oh and a added bonus is that if you have discoloration, dark spots, or redness over time it tones it down a little. It doesn't completely get rid of it ( I mean c'mon.. you'd be expecting way too much if your expecting a 100% recovery from discoloration and such from a foundation) but it does help it and tone it down over time I've noticed and my skin has improved a lot. Lastly, I like to mention that I have extremely sensitive skin and this has never once irritated it and have NEVER clogged my pores or cause a breakout. Also, the shades here run more beige and pink which is a bonus for me becuase most foundation like MUFE and NARS and Laura Mercier run too yellow and make my skin look dry, flakey, and sick cause of the too deep yellow tones, So if your a NW or have warm to neutral undertones your gonna love this foundation I swear! I hope they never ever stop making this stuff! :)

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation
BeautifullyNatural25 9/5/2011 5:45:00 AM
This is Garbage, literally.. I used it once and I swore I removed it good and to my surprise the next morning I had a hugeeee red rash/ breakout under my eyes and over my entire face especially under my eyes and on my cheeks.. I already suffer from rosacea and this made it a trillion times worse. My skin has since recovered from then with hydrocortizone cream, dermatologist visits, and with time but my cheeks are still a lot redder and ruddier then before and tinted moisturizer does me no good anymore because of that. This is not only the worst foundation from MAC, it is the worst foundation in history.

Moisturizers -Philosophy - Hope in a Jar - for all skin types
BeautifullyNatural25 8/6/2011 7:56:00 AM
This crap fking smells disgusting!!! Also, this is horrible for sensitive skin and can't believe I slathered this all over my face before reading reviews on it. This made my eyes instantly red and watery within seconds and it stung my eye so badly I had to close it for a few seconds, and I didn't even put this on my eye area or close.. And this crap smells like sour burnt plastic garbage. To be honest, I don't even care about the result, the smell is fking horrible it makes me wanna puke... but sadly the smell is also on my hands now also...UGH!!! I have never hated a product so much like this one. Oh, and the consistensy is very runny and watery NOT luxurious at all and it doesn't moisturize well either, I use a generous amount and my skin feels tight after a few minutes. This stuff is pure trash, I mean it!!!! -.-

Makeup Brushes -MAC - # 239 Eye Shader Brush
BeautifullyNatural25 7/26/2011 4:45:00 AM
BEST EYE BRUSH IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD! I cannot live without this brush. It does everything as others have said. It shades and packs on color nicely and evenly. It blends effortlessly. It can be used in the crease and to line the lower lash line. It can even be used for your highlighter brush. Other non eye purpose uses for this brush is concealing and highlighting cheekbones. I love this brush to death, I love it so much that I currently own 12 of these and want to get a 13th one even, maybe( I'm addicted @.@).. so I can rotate them even more w/o washing them daily after each use. If you use 1 eye brush or want to buy 1 good eye brush, let it be this one you won't regret it. This brush does everything and more and it last forever! My oldest 239 brush is currently 8 years old and works like brand new, it never sheds or loses its greatness, thought the silver lettering has rubbed off with long term use but thats not even close to being a problem. HG eye brush for life here!!

Blush -MAC - So Sweet, So Easy
BeautifullyNatural25 5/26/2011 6:21:00 AM
I've never ever been a fan of cream blushes but this one caught my eye at the MAC counter so much i knew i had to get it. Now I've never used a cream blush before so on my first attempt i over did it and i looked like a clown so i thought this was a total fail product and it stayed in the back of my drawer for quite a few weeks that is unless i saw a youtube video of a girl applying this blush and i tried it again today and i absoulutely loved it. It gave me that babydoll flushed dewy cute but pretty sweet look. I have already purchased a backup and will definetly repurchase over and over again. This has quicky moved up to my current favorite blush!

Makeup Brushes -Sephora - Professionnel Platinum Rounded Powder Brush
BeautifullyNatural25 5/24/2011 9:24:00 PM
Great brush. I use for nars laguna bronzer. No shedding or what so ever however this brush stains easily and has a weird smell to it. I only used it with face powders and nars laguna bronzer and have vigorously washed in with shampoo many times and brush cleansers and it is stained at the tips with the color brown.

Makeup Brushes -Too Faced - Powder pouf brush
BeautifullyNatural25 5/13/2011 2:38:00 AM
What sold me in the first place was the pink handle and the little black bow but when i went to buy it at sephora, the actual black bow is really a rubber band with a cloth bow, still cute none the less and can be taken off when using and put back on wherever you'd like. I've come to realize that i actually like it better that way as if it were a plastic bow glued onto the brush it'd be quite annoying and uncomfortable to use. Anyways, about the brush..It's crazy amazing soft, the softest brush i have ever used or felt with ecotools coming in second after it. This brush is for light-medium buildable coverage so please do NOT go around hating it saying" it doesn't give me the coverage i need" because this is NOT a full coverage powder brush. The bristles are dense however i do wish it were ever more dense. This brush really does give an "airbrushed" finish no matter how much makeup you've caked on this brush seems to find a way to make it look natural. I particularly favor this brush as a blush brush and have even purchased a 2nd one now and use 1 for blush daily and 1 for liquid foundation daily. I adore it's flawless coverage and finish. I have replaced my mac 129 blush brush and 187/188 stippling brush with these brushes for everyday. Best of all these brushes are 100% cruelty free!

Bronzers -NARS - Laguna
BeautifullyNatural25 5/8/2011 11:12:00 PM
I love Nars Laguna to death and i really mean it too. This bronzer is truly universal and ultra flattering as an all over face, neck, and body bronzer or for being used at contouring. It's very smooth and silky and has a satin-y texture and it has a hint of golden glowy shimmer too it but not enough to be called "glittery" and it is most definitely not a shimmery sheen bronzer. The color is super realistic and natural and the results are beautiful. Laguna is truly a universal color for all skin tones but it especially flattering on paler and lighter skin tones ( I'm NW20-NW25) as this has no orangey hues and undertones to make you look muddy or dirty..Love Love Love Love Love Nars Laguna bronzer , this is one of those few products that actually really lives up to the hype for just about anyone!

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked Palette
BeautifullyNatural25 4/24/2011 1:59:00 AM
Very very pigmented and creamy shadows..almost too creamy sometimes i find. I used Gunmetal and Creep for a smokey eye and it was over urban decay primer potion and it crease like crazy after just 5 minutes ..i think the shades are too creamy sometimes and can mush. The color selection is great though but i wish i got the one with the eyeliner instead of the brush.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Knight Divine
BeautifullyNatural25 4/23/2011 7:57:00 AM
Knight Divine is truly a universal color. I have naturally really really red cheeks and pink/red skin and is warmer undertoned and I'm always scared of silvery blues because pairs with my red red undertones it either looks sick in a bad way on me or cheap, but the MUA at nordstroms suggested this color to me as i was eye-ing silver ring. So i thought why not lets give it a try. I ended up buying electra, silver ring, and this knight divine and lemme tell you i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee night divine its so beautiful and perfect for a smokey eye or a aqua/blue summery tropical eyes. Its a dark grey silver tinged with a hint of blue, not overdone or over the top but simply beautiful. Oh and fyi, i ended up returning electra and silver ring and got black tied instead to pair with my knight divine and omgosh i just love it so much..i could go on all day ahaha.. Oh yeah for reference as always I'm asian with natural dark hair (though currently blonde), brown eyes and is a NW20-NW25.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #217 Blending
BeautifullyNatural25 4/23/2011 6:20:00 AM
Blends and applies cream based products such as paintpots and cream shadows well. I currently own 4 of these now and they all have the same problem. After the first washing or cleaning they all fray, bend, curl, and frizz like crazy on the bristles making it splay and spread to nearly 2x its original size from when it was first bought and thats with spot cleaning with the MAC brush cleanser only or a once every 2-3week deep clean with baby shampoo and conditioner..for $22.50+tax...this brush is good but loses its shape after just 1 cleaning or wash therefore - 2 stars. It completely loses it original store bought shape which makes me sad because i have small lids and a barely there crease and the more it frays, bends, curls, and frizzes the less i enjoy or feel the need to use it.. =[ oh and they shed a bit..so far 4 hairs each brush over time.. =[

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Painterly
BeautifullyNatural25 4/22/2011 5:22:00 AM
I love this base under anything, I highly recommend this paintpot under all eyeshadows. Most of the time i use this under TFSI to prevent any creasing at all even though i don't have oily lids at all, but hey better safe then sorry. With that said, this is a very creamy, smooth, and opaque product that not only hides any imperfections and evens out the colors on your eye lids, it also creates a fresh, clean, and even cavas on your eyelids for all your eyeshadows making them more vibrant and true to hue. I'm a NW20-NW25 and i adore painterly as it is described as a "nude beige" . I swear by this product and if your a NW or have pink/red warmer undertones i highly recommend this base to you. If your a NC and have yellow/cooler undertones go with soft ochre as it is described a "yellow beige". I personally don't use or own soft ochre as i have tried it in stores and it is too yellow and cool toned for me. Just remember Painterly is for NW's with warm undertones and Soft ochre is for NC's with cool undertones!
