It took me a while to fall in love with this product, but now I'm head over heels. I didn't realize until recently just how easy this foundation is to blend and how natural it can look until I switched from using my 187 brush to rubbing it on with my fingers. Because of the spf in it, it's like having a medium/full coverage tinted moisturizer. It lasts all day just like the oil free color stay, but doesnt dry out my skin or flake and it provides SPF coverage. I've gone through many foundations in the past 2 years that I actually liked and used the entire bottle of... but this is the first I have actually repurchased. I use it every day now, with just a touch of powder over it and it's perfect. I also love that it comes it a tube, so very little product goes to waste.

Lipstick -Cover Girl - incredifull

This lipstick is definitely not a favorite of mine. It does not plump at all. You may experience a tingling sensation for1-2 minutes and think it's doing something but it's not. 2nd, this product does not have good color payoff. I have it in Berry Souffle and it hardly adds any pigmentation to my lips. The consistency is the biggest issue I have with this lipstick. It feels grainy. It's not smooth and creamy like others said it should be. Lastly, the color does not last. It rubs off very quickly. I'd return it if it weren't Bogo.

Lip Gloss -Zoya - Hot Lips

I got these during the 3 free Zoya promotion. These have their ups and downs. First, it's a glossy balm, not just a gloss. It definitely feels more like a Balm. The pigmentation is pretty nice. They last a long time. They do a decent job of conditioning your lips. However, I have 2 major beefs with this product though. #1, the packaging. Hate it. The applicator tip is small and round. You have to apply it with your finger to get it evenly distributed. #2, the smell. They have a very strong bubblegum/berry scent. It's unpleasant and irritating. Without the smell I'd give it a 4 cause I can deal with the annoying applicator.. the smell however I cannot.

Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Dream Matte Pressed Powder

The only good thing I see this product being useful for is as a blotting powder. In my experience this powder is finely milled, so much so that it easily settles into my pores and makes them much more obvious. It doesn't do much for me in terms of coverage, and I found short of the product that settles into my pores, the rest comes off very quickly. Very little staying powe. It does however give a matte finish, so I like this to touch up my more oily areas (i.e. under my eyes, chin). The packaging is a mess. The mirror twists outward from underneath and the top flips up. It's weird. Cheaply made. Won't repurchase.

HG worthy. This replaces all of my other bronzers and highlighters. It goes on smooth and sheer, blends nicely, and isnt too pigmented. I was afraid it would be too pink, but it's not. It looks very natural. I was really impressed with the quality since it's such a cheap product. Definitely a steal at $2-3

Makeup Brushes -Essence of Beauty - Crease

This is by far the best DS or low end brush set I have ever bought. The brushes are soft, full, and the perfect size. If you buy no other e/s brushes, BUY THESE. They're just a nice, if not better than most HE brushes at a fraction of the price. These two brushes can replace at leasr 5 HE brushes already in my collection. They pack on a lot of color, and blend almost effortlessly. I'm not quite sure how I worked without them. If you're on the fence with these brushes, don't be. They're worth far more than the $5 price tag and you won't be disappointed.

Lipstick -New York Color - Smooch Proof Long Wearing Lip Color

I went to CVS in a hurry to pick up a darker lippie for my costume and this caught my eye. I'm not sure of the color because I already gave this away to my cousin, but it was a dark frosty pink. Pros: Nice Color Lasted 7+ hours Cons: Pilled... as they call it... Bad! It felt gross and clumpy. The gloss didn't last. It was difficult to apply evenly Dried out my lips Almost impossible to remove, even with an oil based makeup remover. I'd never re-use this product, much less repurchase it.

It's been a very very long time since I shopped at BBW. 5 years I'd guess, simply because I never seem to find anything that appeals to me. Today I decided to stop by and was pleasantly surprised by this new scent. It's lovely. Warm, sexy, soft, clean and feminine is the best way I can describe it. They were having buy 3 get 3 free so I really couldn't pass it up. :) Would highly recommend this scent. It's a bit more grown up than the sun-ripened raspberry I wore in high school. :)

I love this lipstick. It's smooth and creamy. The color is a wonderful neutral rose shade which works really well with my fair skin and dark hair. Perfect as an everyday color. Will definitely repurchase.

Eyeliner -Almay - Liquid Eyeliner

I bought this because Almay was BOGO at CVS and I needed a liquid liner. I should have stuck with my first choice (L'oreal Lineur Intense). There's nothing great about this liner. The brush is too stiff, and the black liner dries to a dark grey color. It works ok, but not worth repurchasing.

D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G. I only got this because it was free, thank God. This stuff is gross. I bought it in Nutmeg which was supposed to be a dark rosy brown. There's nothing dark and rosy about it. It's just brown. The product seperates in the tube, goes on runny, and smells gross. It makes my entire mouth taste like I've been chewing on plastic and cardboard. This is hands down the worst product I have ever tried. I'd give it negative lippies if I could. I'll be writing a letter to Almay to express my disgust in this product. This product is so bad I'm almost embarassed for them.

Update 11/14/09 : I'm on the fence with this now. I've been losing lashes as of late and I think this product is the reason. :( HG! I LOOOOOOVE this! I have received so many compliments since switching to this mascara. People are constantly commenting on how long and thick my lashes look. Nobody ever commented on my lashes before. It does everything I need a mascara to do. Lengthen, add volume, go on evenly, stay in place, and hold a curl. My only complaint is the wand is so big it can be a little ackward to work with at first, but the product definitely delivers!

I love this stuff! My hair is very damaged from coloring and perming. I bought this to use after changing my hair color, and WOW. I cannot believe how healthy my hair looks. It made a very dramatic difference. My hair is soft, smooth, tame, and you hardly notice my damaged tips now. I just wish it did more for shine, but as damaged as my hair is I'm thankful it does as much as it does! It definitely exceeded my expectations and I will definitely continue to use this product.

Conditioner -Garnier - Sleek and Shine Fortifying Deep Conditioner

For now, this is the only deep conditioner I use. I love the smell, and it doesn't weigh my hair down. I have permed hair which I straighten and this definitely helps tame the ends and I've noticed an overall improvement with my split ends too. I wish this came in a tube cause I find the tub a pain to deal with in the shower but because the product is good I will continue to use it.

The scent for this is wonderfully sweet, and luckily for me it stays true once applied to my skin and has decent staying power. It moisturizes well, but I've found it works best on damp skin. When applying it to dry skin it goes on much thicker, takes more effort to work it in, and sometimes feels heavy. The #1 thing deterring me from purchasing this product again is the packaging. This product is much better suited for a tube than a tub.
