great texture and shimmer, but the color is not really gold gold, as i was expecting. it's more like bright yellow with shimmer. totally disappointed, looks like i'll have to order gold metal instead.

i think there's something wrong with my eyes because this is not a peachy color at all. on me, it's orange that flashes gold and makes me look sickly. i can't imagine using this as a highlighter.

Pressed Powders -MAC - Blot Powder

the product itself is actaully pretty good. however, it was really hard finding a shade that actually matches my skin tone. it was either too dark or too light. however, it does help curb the oilies, which is a miracle for me. the packaging does need some improvement. the applicator is not the best and i don't like that it doesn't have a separate area for the sponge so it just sits on top of the powder. although there is that stupid plastic film there between powder and applicator, it makes the product super hard to use sometimes cuz the plastic sticks to the powder and u can't access it. i actually took out a chunk from my powder trying to get the plastic off.

this is a copycat of a nars brush for a little bit cheaper. since i couldn't get my hands on the nars version, i settled for this one. the brush is really soft and does its job perfectly. it is nicely shaped and dense.

chocolate brown has a lot of purple undertones to it. i was hoping to get a brown more like the name. at least the texture is nice, easy to blend with shimmer.

there's no point in me buying this product... it blended in with my skin and looked like i was not wearing anything at all. i was hoping it would brighten my eyelids up a little, but since it matched my lids... it didn't really help.

coco is a nice shimmery taupe color that flashes a lot of silver. although it looks pretty in the bottle... on my eyes alone, it looks a little muddy, but putting it over brown shadows make it wearable.

originally, i was going to buy loose glitter but heard that they have a hard time adhearing to the skin... so i went with this liner. it works great, although after a while... the glitter just seems to disappear. it's silver glitter that shines different colors depending on the light. i actually don't wear this that often, but it's nice to own.

this is a great brush to use with fluidline. i liked it so much, i picked up a second one a week later. it makes a nice clean, thin or thick line to your liking. i seriously don't know how i lived without this brush.

deep purple is actually very dark, almost black... think eggplant. it works great as a liner. even though it's a dark purple, it doesn't look like somebody punched me in the eye. very wearable, soft texture, easy to blend with pretty shimmer.

i can't believe this actually dyed my mid-back, thick, naturally black asian hair with just one try. not to mention, it was so dumbmy proof... even my bf was able to do it for me. the color was a little bright for a few washes, but it really toned down a lot. it didn't leave my hair feeling straw-like or dry, which was my main concern. i'm glad i chose this product when i took the plunge to finally go lighter. right now, my hair is a medium brown and i'm enjoying it.

this was what i wanted the smashbox primer to be. i love the shiseido mascara base. it holds the curl all day, lengthens, and adds volumes. the price is steep, but i'm willing to pay for gorgeous fake lashes look and hold. definitely hg status!

argh... glitter city. it looks very pretty in the tube, but on my pigmented lips... this was just not what i was hoping for. there are way better pink lipgloss out there. not to mention, lots that are not as gritty!

this is my hg nude lipgloss. i've been trying to find a pale nude that's not too brown or pink for months without making me look dead... and this is it! it's not drying at all. the texture is awesome... not overly sticky, just comfortable on the lips. wish i've found this lg sooner.
