I really wanted to like this product; however, I could barely see any green pigment, let alone any colour aside from sparkles. Perhaps this would be best applied over a base.

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

Compared to MAC's fluidline, E.L.F.'s waterproof eyeliner pen is smooth and consistent from beginning to end. However, I find myself re-applying eyeliner every few hours due to smudging or fading which I rarely have to do with my blacktrack fluidline. Unfortunately, this pen does not wear well on the waterline. If your testing E.L.F. for the first time, be sure to include this item in your shopping cart.
