I didn't want to like this because it cost so much money, but I can't help it... ITS LOVE! This is my new HG foundation and this system gives me a flawless application. It does take time to learn how to apply it though. I started using this on vacation at the beach and I was amazed! I was swimming in the ocean, hiking, tanning and at the end of the day it was still on!!! I was amazed. ALSO I could hug my boyfriend and not worry about transfer. The coverage is buildable so peoples complaints about needing to having perfect skin to use this is unfounded. I don't have perfect skin and have found that I don't even need concealer with this. It feels very light and looks natural. It doesn't increase oil on my face and doesn't slick off when I do get a little oily. All I do is set it with MAC Loose powder in Medium Dark and that does a great job of setting this and helping match the color better since the color range is very limited.

Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Solia Ceramic Ion Flat Iron

I bought this in the limited addition pink after having CHI flat irons for about 7 years before that. I wanted something else as I believe that CHIs have not changed at all while the technologies in flat irons have improved. I tried this instead. The Solia iron does not pull my hair, straightens it pretty quickly, and makes it look very silk. It does a good job of not burning my fine hair. My only complaint is that my hair is very susceptible to humidity now, more so than when I used my CHI. I'm going to try some different products with it and hope that that aspect improves.

This is a great product! For all of 5 dollars it works great! Bought it at ULTA and tried it at home immediately. I was so excited! And the results were awesome. It filled in my eyebrows. The little brush was easy to manipulate and the powder had great lasting power! I wore it to the soccer game I had and it was on when I got home. No running, no caking. It was great. The wax was great too. Loved it and great for the price.

Lipstick -MAC - Viva Glam Gaga

Tried this on and it was AWEFUL! I wanted to love it soooo bad but I'm pretty sure that the only person this looks good on is Lady Gaga. The blue base is what makes this terrible. It was also very sheer and very drying!

Bronzers -Too Faced - Pink Leopard Bronzing Powder

This is ADORABLE and I had been wanting it for a while now. Finally got it in the Bronzed and the Beautiful palette. I wanted to love it, but it wasn't for me. This is more of a blush than a bronzer and it looks toooo shimmery when applied. It was too light for my skin tone and all that showed was the shimmer. It looked cheep and young and also had ABSOLUTELY NO staying power!

Moisturizers -Philosophy - On a Clear Day Oil-Free Moisturizer

This is my HG moisturizer. It not only gives the perfect amount of moisture, but helps with blemishes. I have more of the On A Clear Day Line, but sometimes I only use the moisturizers and it does the job. It doesn't feel greasy and controls oil pretty well. This goes great under a primer or under foundation without a primer. I love Philosophy products and this is climbing to the top of my fave list pretty quickly!

OMG! This is amazing. I was a little skeptical about this actually working... BUT IT DOES. It suggests that you use it once a week or consecutively for 3 days. I did it first for 3 days and have used it once a week since for a while now and it has done more than I have ever expected! It has helped clear us my skin, as well as gotten rid of stubborn blackheads on my nose area. AMAZING. And it's pretty fun to make haha. Also, I found that using half of the capsule is just enough. You can reattach the capsule top and save the other half. It doubles the amount of masks you can use.

Cleansers -Philosophy - the microdelivery exfoliating wash

I love this, I use it every morning with my Clarisonic after washing with purity and it helps clear up blemishes and creates a nice smooth surface for applying make-up. It has helped a TON with black heads too and has helped me control my oily zones. My only complaint is that for some reason the pump doesn't work any longer. I buy the HUGE SUPERSIZED versions of this and purity.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I use it with a Clarisonic and it works AMAZING! I've tried everything and this is gentle on my skin, has helped with blemishes, and takes off make-up great! I don't know what else anyone could want in a cleanser. I buy it on QVC in the SUPERSIZED huge pump bottles.

Concealers -Mally Beauty - Cancellation Concealer 3-piece system

I like this concealer a lot. It lasts all day and does cancel out dark circles and blemishes. I am able to wear just this concealer out without putting foundation on. I love the setting powder most of all because you can use it with any other concealer and it definitely sets it. I often use it with my MAC Select Cover-Up and it sets it very nicely. The brush that came with it broke in half pretty quickly, but nothing glue didn't fix. My only complaint besides this is that it does sort of settle into fine lines and gets sort of cakey around blemishes.

Blush -The Body Shop - Blush Trio - 02 Warm Sunset

I bought this and Cool Dusk over Christmas break and Warm Sunset was the PERFECT COLOR for me. I hardly use the cool dusk, but for the money this is a very good quality blush! I love how this is a sort of customizeable color since you can kind of mix the 3 colors together. It has just enough shimmer without looking glittery which I hate. It has become unstuck from the bottom so the blush itself is just kind of floating in the compact, which is my only complaint because eventually it will probably break in half : (

I got this in a kit my mom bought for me. At first wasn't very impressed, but its come to be one of my absolute favorites. I wear it everyday. I personally love a nice dramatic lash and this doesn't give you that look, but for everyday use it is perfect. It lengthens and volumizes just enough to be appropriate for the daytime. When I'm going out or have a date, I use Diorshow and Diorshow Unlimited.

Mascara -Rimmel - Extra Super Lash mascara

I love this! I use DiorShow with DiorShow unlimited when I have the money, but I really love this in its place. This makes my short thin lashes SUPER LONG and does a really great job of adding volume and thickness. My eyes really pop when I use this! I have used Collasal Lash but this is a billion times better!

OMG! I can't even begin to tell you how AMAZING this foundation is... My biggest problem with foundations I've used is that they never stay on my face. I put it on and without fail they are usually all over my hands, what i'm wearing, .. just everywhere without fail. THIS IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Usually when I get back to my room from classes I look like a hot mess and there are only remnants of make-up. This is true to its name... after an entire day of walking in the cold weather, going to classes, and being rubbed against on clothing ITS STILL THERE. It also looks soooo good on. It matched perfectly to my skin tone and looks super natural. It was $7.99 at a Riteaid and one of the best buys I've ever made. I usually use Mac foundation but I honestly think this lasts soooo much better and doesn't look flat on my face. My boyfriend (who has NEVER commented on my make-up) actually said I looked really good when he first saw me. This is a guy who didn't even notice when I cut 5" off of my hair and dyed it. He always says he hates when girls wear too much make-up so his comment really lets you know how natural it looks. I feel 100% confident in this and would recommend it to EVERYONE... even if they don't ask haha. This is an awesome product!

Foundations -Philosophy - Supernatural Superbeautiful foundation

I have been using mineral make-up as I have had bad experiences with liquid foundations, but this has been AMAZING! I think it does a decent job of covering up blemishes and doesn't dry your skin out and is very even! I bought mine through QVC!!! UPDATE: I stopped ordering this as it made my skin very oily. Oily skin is something I struggle with and this really didn't help. If you struggle with dry skin this would definitely be something to try but it was overly moisturizing and my mom felt so too. I love philosophy products but this fell flat. This doesn't have any lasting power either.
