This exfoliator consists of ground nut grains in a cream base with essential oils. I think this is the first exfoliator I've tried with nut grains in it, and it will be the last. I assumed they would be finely ground, but in this the grains feel coarse and very scratchy. I don't think they damaged my skin, because it didn't look too inflamed afterwards, but they didn't provide a very effective exfoliating effect either. My skin feels a little softer, but isn't much clearer. The packaging is ok; it comes in a squeezy bottle, and the exfoliator is creamy, so it comes out easily. However, due to the scratchy feeling, I won't be finishing this bottle. Instead I'm going back to the Caudalie gentle buffing cream.
