What a great blush brush this is, and thanks to the savvy MUAers who recommended it! I'd been going crazy trying to get other brushes to pick up any color from my powder brushes, and this brush does it perfectly. It looks a little odd in the store (chunky), but it's wonderful to use.

This brush does not pick up any blush. It was expensive and it is useless.

Eye Makeup Remover -Kiehls - Supremely Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover

Of all the eye makeup removers that claim they are gentle and don't sting, this is the only one that actually is gentle and doesn't sting. I've got really sensitive allergy-susceptible eyes, and I can use this product without a problem. Big rave.

Treatments -Kerastase - Masquintense

Love this as a regular conditioner, leaving in for just a few minutes. I have coarse, wavy, dry hair and it really makes it silky. Warning: I used it as a masque and left it on for 20 mins. and my hair had NO body for at least a week, maybe two. Use carefully.

Forgot what a great lipstick this is. Got as GWP and then bought more. It's a shimmery (but not overly frosted) medium muted pink that goes with alot and looks very pretty.

Stick -Bobbi Brown - Foundation Stick

Way too yellow for my skin. I tried Sand and I've got pink undertones. I looked washed out, and absolutely ghastly under fluorescent light. LM works much better for me.

Moisturizers -Kiehls - Abyssine cream

As soon as I read in the NY Times that the product had sold out in NYC, I ran out and bought some. Not sure why the sellout, but it's a decent product. I'm a bit on the dry side and found it to be a nice moisturizer for either night or day. I tend to switch my moisturizers around and would include it in the rotation.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous Lip Gloss (general)

These are really nice and so cheap! The actual colors are a very sheer gleam of what you see in the tube. Nice texture too. Not much staying power. The smell, however is a killer. If you're sensitive to smelly gloss, don't buy.

Neutral/cool brown/pink/mauve. It's easy to wear as the other reviews say, but I typically need something a bit warmer and prefer Brownie instead.

This is a very different color from that you see in the tube--a sheer shiny brown/pink. Nice texture. Very pretty and dirt cheap.

Styling Products -Kiehls - Creme with Silk Groom

Great product if used correctly (sparingly). Considering how long it lasts, it's a great deal. Only complaint is packaging--I like to keep it upside down so it's always ready to use, and since they switched to the rounded cap it falls over.

These are really old products--there are much better skincare prods out there now. They are not gentle and are very drying.

UPDATE: I really liked this product--produces a very nice texture (I'm dry)and is relatively inexpensive. SO couldn't stand the smell, so won't buy again.

Lipstick -MAC - Mocha

I don't know if it's the formula or just because mine is old (my very first MAC lipstick), but it's really drying--moreso than other colors it seems. That said, it's a pretty color but a bit too orange to be a potential HG pink/beige.
