I don't like to wear foundation everyday, so I tend to wear this only on the weekends when I go out or when pictures are being taken. I find that whether I apply this foundation with my fingers or with a brush, it is a bit heavy. So I will take a piece of tissue paper and wipe is gently all over my face to wipe away any excess foundation. Once I do this IMPORTANT step, my face looks flawless and photo ready. I have really sensitive acne prone skin, but this foundation has not make me break out or cause any irritation. I'm not sure if I would buy this again or not, since I would like to try other foundations available. However I do recommend this foundation as something inexpensive and looks nice for photos.

This product is really expensive where I live in Canada. So I buy this when I visit the States. I really like using this once in awhile (about once a month or so). I find that is actually does work but removing the MAJORITY (but not all) of my blackheads. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried that it may irritate me, but this left my nose feeling clean. I recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing blackheads on their nose.

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub

I really like this scrub. I'm not too sure if it helps with my blackheads, but I can't get enough of the smell--it's absolutely amazing. I find that it is very gentle and leaves my face feeling clean. It's inexpensive which is a plus and doesn't leave my face feeling dry. I have sensitive skin, so it's hard for me to find a good face wash scrub that doesn't irritate or make my skin red. I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone. EDIT: I started using this product daily, and it caused me to break out. I stopped using it altogether.

After trying many lip balms, this one seems to be the ONLY lip balm that does not irritate my lips. It's cheap and available at almost any store. I find that it coats my lips with moisture and makes them nice and smooth. I recommend this lip balm to anyone who has sensitive lips or who is allergic to other lip balms, because this is the only one that works for me.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm

After using Blistex, my lips were destroyed so I wanted to try Burt's Bees because it's all natural and I thought it would cure my dry, chapped, sensitive and irritated lips. However Burt's Bees only seemed to irritate them too. I obviously must be allergic to something in the lip balm, but I'm not sure what ingredient. I can use Burt's Bees about 2-3 times a week, but if I use it anymore, my lips will become VERY irritated. It's really too bad because I wanted to love this lip balm :(

I was really wanting to love this lip balm because it seems to promise a lot, but within the first couple of days after using this product it completely destroyed my lips!!! I developed what looked like a cold sore on my bottom lip, and after my lips became very very very dry, chapped and these tiny white blisters developed everyone on my lips. It was disgusting. I am probably allergic to something in this lip balm but I'm not sure what it is. Before using this lip balm I use to never use anything on my lips except for lip gloss. I never needed to use lip balm or chapsticks before. I only bought this product because it has SPF in it. It took almost 7 months in order for my lips to get back into the condition they were before using Blistex. :(

Cleansers -Neostrata - oil free gel cleanser

I have been using this product throughout high school to help with my mild acne. It works wonders. I stopped using it for a couple of years and have just recently returned to it. I use a regular cleanser to wash my face with, then after I rinse it off, I apply the Neostrata oil-free cleanser to my skin and leave it on for about 3-4 minutes. It leaves my skin feeling so nice and baby smooth afterwards and also helps with my acne break-outs. I have sensitive skin so I do not use this everyday. I use it about 2 times a week. However, you can use this daily if you wish. I really really love this product and recommend it to anyone since it helps skin to keep looking young and fresh.

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Argan oil

Argan oil is my beauty secret. I just can't get enough of it. I buy the virgin cold pressed argan oil from my local natural food store. I haven't used it for my hair, but every night I apply just 1 pump of this oil onto my cleansed face before going to sleep. It has a bit of a nutty smell, which is fine, but it might bother some people. It can look a bit oily on my skin, which is why I only use it at night as a heavy night time moisturizer for my face. I am only 20 years old, but it helps with fine lines, wrinkles, dry skin, stretch marks, etc. I find that it also helps with the odd acne break-out as well. I HIGHLY recommend this product for everyone!

Moisturizers -Desert Essence - Jojoba Oil - 100% pure

I LOVE this oil. It works well for my skin and hair. On days when my face feels really dry (esp in the winter), I mix a bit of this oil with my regular face moisturizer and apply to my face. Sometimes I just use it alone on my face as a moisturizer. You only need a very very small amount, otherwise it can get a bit greasy. I have acne prone skin, but this has not broken me out at all. I have curly/wavy hair and on days when I don't wash my hair, my ends tend to feel a bit dry, so I apply a small amount of jojoba oil to the ends of my hair to make it look healthy and shiny--and it actually works!!! I recommend this to anyone because there are so many uses for it.

Shampoo -Live Clean - (Exotic Nectar) - Argan Oil Restorative Shampoo

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo. Argan oil is amazing and I love that there is a shampoo out there that is organic and uses agran oil in it. I find that this shampoo can work into a good lather much like a regular shampoo does. It cleans my hair very well, without over drying it. Live Clean is probably my favourite line for organic shampoos. I have not yet tried their conditioners yet, but I love their shampoos and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice and inexpensive organic shampoo.

This product is OK. I find that there are much better organic shampoos out there to buy that do a better job. I had to use quite a bit of shampoo in order to get it into a good lather in my hair. Also I find that sometimes my hair would still feel dirty after I would use the shampoo and would have to shampoo it again. The smell was really nice and I liked all the ingredients in the product, however I would not buy this again.

Cleansers -Ponds - Deep Cleanser Cold Cream

I use a little bit of this product to remove my makeup before cleansing my face. It works wonderfully on my skin! This is the only makeup remover that can gently and easily remove my stubborn waterproof mascara which is what I would recommend to everyone. It would be nice if the packaging was different since it can be a bit tricky to get the cold cream out of the jar at times, but the product itself is great. I hear that you can use this as a face moisturizer by leaving it on instead of removing it with a warm washcloth like the instructions said, but I have not tried doing this yet.

Moisturizers -Ponds - Dry Skin Cream

My skin gets extremely dry in the winter which is why I LOVE using my ponds dry skin cream as my daily face moisturizer. I have acne prone skin, and I was a bit concerned about the mineral oil used in this product. However, it has not broken me out. It's the only cream that moisturizers my skin perfectly and would recommend this to anyone with dry skin. It takes about 1-3 minutes for the cream to completely absorb into my skin, but works great under my makeup without leaving any oily residue. However in the summer time I have to switch to a light gel consistency face moisturizer since my skin gets oily.

Lotions/ Creams -Aveeno - Baby Daily Moisture Lotion

I use this lotion for myself at night time and apply it to dry patches on my skin (ie: elbows, arms, feet). I tried using this as a daytime face moisturizer, but I find that it leaves this thick residue on my face which I didn't like. However it works great as a body lotion, and I recommend this to anyone who is in need of a gentle lotion.

Cleansers -Aveeno - Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser

Overall this product was just OK. I have sensitive skin that gets oily in the summer and dry in the winter. I found that this cleanser was nice and smooth and came with an easy to use pump. I have to spend about 30-60 seconds gently cleansing my face with this product in order for it to remove all of my makeup. It helps even out my skin tone, but I haven't noticed any difference in helping with acne break-outs. I have to be careful not to get any of the product on my lips, otherwise they get really irritated. I am probably not going to be buying this product again, because there are other cleansers that work better and are less expensive.
