Powder -NARS - Powder Foundation

I really like this foundation. It's a matte, yellow based foundation, with medium to full coverage. It doesn't look powdery on me, and it also has a silky finish. NARS and Dior would have to be on my top list of foundations. I bought this in the color TAHOE, and it matches my skin color better than NC40 of MAC. I noticed whenever I use MAC, it seems like I'm too pale and washed out, or maybe the NC40 color is just too light for me now. I don't think I'll be going back to MAC anymore when it comes to foundation. So I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely repurchase.

Love this color! =) No regrets! It's a bit pricey, but will last a long time. I love pink lipsticks and I own a lot, but this one tops my list. The color is highly pigmented, lively and bright, but still very wearable for daytime. I will always have this lipstick in my makeup bag.

I bought this months ago, and I still have a lot of it left. I don't use this everyday, maybe more when the winter months arrive because my skin's drier at this time. I'm pretty happy with it because if you wear your foundation thick, this makes it look more natural. It makes you look like your makeup is your own skin (especially from afar). Makes foundation look less cakey and more dewy. I will always keep one with me at all times. Great product!

This palette caught my eye at Walmart, and since I love neutral shadows, I decided to try it. The pigmentation of the colors are okay, they are a bit chalky so you'll need a lot more to blend. It's good, you get what you pay for. It is a drugstore brand, so you can't really expect too much from it. On the brighter side, the color combinations are endless. It's also a plus that the palette is very compact and small, it will not take too much space in your make-up kit or bag.

Lipstick -Jordana - Matte Lipstick

I was searching for another drugstore brand that carried matte lipsticks aside from Revlon's, and found the Jordana website. I decided to try it because I couldn't say no to the price. It is sooo cheap! Bought 10 of these all at once, and the price is equal to one expensive department store lipstick. I couldn't go wrong. And I am in love with Jordana's matte lipsticks! The creamy consistency of these lipsticks are comparable to high end ones like MAC (no kidding!) These are the best drugstore matte lipsticks I've found...ever! The only CON I can think of is the container, it really looks tacky and cheap, very old school... but nevertheless, I still love them!

Definitely my all time favorite, natural looking, peachy blush. I love that the color is matte and highly pigmented. All I need is one light swipe, and it shows on my skin (by the way, I'm NC40). This will last me a while. Will buy again!

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst in Fuschia

This color is the prettiest fuschia/ hot pink out there with an affordable price tag. It's very similar to Mac's Show Orchid. Can be your alternative to the common red lip. I think it suits most, if not all skin tones. Try it!!

Eyes -MAC - Paint Pot in Rubenesque

Rubenesque is a pretty color with gold shimmer. Its hard to describe. I put this on near my lashline with brown eyeshadow on my crease. It is so nice! And it lasts all day. You can use it as a base for your shimmery shadows to make the color brighter. Love it!

I bought this the other day while passing by the make up section. This worked really well for me. I'm very surprised by the bad reviews. I like the brush, it works with each lash, separates and lengthens. It gives a natural look with one coat. You can build the volume with as many coats as you want. I'll definitely buy this again!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Indianwood

I've been using Indianwood for quite a while now. And I just love it! I've always been into browns/ neutrals especially when it comes to eye makeup. It looks great alone or under any brownish powder shadow. I line this color on my lower lashline too. This is a must have item inside my makeup kit. Will definitely repurchase!

Brows -Revlon - Brow Fantasy

I've recently started trying out eyebrow pencils instead of powder. I have sparse, thin brows, so a sharper and darker brow is a must for me. I like this product because the color looks very natural. The pencil end makes the application much easier than the retractable ones. It also lasts all day. I just wish the pencil's a bit longer. We'll see how long this one lasts. But overall, its a great product! (By the way,I have NC40 skin, and black hair. Dark Brown works perfectly!)

This lippie should get more credit!! I'm surprised this isn't popular to many of us makeup lovers. This is the lipstick I used back in high school and I remembered loving it. Then I stumbled upon it again when I was in CVS looking for an eyebrow pencil. I immediately bought it without hesitation! I love it!! It's this creamy, warm, peachy, coral, apricot-brown color that looks great on most skin tones (by the way,I am NC40). This will be one of my staple lipsticks! Will buy this again and again!

I was very skeptical about this product at first because I'm tan, so I didn't think the color would show on my skin. I was looking for a light poppy pink. After a lot of searching, this was the only stain out there that is truly pink. And posietint delivered everything I was looking for. I love that it looks natural and is very easy to blend. When the color dries, it looks like it's from within. Perfect!! This is one of my can't live without stains. =)

Before I came to know about this product, I always used powder. The only issue I had with powder was that it didn't last all day. Define a brow definitely lasts all day! The applicator is like a flat tip eyeliner so you can trace your eyebrows to your own desired color/thickness. Also comes with a brush on the other end. I bought the color in medium brown, and it fits my black hair perfectly! I think I just found my HG for brow make up! Update: I also bought the dark brown and it works great for me as well! WOW!!

My sister has been using this for a while now, so I decided to buy one for myself. The color is universally flattering! Everybody needs to have a metallic gray color in their palette. I like that it's so easy to put on. Just one swipe on the lids and you're ready to go! Color payoff is great too! And lastly, it doesn't crease. One of the best products of Benefit. Will definitely buy again!
