This brush is great for applying powder shadows over liquid/cream eyeliners. It's soft but very stiff at the same time, so it won't bend as you're applying the powder. In addition, it didn't shed when washed.

I use this brush to fill in my brows. It is stiff enough to get the work done, however it is still very soft. It's a bit too thick for me to use as an eyeliner brush, but it works wonderfully on my brows. It didn't shed at all when washed.

This brush is very soft and blends the crease and lid area very nicely. It shed a couple of hairs the first time I washed it but after that, it didn't shed any hair at all. This brush is an amazing bargain.

The bristles are very soft to the touch, however, I find that the bristles are a bit longer than I would like them to be. You really need to take your time and slowly build up to the coverage you'd like from your foundation. That being said, the bristles retain their shape nicely after being washed and didn't shed at all.
