Well, I got this palette because I personally like the idea of having palettes instead of individual eyeshadows. I wouldn't say these are top quality eyeshadows, but they do justice for the price you pay for everyday looks. The shadows apply sheer with brushes, so I usually use sponge applicators for a more intense eye look. The range of neutrals is good, and I love the shimmer eyeshadows in this palette. Great for events or banquets. This is a great palette to invest in, for beginners at make-up. It provides a good amount of neutrals to experiment with for everyday looks. They are a little chalky, especially with the lighter shades. Though my E.L.F Mineral Eyeshadow Primer does the trick of keeping it smooth. I would purchase this palette again, just because I love it so much for everyday.
I got this as a gift. I don't really like this particular shade because it's really frosty. I like how it's an orange-nude and not those normal pink/brown nudes we see on most drugstore lipsticks. I rather use it as a highlight for my cheeks or a lighter lipcolor for multi-colored lips. I wouldn't buy this anyway, just because it doesn't suit my medium skintone.
I hate this product as a lipstick. Why, the color drops off within seconds. Trust me, SECONDS. And it's too frosty for my liking on my lips. This works wonderfully as a cream blush though. I have it depotted into a sample jar and this serves wonderfully as a cream blush for my pale-skinned friends and cilents. It will be a lovely coral-pink flush on your cheeks. I wouldn't repurchase this, just because I don't think I will ever need it again. And it lasts really long as a cream blush.
Mascara -Kiss Me - HEROINE MAKE long and curl mascara (black)

I have the lengthening formula for this mascara and it's my HG mascara. Why? I always go for waterproof mascaras because the humid weather in Singapore just kills. I love it because it really does lengthen my lashes and it is really the mascara that holds my curls. I don't have long lashes so this mascara does WONDERS to my lashes. I believe the mascara works a little better when it's slightly dry. And the waterproof part, it is really WATERPROOF. I couldn't get it off with my Simple Eye Make-Up Remover and had to use an oil-based remover from Biore to take it off completely. I would definitely repurchase it, and it's soon! Due to my mascara is really drying out.
I apply this on before I start doing my make-up, after I cleansed my skin before bed. Seriously good stuff here. And it's so cheap. It definitely does leave a greasy film but that's the whole point. I also use it on my lashes to protect and condition my lashes. Your lips will be ready for lipstick once you are done with the rest of your face when you apply this while priming your face. Great stuff. I would definitely buy this again because it's so GOOD.
I have the one in the picture, and I have 3 of these. [2 as back-up] I have heard so much reviews for this product from Asian bloggers. I wouldn't really use it like a primer because it's tinted. I always take a pea size amount of the product and pat it on with my fingers around my cheeks area to cover up those huge pores. I wouldn't use this all over my face because it looks very patchy and weird. I use it over my homemade primer to conceal pores. The texture is smooth and creamy. It is easy to blend out but I really think it shouldn't be used all over the face just because it looks stupid. It will be good corrector for those who has slight pink undertones or extreme redness on the face. It does correct redness because of the yellow tint of the product. I could wear it on its own and just do some concealing and powder my face and I'm good to go. EDIT: I now apply it on with my Essence of Beauty foundation brush or a stippling brush and it gives my foundation a flawless finish afterwards. And this keeps my foundation lasting a whole lot longer, in comparison to just Aloe Vera gel alone.
Lipstick -Revlon - ColorBurst in 070 Soft Nude [DISCONTINUED]

I don't like this lipstick, neither do I hate it. This lipstick melts very easily, that I had to depot it off the tube because it broke due to the heat. The formula is creamy and easy to glide on. I like the fact that it isn't a brownish-nude, but a more pinkish nude. I have medium skintone with pigmented reddish lips, and this lipstick appears as a baby pink lipcolor on my lips which I normally top it off with a nude gloss for normal everyday neutrals eye looks. It does make your lip lines slightly more visible, but gloss would fix it. This lipstick wears off really easily because of the creamy formula. Thus I have to keep on reapplying it. And it is a pricey lipstick for drugstore.
This foundation is pretty decent despite I have heard so much about the glitters in it. I bought the foundation in Golden Beige and it's a teeny bit darker than my skin. While I've heard this foundation is suited for dry skin users, I still like that it gives me a subtle dewy finish, but not overly-dewy. You don't have to use ALOT of the product to build coverage. It has a medium coverage and I just need some light concealing. This foundation will get cakey if you pile it on. I tried with 3 layers and my face is so shimmery and cakey at the same time. It's much better as an everyday foundation rather than being a foundation for photoshoots, because it will leave a white cast in flash photography. I wouldn't repurchase it because I don't like to wear fluid foundation on a regular basis.
I initially hated this product, because it was really hard to work with and I got shiny after a while. I tried using my stippling brush and my Essence of Beauty foundation brush to work with this foundation. I realized this works better with a regular foundation brush. This foundation dries really fast, so I thin it out with aloe vera gel (Your regular moisturizers would work too, but aloe vera gel sets in better) And it gives me a really flawless coverage, I don't even use concealers anymore with this foundation. I just set this foundation with my regular 2-way cake. I would re-purchase this foundation, and it would really help if they switch to a pump bottle and work on the latex smell of the foundation. The smell of this foundation is another downfall of this foundation. Oh yes, I store my foundation in my old Revlon Photoready foundation bottle. EDIT: This foundation offers decent coverage and it is buildable for me since I thin this foundation out with aloe vera gel. I also double this up as a concealer when I need the extra coverage. I now wear a tiny bit of this for school. I have transferred the product into my Revlon Photoready bottle and I only used about 2 pumps whenever I use it. Oil control is decent, but I still need to blot and touch up if I don't use a proper base.
Lipstick -Revlon - Matte lipstick in Mauve It Over

This is my HG lipstick. It's a very nice pinkish-nude for me, and it's not overly nude. I reach for this lipstick every time I go out with friends. I would recommend moisturizing your lips beforehand because it is very drying. I usually top this off with a nude lipgloss which looks great on any eye look, or topping it off with Clinique's Longlast Glosswear in Kissy Fit for a nice bright-looking pair of lips.
I got this lovely skinfinish as a prize from a giveaway. I love how it completes my look softly. I would recommend not to use too much at once because all of the shimmers. Just a light hand would suffice to give you soft coral pink cheeks, especially for oily skin users. You don't want extra shine.
Well-Dressed is a very lovely cool-toned dolly pink blush that works really nicely to tone down my warm skintone. I apply the blush on the apples of my cheeks with a fluffy brush and it just makes my skin glows.
