Moisturizers -Bobbi Brown - Hydrating Gel Cream

Purchased to use as a moisturizer/primer under the new long wear finish compact foundation (at the makeup artisits suggestion). Has a strong herbal smell, and applies nicely. However, after using a few times, it caused breakouts (and I very rarely get a pimple).

Cleansers -Clean & Clear - Makeup Removing Cleanser

I have senstive skin that has a tendency to get clogged pores. I bought this to eliminate using a separate eye makeup remover. It does a pretty good job and only on occasion do I have to use a separate remover for eye makeup. It doesn't dry out my skin or clog my pores. A nice foaming cleanser for a good price.

Lipstick -Revlon - Super Lustrous Shiny Sheers in Sheer Glistening Rose 825

I agree with the previous poster, it is a rose/melon color and it goes on smoothly and delivers great shine without the stickiness that a gloss can have. It also has a fine shimmer to it as well and does not have a scent/taste. The formula is great and I will certainly track down more colors.

Lip Gloss -Urban Decay - XXX shine gloss-ID

ID does look bright sparkly orange in the tube, but once applied (with a lip brush because I don't like the rounded tip applicator on any of these UD shine glosses) the color is a hint of coral with slight glitter. Makes me look finished and it does give the appearance of fuller lips once applied. As with all of the XXX shine glosses it has a nice minty flavor and is a bit on the tacky side when applied.

Palettes -LORAC - Croc Palette

This is a well constructed palette with very wearable brown shadows and a plummy blush and it really is a great value. That being said, I find that this really is for people that are warm complected. And I also find you need to use a light hand with the blush, it's very pigmented.

Polishes -Creative Nail Design - Nail Noir

This is a deep, deep maroon color creme polish, no sparkle at all. It really does appear very close to black when it is applied with 2 coats. It applies well and it stayed for almost 5-6 days with no chipping when used with Creative Stickey base coat. Very close to OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark if you can't find that.

Treatments -DDF - Glycolic Moisturizer 10%

I have combination skin and do not suffer from acne or frequent breakouts. I purchased this to see if it would act as a moisturizing daily exfoliant. It comes in a pump bottle and does have a slightly medicinal smell that fades quickly. The texture is a that of a mid-weight lotion (not runny, not thick). I am almost finished my bottle and only use it at night but I find that it keeps my complextion smooth and looking a bit glowing. It has not caused any breakouts. I stopped using for a bit in the cold winter as I needed somthing a bit heavier but I'm back to using and I forgot how much I liked this product. I will buy another when I finish.

Polishes -OPI - Lincoln Park After Dark

This is probably my most favorite polish. It is a truly dark, deep eggplant color that can look black to the untrained eye. I purchased it because I miss Vampire State Building so much I needed a substitute, and while they are not nearly the same color, you get the same general, sophisticated vibe. Formula wears well and you must be prepared to keep on top of any chipping.

Shampoo -Victoria's Secret - So Sexy Shampoo

After reading the reivews I went and purchased the balancing shampoo and the moisturizing conditioner. I was very excited to have scented hair. The bottles are a little user unfriendly, making it a bit hard to squeeze at times. The scent is nice, but I don't find that it lingers all that long. The formulas themselves are ok, but I find they weight the hair down pretty quickly. All in all, not that bad but not great either.

Polishes -Sinful - Nail Polish (all colors)

I have many drugstore nailpolish brands, and I saw this for $1.99 and thought it was cheap enough to try out. I purchases Cetus, a sparlkly nude pink. I have to say, it goes on great and it has lasted a week with minor chipping. I used Sally Hansen Fast Dry Top Coat and this polish has lasted longer than Revlon, Jordana and even some of my OPI's. Great color selection from neutrals to neon.

Lotions/ Creams -Vaseline - Vaseline Intensive Care Nightly Body Renewal

One of the only drugstore brand lotions I have used a whole bottle of. While I don't notice any significant changes in my skin texture, this mid weight lotion (not runny, not thick) moisturized very well and doesn't irritate my legs after I have shaved. Great pump packaging and nice, soft, relaxing smell.

Eyeliner -Urban Decay - 24-7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Covet

I have very oily eyelids and typically use BB Gel Liners with much success, so I decided to try the 24-7 liner. It goes on smoothly and the color is an Emerald Green with some glitter, but not over the top. I like the effect but I feel a primer is needed to keep it on. I use Benefit FY Eye and this liner stayed on until the next day with some slight smudging. Without primer, I liken this to MAC's Powerpoint pencils which I feel fade/smudge quickly even with primer.

Polishes -OPI - Pinking of you

This is an almost bubble gum pink color, it's creme with no shimmer at all. It is a bit bright for a natural nail look but it does give a clean presentation all the same. This seems to be thicker than the rest of my OPI polishes and I feel that it has been chipping after a day or two after using two coats of polish. Overall, o.k. color, not so great formula from OPI.

Lip Gloss -NARS - Positano

NARS lip glosses are great because they aren't sticky, however they are a bit runny. The color Positano is a dark rose color with a small hint of a brown tone. It gives a strong and slightly dark rosy lip color. Nice when you want a bit more pigment to the lips without being bright. Overall a nice dark YLBB color with moderate lasting power.

Fragrances -H20 - Mariel EDT

I received this as a gift, so I can't really comment on the price. However, I never buy light/fruity types of fragrances for myself, I love the oriental/floriental categories. However, I received the bath gel, lotion and perfume in a a set. The smell isn't bad for summer. It is light, slightly fruity and slightly herbaly/green. It's something I reach for when going to work and along with Ultima II Sheer scent are the only light scents I reach for.
