This is one of my break through products. I love Benefit but never tried their skincare. I used to have perfect skin and suddenly, a few years ago when I hit my mid 20's, I started breaking out like crazy and reacted to changes in skincare and makeup. I managed to get it under control but always had this break out along my chin. I know this is supposed to be hormonal, but what could I do. I remembered that I used to exfoliate everyday in HS and decided to find something gentle so that I could again. This is the answer. I use it every morning. It is gentle but makes the skin so smooth and gets out all the dirt. After years of break out trouble, my skin is always clear now...touch wood! I will always stockpile this, it is the best. The best part is that is smells great too and somehow doesn't dry my skin out even though I use it everyday and it is the middle of winter...award winning!

Loose Powders -Clinique - Blended Face Powder and Brush

I have been using this for years and it is great. With this, I don;t need foundation. It is sheer enough to be used all year round (somehow morfs to whatever shade I am), yet gives plenty of coverage. I never experience this going orange and holds back oils and keep makeup perfect all day. Also, great amount for the price and never makes me break out.

Misc Beauty Tools -BeneFit Cosmetics - Eyelash Curler

I have been curling my eyelashes for 15 years and this is best. I have tried Shu, but both times it ripped out whole sections of eyelashes. This gives a natural curl, is easy to use, comes with a replacement pad and never pulls out my lashes. I think they might have discontinued this...hope they bring it back! The best...and love Benefit all the way around any ways!

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - BADgal Lash

I initially did not like this but for the same reason I do not like any non-waterproof mascara, it does not hold curl from my eyelash curler. I always used an eyelash curler and waterproof mascara to hold the curl, which made my eyelashes look great, but over time makes them dry out and break. Also, it is a strain on the wallet always getting the best eye MU removers to get it off. I wanted to use a regular mascara so the lashes don't get so dry and so it is easier to get off. I actually tried to curl my lashes after I put this on and it was dry and ...amazing. I could actually see how full and lush they were once curled. They looked better than ever and because it is not waterproof, the lashes did not stick the curler, thus avoiding any damage, just be careful when doing it. Aboslutely love this now!!

I have bought this many times. This is a great prep for eye concealer and really does brighten, de puff and moisturise the under eye area.

Concealers -BeneFit Cosmetics - Lemon Aid

This is really great at brightening under the eye. I prep with Ooh La Lift and this helps moisturise the area even more. I think it helps to apply it with your pinky and leave it a minute or two. It is quite hard, so this makes it warm up and is then so easy to jut pat and blend in. Yellow is really the best at cancelling out dark circles and this looks more natural once warmed up and blended in.

Highlighters -BeneFit Cosmetics - Moon Beam

I love this highlighter. The pink/peach is great for my complexion, as High Beam washed me out. This is gorgeous under Dandelion and am going to also try in under Georgia. Easy to use under or over loose powder (I don't use foundation).

I absolutely love this an have used it for years. I am a medium complexion and get quite dark in the sun and cannot understand this not showing up on someone, as it shows up very well on me. Obviously, it is more of an all over enhancing powder that really does make you look fresh and more awake but if you used the brush it concentrates the color enough to use as a blush. I also discovered that putting Moonbeam under this looks great. It allows the powder to really grab onto the moonbeam and the pink in this highlighter adds the color of dandelion...just gorgeous. Also, it is expensive, but the amount you get is at least twice the amount, you get with normal blushes.

Wonderful smell and easily absorbed. A bit expensive for the amount, but you don't need much each time. I still find that I have to use it frequetly throughtout the day, but leaves my skin soft long after application even though it absorbs right away. Still on the search for HG hand cream, but this is definitely in the top three.

Great balm, great smell and gives a bit of shine. It is also great since it does not create dependency. My only complaint is that it is pricey and I seem to go through it pretty quickly, but I do with most balms anyway.

Moisturizers -Dr. Hauschka - Rose Day Cream

Gorgeous face cream. I have combo skin and starting using this since my moisturizer for combo skin doesn't give my cheeks enough moisture in the very cold months. I usually break out from creams that really hydrate, but not this. I love the smell and my skin feels like butter after I use it. I even use it a bit on my chin which usually will break out a bit and it doesn't bother it at all. Expensive but a little goes a long way, so will really last. Dr. H products are so natural and great, please follow instructions for best results.

Toners -Dermalogica - Multi-active Toner

This is a great toner, soothing and takes off last bits of makeup and cleanser residue. Expensive but comes in a huge spray bottle that will last a long time. Doesn't dry out the skin.

Cleansers -Dermalogica - Ultra Calming Cleanser

Love that it is a pump...vey easy to use. This is only of the only cleansers that does irritate or dry me out, but still gets almost every bit of makeup off. I love that you can tissue of wash off. This is expensive but a huge bottle and will last as you only need about 2-3 pumps at night and maybe 1 for the morning.

Masks -Dermalogica - MultiVitamin Power Recovery Masque

Great masque, very soothing and also helps with breakouts. I use this once a week to pamper my skin. I have combo skin that get very dry on cheeks and super oily in T-zone with occasional blemishes on the chin. This does nto break me out at all and leaves my skin very soft and fresh...love it!
