Light-medium coverage, good color selection, didn't break me out. My only problem with this is it made my skin get oily within a couple hours and it didn't last all day (I hate touching up). Overall, a good foundation for the money.
Eye Makeup Remover -Almay - Non-Oily Eye Makeup Remover Pads

I don't know why everyone likes these. They make my eyelids sting and don't take off waterproof mascara easily. I give them a 2 because the packaging is good for travel.
I was soooo excited to try this when it came out because Maybelline is my favorite brand for mascaras. However, this sucked big time. I'm usually not a fan of mascaras with primer anyway but I hated this more than the others. Several coats of the mascara still didn't completely cover the primer and this smudged terribly. It did hold the curl well though. If you're looking for a good curling mascara, get Maybelline Sky High Cuves.
I hate this. I was hoping this would be a cheaper alternative to Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil but it is not even close. I have fair skin and this makes me look chalky and even whiter so I can't even imagine what it looks like on people darker than me. Even if I exfoliate beforehand and moisturize well, this makes me look like I have dry patches everywhere. It's expensive for a drugstore brand too. And the brush that comes with it sucks. I'm giving it a 2 because it didn't break me out or irritate my skin.
Cleansers -Biore - SkinPreservation Nourishing Gel Cleanser

I bought this after seeing the great reviews on here. I've only used it a few times but this is potential HG material. It's a gel cleanser but it foams up a little and gets all my face makeup off (haven't tried it on eye makeup yet). I used it post-workout too and it cuts right through sweat. The best part is it's not too greasy and it also is not too drying. It's the happy medium. My skin is looking better after only using this a little while. Will update if anything bad happens. EDIT: So I moved to the desert from a humid area and this stuff is too drying for my skin now. I still love it, but only for humid climates.
I like this a lot. It's a sheer red that I use almost every day. It can look dressy or not, depending on how you do the rest of your makeup. Staying power is a couple hours. Bonus: it has SPF 15. I didn't realize that until I read the bottom of the tube.
This is my new HG multi-purpose product. I use it as a toner on my face at night, a body splash, and a room fragrance. I spray it on my sheets too. Mine is by HomeHealth and it comes in a spray bottle so it's very handy. It was like $7 on amazon.com but I believe Whole Foods sells it too. Tip: Keep it in the fridge-- spraying it all over is a great way to cool off on a hot summer day, plus the coldness feels good on your face if you use it as a toner.
Hair Styling Tools -Revlon - 1875 Watt Anti-static Ion Hairdryer

I've had this for almost a year and it hasn't yet done that thing where it starts getting really hot and burns my hair like all my other old dryers did as they wore out. This past week I tested the ionic switch and it really does make a difference. When I put the switch to "on" it makes my hair so much shinier and less frizzy. For like $20, this is a keeper.
Wow! I bought the Combination/Oily version after seeing a girl use it on Youtube and I am officially in love. I got a good match to my fair, yellow-toned skin (my shade: Buff). The best part is it lasts ALL DAY. I'm almost at the 12 hour mark today and my skin barely looks oily at all and I didn't use powder at all today or blotting sheets (I normally use both). My foundation looks almost as good as it did this morning and I live in nasty humid Texas. I apply it with a makeup sponge after my moisturizer has sunk in. No problems with breakouts. The only con I can think of is that it smells like paint. I feel like I'm painting my face which is weird but the smell fades right when it dries.
This is my favorite nail polish for summer. It's a pretty hot pink that isn't obnoxious. It compliments my cool skin tone well. I will buy again, though not for a while because this stuff lasts on my toes for weeks!
Hair Styling Tools -Farouk CHI - Chi Ceramic Flat Iron by Farouk

I was in Europe (where it was super rainy and humid by the way) with my best friend and she had this with her and I tried it. LOVE! I blow dried my hair all crappy with no brush and my hair was all over the place and frizzy. After using this, it was silky, smooth, and perfect. My hair had never looked so good. So I went and bought one for myself. My hair gets pin straight and it lasts all day, even in the nasty humidity of Texas where I live. And ok, yes it damages your hair but any flat iron does. I use Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray before to protect my hair. I got mine on Amazon for like $70 compared to $120 at Ulta.
Quite possibly my favorite beauty product ever. I use this for EVERYTHING. I put it on my cuticles, all over my body after showering to lock in moisture, on my lips, as a makeup remover, as an eye cream, over eyeshadow, on my cheeks to add a glow, to heal cuts, on my eyelashes when I'm not wearing mascara, etc. Like I said, everything. A huge tub is only a couple of dollars and it lasts years. I use it every day. Tip: If you are a lip stain addict like I am, this is the best thing to use on top (much better than gloss).
Styling Products -TRESemme - Thermal Creations Volumizing Mousse

This is pretty darn good. It adds volume and doesn't ever get crunchy or sticky, no matter how much I use. It is way cheap too. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is because it isn't as good as Bumble & bumble Thickening Spray (my favorite) but for like a tenth of the price, this stuff is awesome.
I have been using a lot of Tresemme products lately so when this came out I bought it. I really really like it. It actually does add quite a bit of volume to my hair. My favorite thing about it is that it makes my hair soooo soft and not tangled. I don't even need conditioner (which I love because it just weighs my hair down). It's cheap and smells great too so I definitely recommend it.
Most perfumes tend to smell weird or disappear completely on me. I guess my body chemistry just doesn't work for most kinds. This, however, is an exception. I first tried this as a sample from Sephora and I really liked it so my mom got the set for me for Christmas a year or two ago. I agree, it does smell like slightly burned cotton candy but it works on me. I do not smell caramel at all. It does initially smell almost sickly-sweet but it dries down quickly (like 10 minutes) and smells great after that. Many people have told me that I smell really good. And the lasting power is great, especially if you spray it on your clothes. Ironically, I have smelled this on other people and thought it smelled terrible. This is definitely a fragrance that you have to try out on yourself before buying.
