Deodorants -Dr. Hauschka - Deodorant Fresh

I recently switched to natural and organic skincare, and was desperately looking for a natural deo. I bought this one because I thought that, being a top quality brand and moderately high priced (£10 in the UK, definitely not cheap) it would be a nice start. It does smell good and the roll-on works just right. But it does almost nothing against odours. I will use it up because of its price and won't repurchase.

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear Light SPF10

I bought this foundation for a lighter alternative to the classic DW, which I love. I was especially attracted by the packaging, light, classy and hygienic. However, I have mixed feelings about the performance of this foundation on my skin. It exactly matches my natural skintone (shade 1.0), but the result is not very flattering. On the contrary, the regular DW is slightly darker than my skintone, so I can notice a minor difference with my neck, BUT my face actually looks better with that, my skin is much more even. DW Light has a lovely texture and nice coverage, pleasant smell and lasts long, but in the end I would rather wear a smaller amount of the classic DW maybe diluted with smth else, so that it would just look more natural. One lippie off for chemical ingredients.

Holy Grail multi-purpose moisturizer!!! I have recently switched to natural and organic skincare and I absolutely love the whole Weleda range. This product is a miracle! I used it as a night moisturizer and in the morning my skin is soft and clear, with small pores. Also great as a hand cream, lip balm, eye cream, and conditions any part of the body affected by roughness, wrinkles or dryness. Smells divine. Definitely repurchasing, over and over again!!

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear (old formula)
rated 4 of 5

It is the best foundation I have tried so far. Long-wearing, perfect coverage (usually I don't need concealer after that), flattering colour (I use Porcelain), doesn't oxidize, doesn't turn my face oily, lasts for ages. However, I have recently switched to natural and organic skincare so I took one lippie off for the chemical ingredients in it.

Mascara -Clinique - High Impact Mascara
rated 4 of 5

High Impact is an excellent mascara for everyday use. I bought this in brown, which is really flattering on my blue eyes and fair skin. It's glossy, it defines eyelashes without clumping and does a very good job in boosting volume. Also, it comes off easily. With daily use it lasted me 5-6 months! However, I have recently switched to natural and organic skincare so I took off one lippie because of the chemical ingredients.

Tinted Moisturizer -Christian Dior - Hydraction Deep Hydration Skin Tint SPF 20 [DISCONTINUED]

I have been using Laura Mercier TM in Porcelain, which is nearly the perfect match for my skin. Having run out of it, I bought the Dior Hydraction TM in shade#1. I have normal/combo skin, that is prone to dryness in winter and to oiliness in summer, especially in the T-zone. I've been in Beijing for some months and summer here starts early with burning temperatures and heavy smog, and I found Dior TM to be too moisturizing for my skin: it gets oily after a couple of hours and I need to wear a mattifying primer under if I want the make-up to stay all day long, which wasn't necessary with Laura Mercier TM. Anyway, this TM has a pleasant smell and a lovely texture, you only need a tiny little bit to spread all over your face because it actually feels like water, the shade match was not bad, maybe a bit too dark because of the intense pink undertones in it, but overall I prefer Laura Mercier TM which gave me a more natural look. Dior's coverage is absolutely better though. Nice packaging, the price is ok for Dior, definitely would work better on drier skins. I won't repurchase.
