Scrubs -Crabtree & Evelyn - La Source Hand Recovery

Not bad - for a hand scrub. Not too oily, either. The granules are on the rough side - especially when compared to "One Minute Manicure" and the like. The packaging is great, too - I prefer a tube to a messy jar. A nice treat to use 1-2 times per week on rough, dry hands.
Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Mango Mandarin Body Splash

A nice, inexpensive treat. A light orangey-mango scent that is not long lasting - but a nice pick-me-up. Very juicy smelling and layers well with the matching lotion and bath gel. The new 2009 formula is a bit weaker (less silage) than the 2007 formulation and a few ingredients have been changed. I still love it though.
I tried this on a whim at a local nail bar and LOVE IT. I usually wear Mademoiselle (This is bluer and a tad more opaque.) It imparts a clean, natural look to my nail, and I reckon it would be great for those who have too much yellow in their nail-bed (the slight lavender cast will neutralize the yellow.).
A great, sheer, classic pink - good for a french manicure or by itself. A total HG and a go-to classic pink/sheer shade that is timeless and elegant. I used Mlle again & again.
Too stingy - and irritated my lips. Smelled a bit medicinal, too. NOT worth the $$.
Best primer I have tried - I wish more companies would start making lash conditioning products. Malava (Malva) makes one, too, that I enjoy.
I love Caudalie products and this mask (and the nydrating mask) are both terrific. Yes, they are expensive - blame the French and the hype about grape-seed antioxidants, but they WORK and my clients love the natural essential oils.
I, actually, love this product. It keeps my lips hydrated and the low concentration of aplha-hydroxys keeps dry rough skin in chek. Cheap price, too.
Love this file - and Diamancel products in general. Very pricey - but they last a looooong time. Not too smooth nor too rough for my nail-type. PERFECT!
YUCK! Yecch! Bleah! Smells pretty bad in the bottle - and I thought, perhaps, would smell better on my skin. NOT FOR ME - smells cheap and synthetic. A real shame, I like Marilyn's TV persona and enjoy some of her vitamin C products. All the fragrances are too "old lady" and artificial for me.

I agree with the other reviewer. This peeling is not MILD - but a harsh scrub that broke me out - I had it applied to me at a Babor Facial at the new Babor spa in Takashimaya (a Japanese Department store) in NYC. I do not like most of Babor's new line - and I am a licensed aethetician. The creams are very rich and heavy and the products "supposedly" designed for sensitive types have been irritating at best. Skip the "New" Babor.
Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Jeni Lee - Lip Enhancer lip gloss

Jeni Lee - what can I say? I was worked on by Jeni herself at Bendels a few years ago - and she made me look alot like Courtney Love - which for some might be a compliment, but for me - I seemed waaaay over done. I bought her eyelash comb - which is GREAT, and also her lip gloss (which is what this review is supposed to be about.) I was less than impressed with her line, and I have noticed that it is now gone from Bendels. Don't waste your money - she may not last. Sorry, Jeni.
I really like the amount of pigment in LORAC's eye shadows. Some of he deeper shades make niceliners as well when applied with a damp brush. (Eggplant comes to mind) I also have the Jewel Box in Faith, Hope, Charity and Desire. They are GREAT for eye and cheek highlighing - very shimmery and last a long time. All in all, I recommend LORAC's eye shadows. I have also been worked on by Carol Shaw herself, and she is a very talented artist, indeed.
