Lotions/ Creams -Philosophy - Amazing Grace Firming Body Emulsion

Love to use it after the Amazing Grace shower gel and before the cologne spray. In fact, I've snagged two 32 oz bottles now because I use it every day. Let me tell you what it WON'T do: it's not gonna firm you up. While my skin does feel a tad bit that way after use, it's probably due to the formula more than how it reacts on my skin. It's not a thick cream but it's not a runny, thin lotion either. It has nice "slip", period. You could immerse yourself in a giant tub of this stuff and not firm an inch so don't expect results there. It's NOT going to cheer you up if you bother to read the drivel on the packaging. In fact, I read it once, remember something about sagging breasts, and quickly turned the bottle around so I didn't have to look at the whiny tome that Christina Carlito put on this bottle. What it WILL do is scent you nicely with Amazing Grace, provide decent moisturization, and serve as a great layer for other scents you may want to apply. HG for me.

Gels/Soaps -Philosophy - Amazing Grace Bath, Shampoo & Shower Gel

Love, love, love. In fact, I've snagged two bottles of the 32 oz version I love it that much. My whole family uses it (even DH, though he probably wouldn't admit to anyone but me). I use it every day and of course, in conjunction with both the body lotion and spray fragrance. As a shampoo, it's rather "meh". I've used it a few times but not enough to strip color from my hair. The scent it leaves on one's hair, like one's body, is not overpowering or lingering. This stuff is NOT going to scent you for the day. What it will do is give you tons of lather, clean your skin without excessive drying, and give you a clean, floral-scented experience while doing so. I continue to keep it on hand as a HG shower gel.

Fragrances -Philosophy - Amazing Grace cologne
rated 5 of 5

Practically HG for me. I say practically because I do like to change up a bit. I've heard this described as like the fragrance version of your favorite jeans and I agree. I use this stuff everyday and I notice that when I do change fragrance to something else, whatever I've switched to hits me like a ton of bricks. If you're expecting to smell this strongly on yourself all day long or you like more powerful scents, move along. This is subtle and I catch whiffs occasionally but both DH and DD say it's a great scent they associate now with me. I traditionally have always liked more oriental scents so I'm surprised how well this light floral has captured me.

Primer/ Corrector -Philosophy - The Present Clear Makeup
rated 5 of 5

I like it. Love it in fact. Note that you really do have to wait 2 minutes after application before putting anything on. I've used with regular foundation and TM. I've practically put away my MAC Blot Powder because this stuff, unlike Smashbox or MAC did for me, really keeps the oilies around my nose away. Wish it had sunscreen. I have used it alone and don't think it meets all the claims of practically photoshopping your skin in real life but it can be used for a casual, no-makeup type weekend. I use such a small amount I can't imagine going through this fast at all. Skin type: slightly combo to dry, no blemishes, slight redness

Lotions/ Creams -Philosophy - Soul Owner

I will not be w/out this cream. This stuff outranks all the foot scrubs and creams I've ever used. One use and my feet feel like I've had a full pedicure--minus the polish (it's not THAT miraculous). It has a slight minty-lavendar scent so if that bothers you, take note but I find it fades pretty quick. Love it. Will always keep on hand.

Lotions/ Creams -Philosophy - time on your hands
rated 5 of 5

I got this with a kit for travel to DisneyWorld. I packed it thinking I wouldn't use it. I was wrong. I used it and Soul Owner constantly. One night, I had a bit too much on so, without thinking, I swiped a smidge under my eyes. I have terrible undereye dryness and puffiness. Imagine my shock when I discovered this makes a helluva eye cream. Better than Hope in a Tube for sure. My undereye area is smooth and a tad less puffy (nothing will take away genetic bags). My hands are smooth too. As a hand cream, this could be expensive and there ARE other products out there just as good (Gold Bond lotion, for one). As an eye cream, it's killer. I'm stocking up.
