My new day time red! I just love MAC's Cremesheen line. The staying power is amazing. It ends up like a "natural" stain on my lips after a long day at work. :) It may look like a shockingly red colour from the tube but when you put it on, it is sheer and you can build up the colour intensity with more layers. One downside is that it sometimes travels beyond my lips (then again, what lipgloss doesn't?)..
cheap and effective -what more can you ask for?
This used to be my favourite powder/foundation (NC25-30) but with all the new ones from Dior, BE, I find that it can be drying to my skin (especially since moving to Vancouver from a tropical country). Lately, I also noticed that it made me break out after a week of regular use. :( Although it has an awesome range of colours and I have always loved the look of MAC's sleek, black compact.
The perfect peach blush for me. Highly pigmented. PS do NOT go for the newer superorgasm, its way too glittery.
If you like MAC's "Taupe" you'll love "Stay in Touch!!" Was looking for a non-drying dark nudish alternative to Taupe, the sweet and very helpgul MUA suggested this (and Lickable as well!). Am definitely now a cremesheen convert! =)
Just bought Lickable! Better than MAC's Girl About Town. It leaves a cherry-pop stain on my lips w/o drying! I went to MAC with plans of buying "Up the Amp" (based on all the MUA raves about it). I wanted a new lipstick different from my usual reds. I found Up the Amp wayyy TOO lavender for my taste! It made me look like a corpse. Anyway, the helpful S/A suggested this, and I love the way it makes my teeth look whiter! It also brightens up my complexion. Will definitely repurchase.
My HG red... This is my ultimate "true" red lipstick (although I don't know why it looks orangey in the photos posted above)... It's definitely a CLASSY matte ruby (not those tacky-looking/ vulgar/glossy/garish reds). Ideal for day/night (depending on how thick you layer it on). I LOVE it more than MAC's Viva Glam I. I'm on my 5th/6th tube. Too bad this color is not available in Sephora anymore. Will definitely repurchase as long as I can!
Great product. I'm on to my 3rd compact in Linen (021) and my sister and mom both converted to Dior when they tried mine. It goes on velvety smoothly (as compared to StudioFix) and does not dry out my skin. I love the way it feels and I noticed that I don't have to retouch as much even without a primer. Also the spf is an added plus!
have been using this time and again... find it better than the more expensive mascaras and reasonably priced too! manage to make my sparse asian lashes look decent.

The packaging may not be the best but this stuff makes my eye make-up stay!! It really makes your eyeshadow last. Will definitely buy again.
My favourite lash curler!! I've been using this for almost a decade now and never found a better brand. It fits perfectly and doesn't pinch... I think this is perfect for maximizing the curl of my Asian lashes. Would buy again and again. UPDATE: I am getting sick of having to throw 22 cdn every six months just because Shu Uemura won't sell rubber refills. So, I bought the Shiseido curler because they sell 2 rubber refills for 5 cdn! Honestly prefer my Shu's to it. So, I tried the extra Shiseido black refill to my Shu uemura curler and it fits!! Curls like a dream too! Woohoo! No more buying expensive curlers every six months for me.
